House has poor insulation, toilet noises are clearly audible from 2 neighbors above you, window frames let water through (would be looked at, did not happen after a few months) and they cannot call back. Price / size ratio of the property is somewhat okay but looking at the quality it is outrageous that the rents have been increased at all in recent years.

I am very sorry how my complaints about the house have been treated. I was not called back time and time again, it took a long time and the energy consumption was labeled as not exorbitantly high. With some good will it could have been arranged in three weeks, but I always had to call afterwards without hearing. And then came corona. I would like to urge you and your employer to prepare everything there as soon as possible for the next tenant. I understand why the house is suddenly offered 60 per month cheaper, but it is not always possible. The consumption is too high, the insulation is poor and the communication and treatment were poor. I also had the idea that no one within De Huismeesters is aware of who does what and where the proper papers are. See the situation surrounding the solar panels, which no one could figure out how they got on the roof of a building of De Huismeesters.

Apparently, increasing rent is an extra service during a crisis.
They are Charlatans.

Oh and if there is something to repair your house they will not help. They prefer to pass their problems on to the tenant.

In the same house I was woken up by an excavator who had an accident against my back wall, 1 meter from my bed, never had a bell or a letter to warn me that they were busy in my backyard, never had a bell or note with an excuse. When I left my first house, an employee told me to leave the keys in the house, I checked if they could get in, but he really wanted that.
