The mini that caught my eye was fabulous, but it was the friendly, attentive nature of Mat and Steph - as well as all the five star reviews - that made me think even a four hundred mile round trip to view the car would be worthwhile. You hear all sorts of stories about people being treated with indifference at main dealers - just another 'sales mission' at best, each car a unit shifted. It was obvious from the get-go that things were different at Supermini. Mat and Steph love their cars, and they like dealing with people too. My email queries always got prompt replies every time, and when I called up they made me feel as if they had all the time in the world to talk things over. When I eventually arrived a few days later, the red coupe was ready and waiting; utterly gleaming; a testament to their hard work.
After I had phoned with a query on the six(!) hour journey home, imagine my surprise to find an email enquiring as to whether I had got home safely. Extraordinary service!
