Location is very good. Room sizes are very good. But the house keeping isn't that good and the hotels needs a renovation. Overall, stayable considering the location.

Very used, but big rooms. Super comfortable beds! Cleaning must be improved. Team at the reception focus more on their cell phones instead of customer. This guy's does not make you feel welcome there. Bell boy is very helpful. Won't stay there again!

We had dinner at restaurant classiq on 3rd floor. The food and service is excellent

Not to clean. There was a mouse in the room. The only thing the hotel did was changing the room. Then they said a basket of chocolate and fruits will be sent to the room as an apology but nothing was sent. I honestly expected something better than this experience!!

try booking a room directly and the manager/pimps (mr bhushan in my case) will start giving different estimation from online quotes. They also do not let you reach out to any senior authority. It seems the junior staff has given the resignation and want to degrade the hotels name.

Great location...next to Select Citywalk mall in Saket, Delhi. It has some lovely suites for large families. However, the reception staff can be adamant about paying in advance.

Checked in in one of there suit rooms on 13 july. Dirty floor ,my toddler had a blacke layer of dust all over feet and palm . Linen was weathered and towels were old . Good property but badly managed.

This place has small lobby with a stained sofa. The corridors leading to the rooms are dark with some nasty old carpets. The room we were in was very dated and looks like it was running on one leg. The whole suite was dark with all the lights on. The kitchenette lacked the basic stuffs. The bathroom was smelly and old. The breakfast was not decent for the price that we paid, it was too basic and does not inspire you to eat. The staff were not very friendly, most of them had a poker face and wearing stained uniforms. Only 2 stars.

Placed near Saket of south Delhi. These hotels are providing very good services and luxurious situations to live here.

There were stains in the sheets, arrival wasn't very welcoming (I stumbled up the stairs with an injured knee, a large and small backpack, suitcase, and a purse; while all 4 staff at the entrance were just looking instead of trying to give me a hand). They wanted me to pay for the WiFi while it was complementary with my booking. The room was very noisy, I could literally follow the entire party in an adjacent room until 2:30am on a Thursday night while I had to get up at 7am. Staff did ask them to keep the noise down but they simply ignored that. Comes across more like a run-down party palace than an upscale boutique hotel.

what somebody does in the next room can be heard so it can be quite an embarrassing situation

Really very nice and the great area, same because I know it well .. but the regular service, rooms without care, the television only with online sales programs (horrible), although I had paid for breakfast, I had to have breakfast outside, because in the hotel It was horrible, I went down the first day and never again .. reception staff ill-mannered and unintelligent, I really would not like to stay here again in these conditions

Very well located hotel and suit. It has one exclusive door for guests to enter and exit from DLF mall Saket, it gives an exclusive feeling. Room's views are great, breakfast is very rich and services are excellent.

Good services but need to decrease the time of room service

A Frankenroom: When I arrived, they said they were sold out. I explained that I have a confirmed reservation. They said sorry, and tried to find me a room elsewhere, no rooms. After an hour of waiting they said they had a cancellation and would give the room.

The room seemed fine, but when I tried to sleep, all the room lights turned on by themselves. Get up, turn them all off, go to sleep, they all turn on again. Repeat the process 5 times that night.

Go to the toilet, water is dripping from the ceiling on to my back. From the looks of the discoloration on the ceiling, it has been happening for a long time.

I am convinced this room had been marked in the system as do not use, but since they overbooked, they gave it to me.

My complaint is the staff knew of the problems, and chose to do nothing.
