Don't ever give your credit card as advance at the hotel . It has taken me 5 calls to the accounts department with everyone given a different reason for my refund not coming. I am still waiting for my refund after 6 days.
The beauty of this hotel is that they don't trust you with payments hence the advance , but in real sense you can't trust them .
