Made an appointment earlier in the week and was set for an 8-12 window on Saturday. Which is great. much less disruptive to work and school from home. Was told get a call when they were heading to my place. Great. It should always be this easy.

Saturday rolls around, I make sure I am up and about at 8 and that we have masks handy, etc. Hours roll by then noon hits. I call the office to see what is going on. Turns out they never entered my appointment in the system. They are unprofessional and barely apologetic. Maybe they have so many customers that boofing one appointment is not a big deal. Dunno. I rescheduled to give them a chance to succeed.

I'll write a review based on the retry.
