I recommend the hotel to those who are used to the high class resort level. Spacious rooms, great views, amazing but not visible railway, there is a tennis court, great location. Previously, it was an Intourist hotel, and in the 70s enjoyed success with foreign guests of Sochi.

We rest at this hotel every summer. This year there are many restrictions dictated by the consequences of the pandemic, but we know that it is safe here. But we hope that next year everything will be restored again. Every time we are surprised at the skill of the chefs, how they succeed in more and more new menus that have not been repeated all these years. Lovely staff. This year the sea is very clean - perfect with children.
I liked that you can swim out of the room into the pool! Too bad there is no indoor pool. The territory is a gorgeous park! But you have to walk a lot of stairs ... The gym is tiny ... I would not give it 5 stars!

What did not like: - high prices;
- there was a hooligan boy of 11 years in the zones where children were. On the trampolines, babies up to five years old were brought in, including my daughter, two years old. This boy climbed in, everyone was blown away like the wind, but my child could not even get off the trampoline, she does not stay on her feet when such a big guy jumps, just flies on the trampoline at the risk of falling under his feet! He doesn t react to requests to stop, to let the baby go out, and besides, he snaps back! Then the guards or the animators would intervene !!!! Probably it is their task to regulate the order-reaction ZERO !!!! The next day I saw how he behaved in the children's pool, a lifeguard was sitting right there: - he grabbed a doll from the girl, began to hit it in the water until his head flew off. The spade can't see anything !!!!! another time a peasant brought to this fugitive pool, where the little ones from a year old, a huge kama with a diameter of two meters, put his two children thirteen years old and let them twist them there, something that can damage the kids does not enter his head. Parents begin to solve the issue, but for some reason not a lifeguard !!!

Good hotel, fenced area with its own beach. Good kitchen, nearby there is a department store and a couple of cafes. Heated pool with the possibility of going out. There is a spa and a small gym. In principle, there is everything necessary for rest.

The pool pleased me, but only partly - not a comfortable SPA zone with steam rooms, after leaving the pool you have to walk 3-4 minutes by corridors to it. The pool itself with access to the open air is good.

Visited this place to celebrate family event in SPA first (USD 50 per person) and in the restaurant after. SPA is not large, small sauna, good hamam, infrared sauna, very good outside pool with warm water. Everything was fine with the service and environment.
We didn't like the restourant because buffet was not so rich for 5* Hotel, and many dishes were close to be finished. The restaurant was quite expensive - ordinary Chili vine is about USD 50 per bottle. Generally everything was OK, but not sure that we'll visit this place has.

Food poisoning in the top restaurant, staff offered me a taxi home or a few hours extra in the hotel before I complained to their parent company. After which they offered me a free stay, which I refused.
