Great location: close to city centre and right next to train station. Rooms are average, not very big but also not very small. Breakfast was okay, but could have been a bit more extensive. All in all a good experience.

Beautiful arty room. Spotless with lovely view. Upgraded on arrival, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast selection. Highly recommend.

Ideal for guests arriving by public transport, as located directly at the main station. Even with the car no problem. Tip! Since it is really very expensive to park at the main station you get a discount from the hotel in the neighboring QPark. The staff is very friendly and speak a very good English. The rooms are modern. The view is currently not very nice because there is a large construction site in front of the main station ...

Beautiful hotel. It's expensive but it is it worth. Very clean and very good service. It's in the heart of the centre next to the railway station. Good accessible for wheelchairs.

Great place, only the carpet throughout the hotel makes it not very accessible for the wheelchair. Very tough to drive over.

This is a cool place to stay at. The staff is friendly and attentive. The personal welcome note you receive when going up to your room for the first time is also very thoughtful.
They have a restaurant that offers take-away service which is really nice.

This was my second stay in babylon because i enjoyed the first time so much.
The first time i was there with my hubby, this time with my best friend.

The reception was very friendly, our luggage was tagged and saved in store for it wasn't check in time yet. Thus we could have a nice walk around in The Hague. (with a granny smith apple in hand available on the desk for customer, mjammie)

When we got back, we were swiftly given our key and a room on the top floor.
Dying for a coffe, we were shocked not to find coffe in the room, but thankfully we discovered tea and coffe in the closet ....

Bath & shower clean and in order.

Comfy king size box spring bed and the window was already open when we entered. Nice fresh room

Personally hate carpet on the floor, but realize for hotels is a good option to reduce the noise to the down floor neighbors. Am happy to be in the top floor, thus not having people walking around on high heels waking you up......

We slept well and had a tasty breakfast. The coffe-cups seem a little small to hold all the cappuchino delivered by the machine, but allas... that's a minor detail.

Weird is, if you visit the toilet, the sign on the door to find your way out again mention ''restaurant'' and 'emergency'' neither of them being ''exit'' and expecting you to know that you need the restaurant door.

Great place, good location (next to the railwaystation, you do not hear any trains don't worry) and close to the city center.

WIll be back.

The entire reception staff are very friendly and respond to the wishes of the customers and take the customer very seriously.

The breakfast was very good despite the corona packages instead of the usual buffet. Always tasty. Eggs and whatever you wanted could easily be ordered with it. Coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice was already available and pre-pressed by the staff. That was very good. Nice and bright breakfast room with a lot of views.

The air conditioning that we finally got was very good because it didn't blow directly on the bed like most but it blew into the hallway so that you didn't have to struggle with the sickening air flow at night. You slept wonderfully with very pleasant air, without feeling drafts.

The junior suite was a good size and it was easy to darken. In the end it was very quiet because you could leave the windows closed. A functioning air conditioning system is very important in this hotel.

The location is very good. The center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Because of the expensive garage, the hotel cannot help it. It doesn't have its own garage. You could park your car outside for free. You only have to change parking spaces from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. That was too cumbersome for us and that's why we used the expensive garage. But did we know before booking.

Overall, it's a good hotel if everything works.

Ok hotel, slap breakfastvery nice staff in restaurant

The location is great, right next to the station and 5 minutes walking distance from the center. During breakfast you have a view of the opposite park.
The rooms were well furnished, incl. Fridge, safe, kettle, a spacious bathroom and a balcony with a nice view over the city and adjacent park.
In addition, nice and helpful staff who check carefully where we plan to go, where we can eat, etc.

Booked the hotel through travelcircus. In terms of price, it was great. Facilities were good, and the free minibar was great. The breakfast was unfortunately limited due to Covid 19, but still great. The location is ideal. You are in the city center in 5 minutes and there is a park right outside the door.

The hotel is located directly at the train station Den Haag Central, making it ideal for a city break! The hotel is very clean and the rooms were clean and modern. Rarely seen such a well maintained hotel room. Tip: Choose a superior room. There is the minibar included in the price and also a Nespresso coffee machine makes the first coffee in bed! Service of the staff very courteous, even at 23.00 o'clock a new TV remote control was brought to the room, because our battery was defective.
Excellent buffet breakfast with a huge selection (freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit as a fruit salad, warm croissants and much more) - only to be recommended! Very delicious, also with a view of the adjacent park.
Tip: Park in the Q car park Central Station Babylon. You get 20% discount on the reception. Current price 28 , which should not be a surprise in the Netherlands - parking is not cheap there. In addition, the price / performance ratio in the hotel was very fair! We would like to come again :-)

Located in the centre, literally on top of central station. Good for business visit... nice people. But the bed/ mattress are not that great

Nice and well-kept hotel. Only the inside temperature was too high and can only be lowered by opening the balcony door. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel that adheres to essential standards and high quality of infrastructure and services.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Also equipped with coffee machine and kettle. You won t find some small accessories, like vanity set, body lotion, cleaning stuff for clothes. But the essentials - soap, shampoo - are in place.
Breakfast is good. And you could enjoy the view over nearby park. Free coffee and water are provided in the lobby.
Location is aside the central railway station, close to the town center.

Worst hotel ever: room too dark and with dark colors everywhere, very sad indeed. No space for parking bike, this is a shame! We needed to go 15min away to park the bikes. Cleaner very unfriendly. Hot water didn't work and had issues in the whole hotel. The card reader which work with the card as a key to use the elevator or open the hotel door for the room most of the time don't work, so you have to try everytime many different ways. Definitely dont come here.

Very nice place located just besides the Den Haag Centraal right here centre of the The Hague.. I have been here for the International Conference on Effective Nuclear Regulatory organized by IAEA and The Netherlands Government at the 1st floor inside the New Babylon building.

Extremely bad experience! Room too small, no view, curtain broken when we entered, very noisy fan in the room. Advice: ask for a good room immediately upon arrival!
I apologize, but still wonder if there are enough rooms available, why not get a good room right away? Really not satisfied

Spent a night with my family in a junior suite. Had booked the same day and upon arrival in the room there was a welcome gift for my son. He loved it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, location almost in the heart of the city, well-arranged parking with a discount from the hotel. We enjoyed. We will be back for sure.

What a fantastic treat hotel! Because of the warm welcome we immediately felt "at home" and thanks to the beautiful room with a great view over the city and a super wonderful bed with ditto pillows from 4 days The Hague enjoyed. 25-08-2017 Hotel is centrally located next to The Hague, public transport is within walking distance, nice view, large park across the street from the hotel, nice room with bath and minibar, friendly staff, Juliana square is currently being rebuilt for the station this may be experienced by some as disturbing. For the rest a top hotel in a top location

Nice centrally located. Room with balcony, but no way to get out. Bathroom design great but not user friendly. Had found the hotel as a wellness hotel, but no wellness found. No luggage rack and overall the room was not comfortable to temper, we have gefrohren.

Very close to The Hague central station. Clean, and tidy.. there's a small pond with swans swimming around like it's nobody's business.

Very convenient location, right next to the central stations. The room was quite comfortable, I was happy with the bed and the bathtub, though the bedroom wasn't well lit, so I wouldn't want to sit there and work, for instance. The breakfast was quite nice, I was happy with it, but generally there was no information about what the different foods on offer were - which was a bigger problem at lunch, since as a vegetarian I couldn't know if something contained meat or not without asking (and I imagine for people with allergies it's the same). I was there for five days, and the lunch options were pretty limited - mostly there was just the breakfast food with the addition of some salad and a soup for me (there was one other dish served, which mostly had meat). I think that's something that could definitely be improved upon.

Nice hotel. Lovely - and also large - bed. Nice view of the city. Good breakfast buffet. And parking in the adjacent Q-park garage. Checking out took far too long, because the few staff were busy checking in guests (at 10:00 am). So your last experience at the hotel is not high-light.

We went to The Hague for a few days via an offer from Spoor and ended up at hotel Babylon. 1st class service, extremely friendly staff and because my husband's birthday is super spoiled !!! Really a place to return to.
