TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Called to talk about an issue of our sign not working after CBS Signs came out to fix it. They continued to tell the the sign worked, when in all reality it still wasn't lighting up. Then got billed for it when it still wasn't working. Called to ask about the bill and Judy wouldn't let me finish speaking and then snapped at me and hung up!!!! NOT IMPRESSED!!!!
