Citidel Solutions Review

Don't go with them. They don't tell you everything. They make it sound like it is easy process and it isn't. I have been summons on 2 of my accounts. So it doesn't work. I am cancelling and they won't give me a full refund. I have to take out bankruptcy because they didn't do what they said they would. I pd them 13k and they will give me back 3,500. They didn't help me at all. They just my credit go bad for over a year and supposedly help me with 2 out of 9 of my accounts. That is 13k worth of work. Not even. Beware of what you are getting into. They difficultly hurt you more than they help you.

Do not waste your time and especially not your money with this program. I paid them allot of money to help me with my debt situation. I've been suid 4 times! And I'm sure I'll get suid a few more times. Because they don't really do anything. This company is a joke. Trust me it would be easier and less expensive to deal with your creditors your self. If you don't feel like you can do it yourself then hire a debt attorney or a more professional company. Read reviews! Defiantly think about it for a while and explore your options before giving your hard earned money to these guys.

I paid a lot of money and was falsely informed in the beginning process. I was lead to believe that they would negotiate lesser amounts and pay off debt as it was sold off to third party collection agencies with the exuberant amount of money you pay monthly . In reality you are paying an inflated amount for them to send letters asking for debt validation and hope that the third party collection agencies cannot validate your debt so that it has to be dropped. I am 18 months into this process with no resolution or end in sight. When I called they stated they are not responsible for the false information I was given verbally. Please never use this method or company for credit help they leave you in a worse situation than when you began.

RIP off!!! It's been 4 months and I have paid them over $2000 and they have NOT done anything for me yet!!!

I wanted to post a review after talking to my enrollment agent who I worked with 9 months ago. So far the experience I have had with Citadel has been great. Two of my accounts have been taken care of and i have 3 more to go through the process. Overall the program is working faster than i had anticipated, and i'm looking forward to finally getting out from underneath all of this debt i've had for years now. I'm eagerly awaiting more good news but for now i'm hanging tight dealing with phone calls that i'd happily deal with again to get the heck outta debt.

Fastest way to go into bankruptcy. Absoutely worthless.

Received summon after summon for all my accounts.They did nothing other than taking money from us.

I paid for Citadel to perform a service. Once they received my money, they stopped working on my account. I have sent in numerous inquiries, and I am always just given an excuse.

I cant say enough great things about Citadel. They are fast acting to my needs and concerns. It took a little while to get the ball rolling but they explained why there was a "delay" in the process. Once the ball started rolling, it didn't stop. So many positive results came from the program and they were happy to explain everything that was happening because I was new at this. I'm glad I took stayed patient with Citadel and didn't give up on them! I'll be ready to graduate from the program very soon. Money well spent.

I finished the full term of my payments to the company. I had asked them for help with four credit cards and three of the four still ended up suing me and taking me to civil court. So I paid citadel all this money and still end up having to pay 3 of the 4 credit cards. So not sure what service they provided me! It would have been cheaper to just settle with my credit cards on my own. Lesson learned

I was fresh out of college when a man called me telling me he could help me with some accounts I had. It sound too good to be true. He was upfront about all my possibility and I could not miss out on this opportunity. I enrolled with Citadel and the first person to call me was AMAZING! He was very informative, told me what to expect and how to handle it. I was well equipped because of him. Citadel calls me every month to update me on my progress. I never have to hunt them down and most important, I see results. Citadel has lifted a burden off my shoulders. I am still working with them but so far so good. Ill keep you all posted.

God sent! I have worked with some of the best people at this company. They made me feel secure and confident in my decision. I wish I would have stumbled across them sooner. I am in a better position than I have ever been before. I so happy and excited for the future. Not only did they help me, the taught me. I will never be in this position again. During my time with Citadel, I experienced a great loss in my family that out an additional strain on my finances. After explaining my situation, they understood to the fullest extent and made adjust for me. They became extended family.

****SCAM**** don t use this company! I received a Summons on top of them not doing anything. My credit was WORSE, all they do is lie and take your money, I had to file bankruptcy. Please don t not fall for their lies. They deserve no stars. People need to hear the truth. BBB will be notified.

beware this is a scam I was told resolving credit card debt was the easiest to resolve but all these peopled are trained to do is lie and take your money I had 7 they told me was validated complete but 1 got served 4 summons so after all the money I have paid I still have to pay and go to court they don't know the definition of complete then I talked with a lawyer and the lawyer said it would still be on my credit and they can garnish my wages so I don't know what these people do I don't know where all my money went they have no proof what they did for it and when I asked they said they could not send anything to me also they changed there company name 2 times since I have used them and as far as them lying about a refund if they cant help well I have not seen anything save your money and just settle yourself because this is a scam the only reason they got 1 star from me is because I could not post this

I have been enrolled a while ago and have completed the program with Citadel. I could never have gotten out of debt and repaired my credit without them.

I have tried Freedom and they just let everything sit and did nothing with my debt and credit.

With Citadel they made sure I knew what was going on and walked me through everything. I love all their cool benefits and everyone is so nice, Because of them, I know my consumer rights and will never be in debt again.

I am not a client but my grandson is. After paying into the program since January 2019 it didn't appear the program wasn't working for him. I called to ask questions for my own information .Both persons I spoke to were cordial
& respectful in explaining how the program worked & how the monthly fee is allocated which
my grandson had already received evidence but didn't recognize it as proof of things getting resolved. Thank you Harry for helping us understand. Much appreciated!

They will take your money, you will be sued, and end up with bad credit!

Love this company! I was going through a nasty divorce and was at a financial hardship! I was barley above water. This company helped me financially and has so many tools to use. The people that work there are helpful and caring. They understand the struggle and work with you!

Fruad to the fullest lies lies nothing but a rip off

This company has done so much for me. I was at a point in my life, I needed to change and make it better. This company did that for me. The customer service is wonderful!!!!!! They took their time to explain the program and make sure I understood everything! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYBODY!

I LOVE THIS COMPANY. I am close to completion and with their help I am able to see a bright future for me and my family. I was in a dark place but they had a plan. I followed all the step I was given and yes there were some bumps in the road but I was able to overcome them. They made it clear that I had to do some leg work but I was ok with that. I just needed to get out of the rut I was in before I drowned. I do not regret one moment or dollar I spent.

Scam do not fall for it. They will take your money promise a refund if they cannot help you and you will never get it. If they call Hang up! If you still do it after reading this well it s your money to toss away but it s a scam you will see!
