Food poisoning in the top restaurant, staff offered me a taxi home or a few hours extra in the hotel before I complained to their parent company. After which they offered me a free stay, which I refused.
Staff mocked me when I turned my back on check out (wife and child witnessed). Avoid this place. Got to Hyatt!
