I ordered clam chowder and the pretzel appetizer. My bf order a burger. Strike one was when my soup came out by itself although I wanted the appetizer first. Strike two was trying to swallow the lukewarm salty mess of a watery chucky potato soup that had little to no clams in it whatsoever. I could only manage one or two spoonfuls and even added crackers, not oyster crackers btw, but saltine crackers to try to absorb the saltiness. It didn't work. Waitress took forever to come back to check on us when she did almost 15-20 minutes had passed and neither my bf's burger/fries nor my pretzels were at the table. My bf finally got his burger and I got my pretzel, and I asked for a salad instead of another soup. Strike three was when the fries came 10 minutes after his burger. I'm not sure what was happening in the kitchen that night, but it was very chaotic and the food was not up to par. Strike four was when I ended up getting nauseous on the way home and vomited the food that I had eaten including the spoonfuls of that horrible 'clam chowder'.
