Initially, I thought they were great. I bring my water in and they tell me what to use to get it balanced and answer any questions. More expensive than most, but you get what you pay for and I enjoyed the personal service. Then, a few weeks after I thought I found the holy grail in pool companies, I needed their help with my pool and that's when everything changed. Originally, I had scheduled weeks in advance for winterizing on October 18th, before the appointment day came my pool started leaking, about a foot in 12 hours. I called the store where I spoke to the owner and she told me they needed to diagnose the leak so they would change the winterize appointment to a service call instead. The 18th came and went. No call no show. I actually did call the store twice that day to check, both times being told they would find out and get back to me....nothing. The next morning the tech shows up while I'm actually headed out to an appointment and says he can't do anything because the water is too low (well I did tell them that was why they were coming, if I needed to fill it that would have been good information to have before they showed up - I am about 3 months into pool ownership and learning the very hard way apparently). He tells me to start filling back up and he will be back later that afternoon. He never came back. Next morning, same thing he shows up in stealth mode to check the leak, finds it, leaves my house and leaves me a voicemail that is so long my phone couldn't record it all. (I didn't even know he had been there until I listened to my voicemail) Basically, leaks in the motor gaskets so they need to be replaced, ok no biggie. I actually feel bad for the technician himself. It seems like the office staff overbooks his time and then when even the slightest problem arises in the field he's then so far out of his time frames there's no catching up. Nobody communicates to the customers for him so he has to sneak around so he can just get his job done and not get accosted by angry customers. When I addressed my concerns with the owner she told me she has 300 pools to worry about. Ok, I hope you don't treat all 300 of your customers like this or you won't have. I'm still waiting to hear back about the protocol for the repair since my pool is still leaking and has now become a cesspool since I can't keep the water high enough to vacuum or run the pumps/motor. I called Wednesday to explain the state of my pool and find out what, if anything, I need to do to be prepared for the repair on Monday. They said, let me find out and call you back. Still waiting........
