The lift maintenance is no good
We were stuck for 15 mins .

Hated the ambience of the hotel
Was the worst experience till date. I visited the hotel at 9:30 pm at night today as it was valentine's day. My whole family was there we had a good mood as always . But the hotel made my day worst and unhappy by the service given by the hotel
No quality of the food as well

Hotel is best but hotel restaurant food quality is very poor and menegment is very bade, staff not working properly always ignore any time customer services/demand. Service's is very thrd class.

I liked the place.. food was good.... servicing for only restaurant is a lil slow.. the staff is friendly and gives their hotel guests the good food time...

We organised my son's birthday party on 26th June 2019 at the party hall of this hotel. Got a very good response from Miss. Rahat and also the food suggested by the chef Mr. Mohammad was awesome.
Also got very good support from Mr. Yogesh who was present all the time during the party.

Nearer to Ambad Midc, and Gujarat highway, good food quality and cozy rooms. Need to improve on restaurant arrangement though. Little bit tunnel and dark effect. Helping staff and fair price. Again no covered parking. Overall good hotel, if you don't want to explore main city of nashik

Food quality is bad and utilities are very poorly maintained

Must have been a major place at one point of time, but the services now are not up to the mark. Slow and unresponsive at times, the furnishings are old, at places the upholstery and wall paint are falling apart. The bathtub tap in washroom always trickles...it just shows a lack of maintenance and energy everywhere...breakfast does not get ready by even 8 am...

Hotel rooms are neat and clean, however the hotel location is on the off side of highway. You can't avoid hearing noise from vehicles.

Very poor service. No cleaning. No good food options. Always giving excuses that its just restarted. No way close to 3 star hotel. Feels like staying in hostel.

It was a good stay, rooms are spacious and clean.location is at Mumbai road, should keep more option for breakfast, parking available, staff is good. Rates are nominal.

The room was spacious and clean. As per the booklet kept in the room breakfast time was from 7 am. But they didn't open. At least they should have informed in advance.
