Svelte hotel Review

This is my 4th or 5th stay with family in 1 n half years time but the property is under renovation tull now nothing works as should.. don't book till they finish work and staff is also in a training mode of renovation...nt recommended

Nice apartments.. comfortable and in a good location with alot of lively stuff around (since its plum in the centre of a mall)...no frills but effective if you want a clean and spacious place to live in. I had a nice view from my apartment... a little attention to smaller details like bathroom fitting were a bit old and rusty and housekeeping could be better.. but not really a spoiler, so I m willing to overlook them.

Worst restaurant service.. breakfast timing was from 8 to 10.30. When we came at 10.30 staff said its closed. They are rude .. pathetic staff and service

Perfectly located at Saket, all major brands and eateries are accessible at walking distance. Or can be ordered at your doorsteps. Amazing experience.

Spacious and luxurious rooms in ambiance of Select City walk mall makes it quite unique experience. Worth a while stay.

The best part about this hotel is the location. The staff is coordial.. even though the breakfast spread does not have too many options, but than is not a very big issue

Just the location is good, rooms pathetic - damp odor, not at all responsive staffs. Would never recommend anyone unless they run out of every options. And their standards are pretty low in every aspect of hospitality.

View is a Busy road and parking. Breakfast is going to make you want to go to the mall Cityselectwalk

A late night walk around the mall looking for Desserts was great

Not only was I kept waiting in the lobby for over an hour, but I was repeatedly skipped over as I watched 3 staff members going out of their way to ignore me. A friend of ours visited us in the hotel for a few hours and as we were returning to our room we were told we had to pay a "guest charge" of 2,000 Rs because our friend was visiting "after hours." I felt as though I was taken advantage of and cheated. If you'd like a hotel that will serve you well and attend your needs, keep on looking! This hotel is far from that.

Pathetic hotel , hotel staff is so cheap, toilets r dirty ...there is no amenities of 5 star ...rooms r so ajeeb

A decent hotel. You can park in the CityWalk parking for free if you're staying in the hotel.

Good hotel with a perfect location. Just above the mall. Some of the rooms have a perfect view to the inside garden of the mall. Rooms are big, clean and tidy, though some of the furniture might be renewed. Room service is good, front desk is polite and helpful.

Very good place to stay in the heart of Delhi and have all the basic amenities and lots of shopping nearby

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. On arrival the check in was rushed with the staff making 0 conversation and attending to phone calls while we waited. 2 rooms had missing slippers, 1 room missing dental and shaving kit, 2 rooms the tv's had no signal and all 3 rooms were FREEZING. On request only 1 heater could be provided. Only plus is the rooms are big and location is great.

Not a good place to stay with, over promise and hugely under deliver. Location is good but service is very poor.

Best hotel to stay, located in select city walk mall saket.

Don't ever give your credit card as advance at the hotel . It has taken me 5 calls to the accounts department with everyone given a different reason for my refund not coming. I am still waiting for my refund after 6 days.
The beauty of this hotel is that they don't trust you with payments hence the advance , but in real sense you can't trust them .
