Svelte hotel Review

Have stayed at this property multiple times and i have always left with a smile. All the rooms have a bath plus a kitchen plus a sittint area all in one.

Promised non smoker room with park view and free wifi. I was given a room that was smoking, filthy and view of air conditioners. Checked in at 1 pm and left at 3 pm after I had asthmatic attack as I am highly allergic to smoke. The wifi never worked. Moved next door into Hilton difference of day and night. Hilton is also next to the mall the wifi works great and is CLEAN.

I stayed here for a day. The rooms and living rooms are huge, they also have a kitchen and a huge washroom complete with a bath tub, glass doors and glass partitions. However the silence of the place was eeiry, and emptyness of the spaces too unnerving. It's swanky though and I did get a good sleep. But overall 4 stars because I didn't feel like home there. The ambience was too empty and way to silent to my taste.

What an amazing hotel, superb place to stay with all amenities like burner, microwave, refrigerator, cutlery, separate room give complete privacy to your bedroom. Just amazing place.

It goes by the name of hotel and personal suites and a five star rating. But it is very misleading. The entrance to the hotel is a harrowing affair as the entrance at both sides is shut by barricades which are chained together. The mall traffic makes it almost impossible to enter and it took more than 45 minutes to travel a 100 m distance to the hotel. In the morning we were woken up by hammering and were told lift is under servicing. Then why did they take booking for these rooms. The breakfast was a disaster. Coconut chutney in south indian turned out to be peanut chutney. There were semicooked small masala dosas with a hint of or excuse of masala in them. Boiled eggs were a day old with the yolk blackened from inside. The parathas were full of atta and almost no stuffing and extremely spiced up to possibly make people consume less. The housekeeping is extremely pathetic and after requesting a change of room in the morning, it took 45 minutes in the evening for a bellboy to turn up to shift the luggage. This place is a huge disappointment. Avoid it if you can.

Nicely located but entry is little tricky. Saket is one of the best places for hangout.

I do not wish to give even quarter of a star to this hotel. We booked this hotel for aug 12 and supposedly it was a suite .... I would like to scream out loud and tell everyone that their suite room is even smaller then a 3star hotel room. We requested for a change...trust me that on the name of customer service they are the worst people ever.... the lady at the reception walked away while I was still speaking to her .... they charge you for extra beds but there is no space for the bed.
Also their pool filter was not working ....thanks to them all of us are now down with viral.
Pls do not go this hotel even for free

Perfect location for stay. The hotel has biggest rooms as compared to other nearby places. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall great place to stay be it weekend or weekday, business or leisure stay.

Located in saket mall, helpful staff, needs to be upgraded feels old

The rooms are quite big with in-room mini bar, place to heat food and also has dining table with chairs.
The breakfast there is a good spread.
The food is tasty but there are limited options in desert section.
DLF shopping centre is next door.
The people are curious and friendly.

I am supplier of life saving medicine . Regularly visit to supply my foreign customers. Staff behave is good . Neat and clean .

Very slow service. Room requests gets ignored . Reception staff not friendly or courtesy. Rooms good.

Lost my Apple Mac Pro laptop tonight while checking in . Very disappointed, the staffs are trying to find out . But did not expect at this friendly hotel and suites . Valet parking for sure took it , but sad there was no cctv it seems . Staffs are friendly but still don t want to make a fuss . It s sad ! Hope they find the valet guy without the cctv , hotel could not find the thief . Being a north east india family guest at the hotel , must have taken advantage of being a foreigner .

Room is not clean, lots of dust on the floor
And the receptionist is not friendly

I have stayed in this hotel for over 2 months today and felt really good and the thing to be most appreciated is the PEOPLE who work here, right from the Top management to the housekeeping staff. Would really like to share some names as a token of appreciation - well done and you have truely given an A star service.

Great place with 24 hrs service, clean and accessible to everything you are looking for in Delhi. Would definitely recommend this hotel for others who are looking for a long term or short term stay in Delhi.

Can spend a better evening at the terrace.

Pretty basic I'd say. I've stayed in way better serviced apartments than these "suites." Fairly average. Nothing quite going for it other than the location.

Spacious room with separate living room and kitchen. Great location with shopping mall and many shops next door. The hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall. Hotel staffs are friendly too. The room is a little dark even with all the lights on. The window is dirty on the outside.

BEWARE
If u are going for early checkinn they will not allow you for early check inn. They allow you the check inn only at 12:00pm as per there norms.
The room service is also pathetic we order the food from outside but unable to get the plane plate to have the dinner inside the room.
After making the complaint to the duty manger then work is done.

this is my last stay to this hotel Nd I ll never recommend to my relative N friends.
