Very detail oriented and were receptive to suggestions regarding installation to make the furnace room more user friendly in the future.

Preston was very polite and professional as well as considerate of my dogs. He even came back to tell me my furnance was fine, xcel cut the gas line!

Steel T helped me replace my furnace and add an air conditioner, and I was really impressed with the whole process. Their HVAC specialist Mike came out and spent a lot of time looking at my existing system and calculating what the new system would look like, and then talking through the different options. I never felt pressured, and felt like he knew his stuff. The installation team was equally professional, taking care to lay down protective mats and communicating throughout the process, and then taking time to thoroughly show me the installation. I'd definitely recommend them.

When Steel -T called me a few weeks ago to let me know I was a finalist for a free heater I thought it was a scam. I couldn t believe a company would actually donate and install a brand new furnace for free! Fast forward to a few days ago and I now have a brand new fully functioning furnace. As a single mom and a teacher I can not begin to express my gratitude. Now, I don t have to lay awake and wonder if the heat will turn on and/or how I will ever be able to get the money to repair/replace the furnace. The men who replaced my furnace were respectful, took full COVID safety precautions, cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job with the install. I was referred to Steel-T from a co-worker after a bad experience with another company. Preston Walker came out and replaced my thermostat and got my A/C unit running again. Less than 3 hours after the initial call these guys fixed my 60 year old furnace. Tech knew exactly what he was doing and had the part on his truck. No hard sell on a replacement furnace and pricing was up front.

Made an appointment earlier in the week and was set for an 8-12 window on Saturday. Which is great. much less disruptive to work and school from home. Was told get a call when they were heading to my place. Great. It should always be this easy.

Saturday rolls around, I make sure I am up and about at 8 and that we have masks handy, etc. Hours roll by then noon hits. I call the office to see what is going on. Turns out they never entered my appointment in the system. They are unprofessional and barely apologetic. Maybe they have so many customers that boofing one appointment is not a big deal. Dunno. I rescheduled to give them a chance to succeed.

Excellent customer service. The representative, Nathan, figured out the issue quickly. Although he didn't have the part with him, he was able to give an accurate estimate and the service rep called when everything was available. The follow up was excellent and now I have a working furnace.

These guys saved us!! Moved across the country and upon entering our new house (late on a Friday night) realized it was freezing and the furnace wasn t working. Brandon was awesome! After having multiple issues with a leak and having no permanent resolution from other people, he came and fixed the issue right away. I have had no issues since. Additionally, he found out that the AC had not been correctly installed and also fixed that. He was polite and very knowledgeable!

Quality of install was fantastic, took the time to fix other issues introduced from original install (exhaust piping of water heater tie in as example was intrusive to space). Also appreciated the protection put down on hard wood floors and carpet. (The original unit was dismantled and removed).

Jason Winter was our technician and came out to look at and fix our furnace, which was only 2 years old. He realized we called a long time ago and for whatever reason they never addressed the issue. When Jason saw that we originally called a some time ago - he immediately waived all fees and continued to work and fix the issue with our furnace free of charge. He was fair, honest, knowledgeable, but above of all he took care of US as well as fixed our furnace. I couldn't recommend him higher and I will absolutely use this company in the future! Horrible!! Steel T has been to my house 4 times in 30 days, and the problem still persists. Every time another person comes out, they never get it right (coil replacement, multiple refrigerant refills, stop leak application--at almost $400 mind you)...at MY cost, and still no resolution. Customer service is sub par, Steel T acts as though their "less than superior" results should be accepted as my fault (the paying customer). I would never recommend their services.

Nathan of Steel T arrived within the designated time window, diagnosed the issue (also explaining technical details to me) and addressed it with ease (faulty capacitor and thankfully it was under warranty). He also provided insight on how to properly maintain our AC/HVAC unit. These guys are awesome!

Charged over 225 dollars for a fix that ended up disconnecting my Furnace from the thermostat. If a "trained" and "qualified " tech cannot fix and issue without creating another issue to me they do not deserve anything beyond a single star. I was told that both wiring in the thermostat was wrong as well as wiring on the control board. So while the AC worked when the tech left the furnace was no working at all and it was not even checked and it is part of the same unit and thermostat. The icing on the cake was today when the heater would not turn on and I asked for assistance and was told a service call for today would be 120 dollars and when I said I am not sure why that applied when your techs were the last people to touch the system less than 30 days ago so I am pretty sure you are responsible for the issue (which was later proved to be the case) and all I got was nope still 120 to come out. Needless to say that I would NEVER recommend this company to any one.

Steel T did a great job replacing my Furnace and AC. Rachel, who did the initial estimate, was very thorough and provided me with several options for replacing my very old units. Justin, Brandon, and Robert who did the installation were very efficient, answered my many questions, and addressed any concerns. Rachel even checked in on the job as it was in progress. I am very happy with the work that Steel T has done.

I contacted Steel T about my air conditioner and they came out the next day. Nathan showed up during the window of time that I was told he would be there. He was courteous and insisted on wearing shoe covers even though I told him that he didn't have to. Nathan quickly diagnosed and fixed my AC problem and even gave me some valuable advice for some unrelated furnace hiccups that I had experienced earlier in the year. I appreciated him letting me watch over his shoulder as he diagnosed and repaired my AC and he thoroughly explained everything he was doing. The repair was done in about an hour and the price seemed fair for the work that was done. If all of Steel T's technicians are all trained like Nathan, I would highly recommend them.
