When Steel -T called me a few weeks ago to let me know I was a finalist for a free heater I thought it was a scam. I couldn t believe a company would actually donate and install a brand new furnace for free! Fast forward to a few days ago and I now have a brand new fully functioning furnace. As a single mom and a teacher I can not begin to express my gratitude. Now, I don t have to lay awake and wonder if the heat will turn on and/or how I will ever be able to get the money to repair/replace the furnace. The men who replaced my furnace were respectful, took full COVID safety precautions, cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job with the install. I only wish I could have been home to thank them personally. Thank you Steel -T!!!
