I called Eagle because I bought basic insurance to cover me for driving my older folks around in their cars. Now they ve passed So called back to compare full coverage for a new car I bought. Luciano was curtius and professional he quoted a reasonable price. So I chose to stay with Eagle. I would certainly recommend Eagle to any one who drives in Illinois.

I needed insurance so I just decided to stop-by. I walked in and Esther helped me right away. She was very helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions. I explained my situation to her and she told me exactly what I needed to do. She is an excellent broker. She goes out of her way to make sure you know everything and understand what to do. This is the most affordable and cheapest insurance I could find.

I remember having Eagle Insurance back in 2011 and nothing has changed. They still have the best costumer service and rates available. fred has been more than helpful to me over the 20 plus years we have been insured with eagle. 3 years ago i bought a used car from a private owner & had the misfortune of getting pulled over by a highly motivated cop . i had'nt yet transferred insurance,title, registration etc, i planned on doing that when i got home & figured what were the odds of getting pulled over in that little 2 miles.i called fred from the side of the road & he gave me very specific instructions on what i had to do & how those things needed to be accomplished to avoid paying hefty fines. he was right. the cop wrote me 3 tickets but they were all dismissed because i had all the paperwork in order for the judge. i would say you get a pretty good effort for your $ from fred.

Fred is outstanding! He is nice and easy to talk to. He is super-fast at getting back to me with questions. He explains everything so that I can understand the policies and know what I'm paying for. When I moved to Chicago I needed Illinois auto insurance and wasn't sure which agency would be the easiest to work with and the most helpful. I'm so glad I found Eagle! Since I'm close to Avondale, I don't mind coming in to pay in person (instead of using DocuSign, which they support). There is a huge Jewel-Osco next door so parking is readily available. It's fun to come here and talk to Fred face-to-face and to get great service. Everyone is really friendly and attentive; even when they are very busy they still make time for me. The old '31 Model A sitting in the middle of the entryway is unbelievably cool. At Eagle you get a unique experience that I haven't seen at other agencies. I would highly recommend using Eagle Insurance if you are looking for affordable, good insurance and a place that truly takes care of and values their customers.

Every single person who works here from the reos up to Fred by far has zero customer service ability and frankly shouldn't have a job where they have any contact with human beings.

I was with eagle for almost 4 years for my auto insurance. I recently purchased a new vehicle and was quoted a lower price with progressive for insurance on my new car. I called eagle to cancel my current policy and was told to email a copy of my new insurance form. My new insurance was active as of June 26th, my policy with eagle did not expire until July 16th which was a full 21 days. I was told everything was submitted properly and that I should expect a refund in 5 to 7 business days.

Fast forward 3 weeks, several calls with their useless, uninformed customer service reps, and I've yet to receive a refund. Fred finally calls me this morning and informs me the refund amount was $35 and the cancellation fee, which had never been mentioned until today, was $35. So in turn I dont receive a refund.

I paid a total of $493.36 for a 6 month policy which still had 21 days left on it. Simply math would state that equals out to $82.23 a month or $20.55 a week. 21 days left on the policy should equal a $61.65 refund.

Thanks again Eagle for ripping me off and I hope to god no one else is stupid enough to ever use your company for their insurance.

I can't say enough about Ededina H and the team @ Eagle (like Luciano J) I ve been with Eagle for about 7 years now and Ededina has always given my family and I the best possible prompt service. I initially paid a little more than $200 to start a policy with full coverage and was assigned to American Alliance. The policy was set to expire in July, but after dealing having issues such as being sent Notice of Intent to Cancel my insurance letters if my payment was one day late, not being able to reach them to report an accident because they were closed, and overall wanting to go with a reputable company, I switched to Geico earlier this month. As a result of having new coverage I was under the impression that I would be refunded the unused money for the policy. Long story short they have attempted to avoid refunding me, and when speaking to John who is supposedly the top manager, he even claimed that it's probable that I owe them money although the policy was canceled. Currently I'm awaiting documents to turn into an attorney so as to make sure I've gotten refunded.

In light of the pandemic, it speaks volumes when companies such as Eagle insurance put their customers first before money. The way how Brad put his all efforts to get a good deal on insurance is so much for me! I didn't have to worry about budgeting everything just to ensure I still had coverage on my car. I have been a customer for a long time and will continue to be specially because of Brad s customer service. Even if Eagle charged a little more than other car insurance companies, I would still stay connected.Your customer service is like no other!Thank you Brad and Eagle for putting me first!

When I spoke with him to accomplish this there was a problem with my debit card and I indicated to Luciana that I would call back when I got the issue resolved with my back. When I was little, I always seen eagle man commercials. Now as an adult I've been with Eagle insurance since 2018. This company is affordable. I never had to use the insurance until recently I had had an accident. I emailed them with the information on the accident and recieved a call within the half hour. No games, and no run around. I couldn't be happier on how they handled everything. I have had Fabien and Enadina as representatives. Both have always been kind and very helpful. I can vouch for Eagle. They are legit.

People laugh when I tell them I have Eagle Insurance because they think of those cheesy 90's commercials they ran, but that's fine. Their rates are low compared to other insurance companies and they offer SR22 insurance for those who need it. There are no surprises and no frills, I honestly can't complain. Everyone who I have dealt with has been helpful and polite. Just called to update my address and had a good experience with Luciano. He updated my policy and emailed me a new card within minutes. Can't see myself changing anytime soon.
