People with high designations are not even graduates nor suitably appropriate with the assigned designations, therefore poor management or no management.
Cream processes like British Airways need to check.

They specially call you for the interview, offer you a good pacakge and then after clearing interview they Don't even contact you. Worst experience. They just ruin the future of employees.

wrost experiance with the company..very very very wrost managment of company .vistara procrss is there very very wrost managment is there and hr somya to . they just hire and fire people.they do not have on there employes.if in some one family relative will die they will ask for documenta other wise they will not entertain..there is duty manager and hr is friends , if some one will rais his voice they start dominate to the person..the most shoking thing they do have option for bio break in crm..they just provide only 1 hr break to lunch and include all.dear organisation we are humans not machine..guys i m suggesting do not go for this wrost company

My friend was working in this company for few months and he left. He told me that there are lot's of work pressure. He was in B2B lead generation process. There is a different between employee and slaves. This company treat their employee more worst than the slave.

They are big FRODS....they wanted me to leave the company without any reason. When I asked for my F&F cheque and they stopped picking my phone calls. FRODS are everywhere in this company..

Infrastructure is excellent and they are hiring in bulk so it will be easy to get job there.

Worst complany i have ever worked with.Was working for Microsoft process.worst pathetic Har(Bhavna Pal) they have their own policy.
Till the time they need you every thing would be in your favor after using you they will throw you out.They will make you cry like hell for your own hard earned money.all the policy process every thing is pathetic.i left in September bit still begging for my FnF but they are least bothered.will never ever recommend even to my enemy for this company.there is a person Rakesh Pandey he said rudely to me that2 mnths ho ya 3 months mujhe kya lena dena,when i tried to approach him for my FnF.
Bhavna pal is only reverting with the sane ans that whenever it will come we will update you.

Pathetic I must say.those who are money minded n donot have self respect can sustain here as manager shouts like anything.no personal life bcz of extended shift.

Good company to work with. But salary is not upto the mark

Working there for 3 years i must say its a good compqny to start with. They give ample oppurtunities to freshers which is not the case with many organisations.. The food in cafeteria is pathetic and not worth the amount they charge.. The premises are clean all the time.. If you are working with BA then its an oppurtunity to work on ur spoken english as u get to talk to US and UK based customers however u will not learn amadeus or sabre as they work on pegasus. Rest, nice people and okay-ish management.

Amazing company & it's majorel now not arvato, really very gud company. It looks really professional inside bcause of infrastructure also interview process is quite impressive.. Loved it

Well Arvato is my 2nd home i would say where in i got lovely Managers,Team leaders,Employee relation and wonderful colleagues.

Though i left arvato due to some personal issue however i recommend people who wants to learn and excel in their future with a conducive environment Arvato is highly recommended.

Dont just join the company for the sake of salary and lavish infra but to enhance your skill which might be beneficial out there in the Market.

Employee satisfaction is very less here.this company known for terminating it's employee when they serve notice period.

If you wants to earn money in BPO it's a perfect company for you but not good from career prospective ...they having different process like British airways VLCC etc...
Average amenities and basic infrastructure....If you are fresher It will be a good option for you....
