The executive suite is nicely done with facilities of microwave and walk in compact kitchen...had a view of the select city mall. Overall nice experience

The personal suites at svelte are extremely comfortable. The best part is- the hotel is located right in the middle of select city walk mall and connected to the mall from the inside.

Nicely built. Great ambience. However costlier than Eros in Nehru Place.

Can be renovated and upgraded to New Technology.....so that the customers feels the new Flavors...

The hotel was good but however didn't live up to the 4* mark. The feel and outlook could have been improved. Otherwise the experience was seamless and we'll handled.

The hotel staff is really good. However most important is the suites which are really good and having all availability like refrigerator, microwave oven or even personal kitchen to make food of your Choices.

The room service and housekeeping needs work. The cutlery, equipment and service is substandard. Location is a huge advantage

This hotel sucks !! Svelte hotel s Staff Arjun and Ramesh are the worlds most unprofessional and unpleasant Human beings ever seen in any hotel. Pranav as seen as the most inappropriate person ever met . Being a SPG member I have never seen a hotel to take advantage of the guests in order to get higher revenue. My travel agent booked the room thorough Expedia and Hotel Denied me Checkin . We waited at the premises for two hours in order to check in the room . Traveling from Amritsar I expected a smooth transition but these guys reacted as Money Launderers and kept telling us Sir why don t you book a room Directly through us for 12,000 . My travel agent booked another room through Goibibo and never gave me any check in . We played the game of Calls amongst helpline and hotel agents for another hour . The hotel literally denied us and told us we never confirmed the booking and we don t want to give a room for this low price . They took 12,000 security from us and told us that we will see if we can adjust your booking . Vetting through the unforeseen circumstances I checked in the room paying for the room . They called us after an hour and told us yes we have received us your booking from Expedia and you can continue the room . Now i stayed there for another night and made a booking again. At 1 they called us to check out the room with a threat to put half day charge so we told them to send the bell boy and we took another 15 minuted in order to pack our luggage and get to the front office . Now these guys tell us to pay another 3000 that is the half day charge why ? We already came Down . If we managed to come down, are we stupid enough to pay for the half day charge . They literally harassed us through . My suggestion never get into such an hotel which follows no norms of OTAS and can never work professional enough to be a part of it . I wonder if they can literally teach there staff to be much more courteous and not treat a guest who booked the room through and OTA as a miser . Stop yourself from some humiliation and take a leap to Country in which is a better hotel .

Small boutique hotels but love the rooms and how they are laid.. Food on room service is much better than other places and best part being.. It's located in the Best Mall of Delhi at Select City Walk as such loads on offer for Guests in terms of food and entertainment plus shopping.

Good hotel with a perfect location. Just above the mall. Some of the rooms have a perfect view to the inside garden of the mall. Rooms are big, clean and tidy, though some of the furniture might be renewed. Room service is good, front desk is polite and helpful.

Clean and close to the mall directly .. find Halal restaurants, supermarket and services .. But you do not find a lobby and I do not think you need and you are in the mall .. There is also a nuisance of maintenance workers time of my presence, but I am not much upset because I go out shopping and touring

Hotel is located back side of select city walk mall. Hotel doesn t look 5 star to me, rooms are ok. Breakfast is good.

nice hotel great location clean rooms you will have full fledged suites which includes fridge microwave with electric hotplate so you want to cook and enjoy good place to stay food is little expensive service is bit slow nice spread in breakfast nice service fitness centre is small but well equipped swimming pool is on top floor morning and evening pics from room is attached to take a view

Excellent suites with two room arrangement having microwave, fridge, kitchen zinc, cutlery, dining table. First room has TV, three oiece cushion sofa and large teapoe. Bed room has separate TV. Both rooms have separate climate control facility.

Complimentary Breakfast is simply superb with wide variety to choose from and you will be wanting large tummy to gobble up all available choices.

Disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and had to get the room recleaned. We were put in a non-smoking room on a smoking floor. Of course the room smelt badly of cigarette smoke.

Comfortable stay, with so many options for entertainment around as it's inside the mall complex. The staff and the service is quite good and their staff are pretty quick to any queries and problems.

Front office issues. Doesn't understand billing instructions. Rooms are dull. Restaurant is lifeless...

Good locality. Rooms and big and spacious. Maintenance could have been a little better. Nearby shopping option is always a welcome note.

Very nice and centrally located at the Select City Walk mall in Saket. It's clean and comfortable. The staff are very polite and helpful. Security is well taken care of. They have valet parking too. Food can be better in taste.

Hotel staff is very friendly, exclusive entrance to the mall is the best thing, dal tadka and jeera rice is a must
