Best place to go in an emergency. Went to ER and really took excellent care. A little slow in my estimation but they needed to treat a lot of people with Spain's and coughing that should have gone to urgent care.

Omg, My mother was admitted 12 days ago after losing her hand due to infection post surgery. She ended up with an infection that could only be treated with strong antibiotics via intravenously. I will add that she lost her right leg approximately 1.5 years ago from complications from diabetes and received care from Sutter Hospital and the Rehab Institute attached to the Hospital. She had such great care and experiences throughout the original amputation that we didn't hesitate to have her be admitted again. Big mistake.

Sutter-Roseville has everything one would want by pleasing aesthetic visuals, but unfortunately the facade was utter window dressing. This latest experience was a horror movie. We were lied to directly from staff and it was obvious that "pass the buck" is a game that they are very adept but it's the status quo for this latest stay. Drs, RNs, CNAs, Case Managers, Floor Supervisor, and support staff were negligent and frustratingly incompetent in her overall care. In the 12 days she received no cleaning (even a bird bath) and was allowed to wallow in her own feces and a air mattress that was never cleaned or kept sterile/hygienic. She came out with a sore on her other heal that we are terrified that will lead to complications in her only foot and leg. In fact, we spotted the injury while she was being transferred to the commode. We took pictures. The Nursing staff were clueless.

Multiple times we told the staff that we wanted to be kept up on all of the decisions that affected her health. Multiple times, we never received a phone call until a Dr decided to send her home (we live 90 miles away) and the hospital was calling to tell us that they were discharging and come pick her up. That was 3 days ago, and she is still admitted because when we arrived to get her, she was in tremendous pain and hadn't had a bowel movement in over 2 days. Over and over we implored the Med-Surge (3rd floor) Nurses and Case Manager to call and report progress or concerns and the communication was non-existant. What made matters worse was every time we pointed out areas of concern, Noone ever accepted any responsibility but passed the buck to someone else. Over and over we were told one thing only to have find out someone changed the directive or orders. When my sister called to talk to the Case Manager Sara, she talked to an abrasive, rude, combative, argumentative individual that flat out lied to her.

Today, we met with Eric, the Floor Supervisor and were told that he was very sorry for the treatment and unethical behavior of various individuals. Due to the fact that my mother was still in great pain and hadn't had a movement, we were told that the Dr on duty (Dixits) had great compassion and wanted to make sure that my mother was stable enough to leave the hospital and that today's discharge order was being canceled.

We met with the Dr an hour later and true to form, She came in like gang busters and told us that she was discharging my mother post haste. I was completely flabbergasted. But again, another directive being changed without any regard to the overall condition of the patient. Evidently the complaints we had and addressed to the various staff throughout the week made the Dr decide to discharge with my mother without regards to her health.

Completely unacceptable. I will be following up with a detailed description of the circus act of this hospital staff and a report to the Joint Commission.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. 6 hours later and nothing was done. Our son has something in his ear and they didn t wanna deal with him screaming so they didn t get it out. Rudest laziest nurses ever. Never even saw a dr.

This review pertains to the E.R. and not other portions of the hospital. The doctors and staff seem overworked, bitter, and down right incompetent. If you have any serious medical needs avoid Sutter Roseville ER, they will most likely misdiagnose or even worse not even catch the issue unless it's extremely evident. In one of the more expensive areas in Sacramento, it's a wonder how this E.R. has not received any updates or expansions. I don't know how this place hasn't been shut down do to malpractice or hasn't been the subject of a massive lawsuit, but I'm sure it's only a matter if time. AVOID THIS ER

I'm currently there right now. When I first walked in to the ER I had 3-4 people ahead of me ( in the waiting area) and I thought cool shouldn't be too long. 2 hours later and I'm still waiting and so is the person that was ahead of me! The waiting time to be seen is insane I think the ER doctor is taking 20minute breaks between each patient. Horrible reception too, I smiled and said a hey how are you to the front desk and the guy just stared back at me silently :| their defualt attitude is I don't care

DON'T GO HERE!! This is the worst hospital experience we ever had!!! My husband was brought by the ambulance to the ER, they just dumped him in the waiting room, bare foot & cold, the staff was rude, & looked at us like a number, no compassion! The place looks ghetto, and there were people waiting who were in much better physical condition then my husband and they were seen A Lot sooner. We waited for over three and a half hours & were not seen!! NEVER coming here again and recommend others to avoid the place at all costs!!!

This review is specifically about the ER team.

This review is specifically about the ER team.
If you like 3rd world country medicine and if you feel like waiting unattended for hours in extreme pain in a Lobby while RN health"care"personnel don t give a damn, then by all means come here!
I drove my adult son to their ER with a serious kidney issue, he was poorly evaluated and released from their ER. Few hours later we had to come back due to their I-really-don't-care standard-of-care. We already had waited several hours the first time, but even with him screaming in pain in a wheelchair, they did not feel that they were even remotely responsible for evaluating and treating him so poorly in first place so they kept him waiting for another round of HOURS in the lobby with no pain management while there were literally 2 patients (plus 2 after us) total waiting in this lobby!
ER Triage Nurses going back and forth, rude, idle, uncaring, empty minded and useless, having little meetings about their vacations, laughing while patients were left untreated sitting there. After few hours waiting watching my son in agonizing pain I finally went to one of the triage nurses who were sitting there doing nothing else than chatting with one another and demanded he be seen right away (we were first in line and waiting for hours already). She started to argue that they "were full" I showed her the lobby pointing out that there were only a hanful of patients. She replied that they were full "back there" which turned out was a complete lie since shortly after, when my son was finally taken in, half of the ER boxes were empty and clean (meaning that the patients did not just leave minutes ago). Bottom line not only were the triage nurses quite obviously unwilling to do their job and keep the cases moving but they were also unprofessionally contributing to patients worsening condition.
The epitome of Incompetence and ill-will at their paramount! Thankfully there was a change in shift and the new team understood clearly that it was serious and admitted him right away. He remained hospitalized and will undergo surgery tomorrow (his condition has not worsened it is just that the previous team was not thinking of doing the right diagnosis, they were trying to pull a fast one and were clearly making patients feel that they were an utter annoyance to them!)

To Laura @Sutter PR: Quit answering that you are truly sorry on social media, you truly are not sorry, you are trying to make people believe that Sutter really cares.
Look at the reviews, if Sutter really cared, they would TAKE ACTION and ensure that this type of incompetent and dangerous personel is fired or put in an office where they are nowhere near patients. That's how you make good by your patients. Not by giving it some lip service! Your fake sympathy just adds insult to injury.

Wow, glad I read the reviews. I almost took my daughter here. I've never seen so many bad reviews that pretty much said the same thing. When are you people gonna take these seriously?? Sounds like a major over haul is needed especially in E.R. I hope my adherence to the reviews, by not going, is a clear indication that patients sure are listening to the reviews.

Dont get injured and expect respect from Sutter doctors. These being doctors who think they know you better than you know yourself and treat you as such. If you have the choice, I'd advise choosing another medical group and PCP to get your care from. A PCP that holds themselves accountable and takes their oath for patient care seriously, one who listens to you, and most importantly, treats you with respect.

We just had my second baby yesterday and Dr.Murphy was awesome as he always is! I was lucky enough to have my obgyn on call this weekend to deliver my daughter and nurse Cathy was so sweet during the whole labor. I felt very taken care during my whole entire stay with the aftercare nurses as well. Everyone has been very friendly and very accommodating. Complete 5 stars and highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing staff! My dad had a stroke and was brought here by the ambulance. Even with the amount of patients that were in the ER, and there were a lot the day he came, he got a room in the ER within 2 hours. ER was very very busy, but the nurses and healthcare workers that I crossed paths with while with my dad were all amazing. They were attentive and very pleasant people. They made sure to check on my dad often even tho he was sleeping for the most part. The one nurse that stuck out to me most was Stacie. She was amazing. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns I had about my dad's condition. She kept me updated on what the next steps would be. And even encouraged me to get my nursing degree because she saw how much interest I had in this field of work.
And a few hours later we were moved to an actual hospital room. The nurses are amazing here as well (i say are because we are still here, they are keeping an eye on him still). From Clarissa, to Amanda to Karen (vascular specialist), they are taking care of my dad very well. I am just shook on how amazing everyone here is. Doctor Massil is amazing! He is making sure my dad doesn't leave home without going to rehab first. They are doing everything they can to figure out a way for him to get rehab. I can not say enough good things. I am just dumbstruck and thankful that dad was brought to this hospital.
Huge thank you to the nurses and nurse's assistants: Clarissa, Amanda, Karen, Laury, Sonia, Comfort, Bob and everyone else that is taking part in helping my dad get back on his feet again. Have it be they just popped in to check on his IV or to give him his medication. Or even just to pop in and say hello. I know I missed a bunch of names, there are so many wonderful people here. Thank you so much!! May God bless your hearts! And give you much strength to help and heal those who need you guys!

I had my baby here 2 months ago. The labor and delivery staff were amazing and attentive. That s why the three stars. When I got to postpartum is where everything went bad. I was in so much pain and couldn t sit. When I kept explaining this I was given Motrin and Tylenol for pain which needless to say DIDN'T help. When I asked for something stronger and crying trying to sit on the toilet the nurse came in and I was told there is an epidemic, for pain medication. As if everyone on the planet doesn t know that. I had just had a baby and was treated like a drug seeker which is disgusting to treat a patient who s in obvious pain like that. After the nurse told me that she gave me lavender cotton balls to smell as if that takes pain away. What the hell. It was the worst postpartum experience ever. I have had three other children at a different hospital and my stay was amazing. I will never deliver here again.

The ER experience was abysmal. My wife had a stroke, the doctor attending her (Jeffrey) was awkward, almost gave my wife medicine that could have killed her (the Neurologist stopped him last minute), all the while he is telling us (and my 12 year old daughter) how the last time they used this the person died, he goes on about it beyond appropriate bedside manners. Then, I leave and come back and the ER Nurse on duty has "lost" my wife. Cannot find a record of her being moved to a room, but no idea where she is. Turns out she was in the next bed over, they moved her and forgot (Why I have no idea). Then, they transfer her to a room finally, give her MRI and then her condition worsens - yet the hospital DOES NOT CONTACT ME STILL. They do not contact me when she is moved, did not contact me when she worsened. To make matters worse, they LEFT HER IN THE LOBBY 2 days later, with a purple folder. She was trying to text me that she was ready, but due to the stroke she can't type or talk well (At this point, couldn't type or talk at all in a very clear manner). The exit instructions were also all messed up, and we got incorrect prescriptions (invalid, had to have redone) and left in limbo with the referrals to therapy and specialists.

TO BE FAIR: After I brought this to the hospital's attention, the Physical Therapy/Wound Center people and the financial department did get on this, and helped to make things right. I would suggest that Sutter cut ties with Wellspace Health and find a better option if a patient doesn't have a primary physician (We had just moved), as that provided an even bigger nightmare for us than the ER/Hospital. But, since that, the hospital has taken care of us and made things well. HOWEVER - it needs to be stated what occurred, and how important it is that this hospital remedy these issues before they end up with lawsuits on their hands.

THE PHYSICAL THERAPY/WOUND CENTER THOUGH I GIVE A 5/5. GOD BLESS THEM!

Worst place to go. First and hopefully last time i come here. My brother had been hit by a car and they brought him here via ambulance. We waited about 1 hr 30 mins til they told us he had been ready for about 20 mins to be seen by family. Once we were brought into trauma NOBODY told us what they did or how he was. NOTHING. He had to tell us what happened. Barely concious. We waited about 2-3 hours with literally NOBODY checking up on him, ( i have proof, video, pics) and he was the only one in the trauma center! until the Dr came just to be extremely rude and talk to us like we were idiots. Terrible terrible expierence. My poor brother went through all the pain and no one cared at all! Worst place ever.

I've had good experiences here in times past but each of my last few visits (three ER visits, one hospitalization) was a mixed bag in terms of staff courtesy and professionalism. Some of the staff were excellent (kind and respectful) and some were awful (rude, condescending). Within the same visit, you could be made to feel welcome or just 'in the way,' depending on which staff member was attending to you at any given moment. I felt like their #1 concern was just getting me out of there, not necessarily helping me. The wait time in the ER is ridiculous. After sitting in the lobby for hours, I was sent home in the same condition I came in with, with nothing for pain management once I left; and yet I was admitted when I returned the next night for the very same thing. I used to think Sutter Roseville was the best hospital in town, but not anymore; they seem so disorganized and disinterested now. I certainly don't enjoy hanging out at hospitals but in my opinion, if you need to be seen, Mercy Hospital of Folsom is the place to go in this area. They're prompt, courteous, and professional. There's a flow to their ER, whereas Sutter's has become like a stagnant pond, with an average wait time of 3 hours before ANYONE sees you, whereas Mercy Hospital of Folsom got necessary tests started within minutes of my arrival both times that I've had to go to their ER within the past couple of months - and nobody made me feel like I was a bother for being there. I wonder what happened to Sutter Roseville. (Whatever it was wasn't good.)

We are currently in the ICU unit with a terminal patient. The doctor and some nurses have been amazing have a great bedside manner. We we're greeted by a female security guard, who ignored our greetings, kept her sight to the floor, and spoke with a rude almost thuggish attitude. For being the first face that greets you, I'd honestly think twice about selecting this hospital. Although we are greatful for taking our family member in for an emergent procedure. We are very thankful! I don't think it's too much to ask for some respect and dignity at hard times. Some nurses seemed not to be interested in their jobs or in providing customer service. The night shift nurses sitting in the nurses station are just rude. When asked a simple question they reply with a condescending attitude, while another nurse replied "well said!" In a very sassy tone. Ugh! These nurses really need to brush up on their customer service. My family member was kept NPO so no food or water. The nurses did not inform us of the schedule change for the surgery until late afternoon with out food or water (he has the IV hydration but one needs moisture in mouth.) As a minority we strongly feel like we're being discriminated against!

Human decency! I'm so upset! The only comfort I find is knowing the doctor's are amazing as well as other nurses. We appreciate you! For the rest of you rude unfortunate humans, if you cannot be considerate to a dying human being or their family please just stay home. Nurses and staff like that should really reconsider their career choice for their future endeavours

I will never go here again. I recently went to the er with my son who was exhibiting symptoms of a kidney stone. We had to wait 5+ hours in the er waiting room with him in excruciating pain and vomiting violently. I told the doctor that i thought he had a kidney stone. While he was in terrible pain and vomiting they required him to walk to get a ct scan and his blood work done even though he has barely able to stand up. After about 4 hours, they gave him some nausea medicines and a pain med which he immediately vomited up. The doctor sent us home with him vomiting and writhing in pain with prescriptions that I would have to get filled to give him some relief. I will never go back to this er again. This is the third time i have been there in the last year and a half. All of these times my family and I have been treated like crap. This hospital does not treat people with respect. they see people as a number and refuse to acknowledge that anyone might know a little bit about their body. I will go to Sutter Davis from now on for my emergencies. At least they treat people with respect and care.

My mom was taken there several times in 2015 by the paramedics. She had end stage COPD. The nurses and doctors were excellent. She would end up in ICU on a ventilator and the nurses and doctors in ICU were the best I have ever seen. They took the time to explain everything they did and why they did it.

Had a friend in town who ended up having kidney issues. Had to take her to the ER. I was so disappointed. They treated her horribly. No communication, care or compassion and literally like an inconvenience as she cried in pain. They just dumped her in the hallway and walked away. Felt a bit Like 3rd world country care. I did get upset as I realize they see this all of the time but to not give any kind of care or explanation while seeing that it wasn t because they were busy caring for patients was very hurtful to witness.

If they had spent a fraction of the time talking to their patients as they do chatting up each other and laughing around people crying in pain it might be more palatable.

I have a serious surgery in my future and I m seriously thinking I should look into Kaiser now.

I just first want to say I always come here and will never go back. I arrived about 830 and had my vitals and blood work done by 10. I was then called back, payed in a bed for 3 hours crying because of the pain and not one person stopped by. I watched 3 other women get treated (temperature, pain from 1 to 10? Etc). After about 2 hours I asked for help. The nurse asked what was wrong and I told her my daughter was brought in here 2 days ago with the flu and I THINK I have that. She then told me I don't have the flu. I then asked what was wrong with me. She wasn't even working in my area because I never saw her again. I waited as long as I could then went to the nurse a little mad. I asked why I was being ignored and he told me "the doctor will be coming with your discharged paper, but it's will be a while because he's on the other side of the hospital." And I started to cry and said I've been. Laying in pain. He told me I couldn't have anything. I replied with "I'll take a ibuprofen, anything. I hurt all over so bad." Bottom line he couldn't give me anything and I would be going home as soon as the doctor comes over. I got dressed and left. I told the nurse I can lay in a bed in pain at home, and if something was extremely wrong with me, I'm going to sue. He didn't bat and eye so I left. My father had my daughter so I was by myself. When he picked me up he went inside to get a number to complain. We left a message and never never from then so far. I'm disappointed. I will notry be paying them a cent and my dad and me are willing to take you to small claims just to make a point. I'd suggest you call my father back. I've washed my hands of it but my dad is far from forgetting how horrible I was treated.

I have been in and out this hospital several times for all different things and yes, I do have to agree the WORST HOSPITAL I have ever been too. They to busy trying to rush people out then trying to figure out the issue with people health. They don't get NO STARS HERE, and they also mess up my insurance too, I had to go back and forth to get it right and it still get right I had to go crazy on the staff to just get my meds. Because of the insurance issues. I only go there because its close to my house. But, I will be going to Kaiser next time if I have go. Thumbs Down!!!

We had a really awful experience here at the ER. I took my wife in at 5 in the morning for a bad ear infection. There were maybe three other people waiting there when we signed in. It took an hour and 15 minutes before we were given a curtained-off chair (not even a real room), then had to wait another 45 minutes before we were even seen by a doctor. As far as I could tell, there was only one doctor on call and she was severely overworked (not her fault). She spent a total of about 3 minutes checking out my wife before running off again. In all it took about 3 hours for them to prescribe some antibiotics and give her some steroids.

It seems that my definitions of "urgent" and "emergency" are far different from Sutter's. If I were dying and this were the closest ER, I'd continue to crawl my way to the next place.

I was recently a surgical patient. I was treated like royalty while a patient at Sutter Roseville. I am a RN and truly know what it takes to give excellent care! The nurses and doctors were so kind and compassionate! Alannah, Liz, Veronica, Scott, Dr. Kebria, Dr. Joe and a few others that i can't recall the names of, (so so sorry!) I really can't say enough to adequately thank all of you that took care of me and my family. Even the dining host, receptionist, and the housekeeper treated me with kindness! I am from out of town and was very anxious about being away from home, and each of these remarkable people were absolute angels! Sincere thankfulness! God bless each of you! Great job Sutter Roseville.....you truly have a superb team! :)

Excellent facility and staff. My issue is with their billing. I visited with a doctor for 10 minutes in the ER, and the charge was over $3000. This does not include the tests they ran, which were charged separately. So $3000 for a 10 minute chat. They audited the charge upon my request, and refuse to change it.

Update: I received another bill for an additional $1100, meaning that I was charged $4300 for a 10 minute chat. After posting my initial review, I was put in touch with the patient advocate, who advised me that after another audit of my charts I am still not eligible for any kind of adjustment. Avoid this ER at all costs... they drastically overcharge for their services.

I found out the hard way. There are ER doctors that assume you are T2D (no test). They gave me some insulin IV to bring my sugar (from 700+) down and sent me home with metformin. I was 3000 miles from home so when I felt worse the following day and went back the PA told me I could not keep coming in there. So they sent me to an Endo that gave me some nausea meds and told me I was having a reaction to metformin. Guess what happened on day 4.... yes, I'm sure you guessed it. Had to be driven to ER and immediately put in ICU, DKA, kidneys shut down, liver enzymes sky high and heart messed up. So if someone would have noticed the other symptoms(weight loss, very high glucose even with modified diet and nausea) I would not still be in dept from 50k of hospital bills, not to mention the months of rehab to regain my strength.

Thanks Sutter Roseville Medical Center! I hope your ER docs get some education before they kill a late onset t1d.

They couldn t fix my problem but was then admitted to main hospital.

Dr. Christopher Markus is a horrible doctor. This doctor had no bedside manner or manners what so ever! He is extremely arrogant, rude and judgmental. I came in today after being diagnosed with the flu, bronchitis, a UTI and a double ear infection yesterday from an urgent care. I became extremely short of breath and was experiencing constant pain in my back. The only words he said to me were that I it s unlikely I have all that going on. Well a thousand dollars later after he wrote AMA on my paperwork when I spent over 5 hours there in miserable pain. He gave me that exact same unlikely diagnosis . The guy is an idiot. Don t see him unless you want to be treated with trash and receive falsified documents.

Had an emergancy where my husband was admitted and had neuro surgery. Then returned 4 months later for more surgery. We have never had better care. The hospital is well organized, has great service, it is very clean and has a pleasing ambience. Every staff member Nurse, Doctor and volunteer gave us the best care and respect. They hold our health and security with the upmost importance. Thank you Sutter health.

If you find yourself in need of a hospital this is the one you want to be in. I ve had experience with most major hospitals in the Greater Sacramento area over the years, due to Babies and Asthma, and this is my favorite by a long shot.

I showed up at three in the morning in absolute agony with a ruptured appendix and they were great. No waiting around. They diagnosed the problem and sent me to surgery within five hours.
I had to stay for a few days, during that time I got to know quite a few of the nurses, and everyone of them were happy to be there. They all loved working for Sutter. Something I found to be very unique. Plus they all seemed to work reasonable hours, and no one seemed burnt out. Another thing I found great was the noise level. It was quite. No loud conversations going on at the nurses station while you re trying to rest. There are signs everywhere reminding people to be quiet because healing was going on.

I had a surgery appt Aug. 28th. It was cancelled due to EKG error. I am upset. But another problem was that I had similar surgery in jan 2019 to repair Drop Foot. It Did Not work. Thus the surgery on
The 28th. On the first surgery I asked to spend a couple of nights in hosp after surgery. They agreed. This surgery, I was Denied any Chance of Stay after.
My question is How Much do Drs. Lose in $$$$ if a person stays after surgery? Because Yesterday the Dr. was the one to Deny my Stay. How much money is involved.
Upset Mr. Habby.

David in the er is very disrespectful rude and has no compassion.i came in with terrible mouth pain and he just sat in a chair and acted like he was doing research or something then after i had sat waiting for 20 min I asked about the meds I was prescribed he told me he didnt know when it would be available.then he proceeded to tell me I can leave.the er dr told me that my problem would clear up by itself I have had this problem for two weeks and it has been getting worse.this is the worst experience i have had since my dad died at the same hospital.

Went to the ER - my husband got food poisoning .. worst experience ever! They treated us like cattle and were very rude and disrespectful. (The male nurse especially so freaking rude). So much for having great insurance and the hospital getting 4000 to treat people like crap!! My husband left barely able to walk still puking and hyper ventilating! This ER has gone down hill.. The only person who was nice to us was the registration clerk because she was getting payment!

Terrible service. One can die there and no account is given. If the medical staff is not enough, they would hire more. My daughter is only 11 years old, she had a strong stomach ache, they left her for a long time, "hours", we decided to go elsewhere, they should be a little more empathic in human pain.

My boyfriend s Grandparents were submitted there a few days ago. They were holding her down and making her take medication that would literally hurt her. She was terrified to death being there. Please if you have any other choices of hospitals, do not go to this one. I wish I could give it a zero star.

I have been to emergency there several times over the last couple of years. I was for the most part very pleased with the care i received. I've always expected a wait time, thats just part of going to emergency. The staff of drs and nurses were nice and on top of things. I appreciate the care i received.

I am appalled at the level of care I received. I left this hospital with active chest pain, still hypertensive, and unable to walk out of here on my own. Because my troponins were negative and as a female diabetic they usually are they just casually sent me home with a blood pressure of 183/119. Kimberly Cole

Horrible horrible horrible I went in to the hospital for being in alot of pain and could not sleep head ache and left shoulder hurting and blind spot in left eye with head ache .. Any way I was embarrassed because I was in the process of getting a 48hr eeg ... So sitting there with wires and a cap over my head.. Embarrassing .. It is always dirty every time going in there it doesn't matter if there is 5 people or 20 people u will always wait for at least a good hour and 30 minutes to 3 hours .. Well after a hour and 30 minutes plus I ended up walking out .. Made appointment with doctor .. Apparently a patient going in with wires attached to their head a eeg .. History of seizures and going in there like that is not important..not to forget there is no emergency call pull button in the waiting room bathroom .. So if grandma or grandpa falls o well .. Ya horrible .. Plus funny only people giving 5 stars are there people who work there ..WELL IT'S THE NEXT DAY AND THIS MORNING I HAD A SEIZURE I WILL BE TALKING TO SOMEONE WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE E R .. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED ...
