Not only was I kept waiting in the lobby for over an hour, but I was repeatedly skipped over as I watched 3 staff members going out of their way to ignore me. A friend of ours visited us in the hotel for a few hours and as we were returning to our room we were told we had to pay a "guest charge" of 2,000 Rs because our friend was visiting "after hours." I felt as though I was taken advantage of and cheated. If you'd like a hotel that will serve you well and attend your needs, keep on looking! This hotel is far from that.
