James and his team are top notch! Compared to our last experience (with another company), we found the process with Synergy One to be so much better: better communication that was both quick and efficient, better setting of expectations for the home loan process, seemingly better security to keep our important documents safe (we utilized an easy to use portal to send documentation). It was also unexpected but sweet that they sent fun little things in the mail to us throughout to help ease the stress of the process. We hope to get to work with James and his team again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a home loan.
