Pretty bad beach (so many people - almost like a public one), and the couches are far from the water.

Given the current situation in the world, when the borders are closed, but at the same time we want to rest, we opted for the Swissotel Resort Sochi Kamelia in order to go "to Sochi for 3 nights" and catch the passing Indian summer. To say that reality has exceeded expectations is not enough ..
Perfect hotel service from the moment we get off the taxi. The friendly staff at the reception and a glass of sparkling wine at the start made our check in brighter :) We were pleasantly surprised by the view from the room to the sea and welcome snacks with wine from the hotel.
At breakfast, fresh coffee and juice, a lot of local products such as cottage cheese, sour cream and dried fruits. Try figs if the season is legal. Delicate pancakes and waffles, lots of cereals, fish and meat snacks.
The outdoor pool is a song in its own right; music is playing under water :) and you can swim all year round!
The hotel is really responsible for its 5 stars and the status of the resort: we did not leave the hotel territory for all 4 days. Here you can find spa, restaurants, and a wonderful park.
A piece of my heart remained in Camellia, I will definitely return

Sparkling wine for breakfast - Abrau (for an amateur). The wine list is not very varied, but overall there is something to drink with dinner. In a restaurant, portions for dinner are not large, this is rather a plus. The area is not large, but very well appointed. The beach area is large, they keep order. The steps to the sea are concrete, old, but pose no risk to life. The sea is as lucky))) there are jellyfish with garbage, there is also clear ideal water. Were in August 2020. The loading of the hotel was maximum, while the feeling of "nowhere for a stone to fall" was not.

Very nice place!:) Friendly and helpful staff! :) Everything is perfect, the service too. A bit expensive but it's worthy. Nice and clean rooms with interesting and very practical positioning. Also some very useful facilities. Light zones and very smooth, emergency light for the WC during the night. Pool is with related indoor and outdoor zones. And not at the last place the cherry of the cake- the omelet during the breakfast is unbelievable! It's enough like a reason for a visit! :) Strongly recommended! The hotel and the omelet!:)

Rest is no worse than abroad
Since tourists who usually spend their holidays abroad are vacationing in Russia this summer, we read all the reviews before the trip. And it took a long time to choose a hotel. As a result, we lived at 2 - Radisson and Swissotel. I liked each in its own way. The first one is very convenient, as it is close to the airport and is located in the center of the Adler embankment. In another, there is a great super beach, a huge green area and a cool creative program for children. And here and there the food is delicious, the staff does everything so that you do not worry about anything, this is definitely not the case abroad. We liked it, we will come again. Oddly enough, the city is very clean, and the sea is very clean.

Very nice place! Great hotel with a very training staff! Weather so beautiful, swimming in the Sea is a truly big pleasure, water feels like cream.. very soft and gentle! I been last time in Sochi nearly 18 years ago (oh!) everything exchange around and city looks more bigger then before! We have great view from the room and can see wonderful sunset at evening!

to say that it s great and wonderful about a vacation in this place is not to say anything --- my husband and I rested for eight days in this hotel and there is nothing to add except thanks and help comfort and cleanliness, peace and convenience and wonderful food, and the rooms and the spa area are also all on the level and we are delighted --- it all turned our holiday into an eight-day fairy tale !! Beautifully designed rooms with balconies. Great view on Black Sea. Close to city center but nested in the small Park. Breakfast restaurant with outdoor seating is absolutely fantastic.

It seems to me that this is the best hotel in all of Sochi, only a little expensive and there are two more small minuses, there are no shops and cafes nearby and you will have to walk to the beach.

Lovely resort hotel, great service with a professional team, big gorgeous swimming pool, heated all year around, spa center, bar and restaurants. The food is delicious, big buffet choice, champagne complementary every day for breakfast. A natural park around the hotel for walking, very green place. A nice sandy beach and big bungallows. Great atmosphere all over, this place seems magical!
