We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. On arrival the check in was rushed with the staff making 0 conversation and attending to phone calls while we waited. 2 rooms had missing slippers, 1 room missing dental and shaving kit, 2 rooms the tv's had no signal and all 3 rooms were FREEZING. On request only 1 heater could be provided. Only plus is the rooms are big and location is great.
