Tonight we were out for a Beer, Burger and Fries with a friend.

The server was attentive and put up with our smart-alecky remarks. For that, she was well tipped.
Here's my grievance, we had to wait to be seated in a restaurant at 50% capacity. With that many customers the host should be by the front door ready to great guests and not serving tables.
Not enough to lose a star, unless it is a company policy.
