I recently bought my Min Cooper S from Supermini UK Ltd and am beyond happy with my decision. The car was in superb condition and was true to the description, and is the best car I have owned to date. I loved the non-hassle of the sale, there was no pushiness involved, I was free to look at the car as much as I wanted. The car ticked every box; in great condition; all the documentation; drove superbly. But it was the customer service that really sold it to me, they were flexible around my requests to view and collect; answered all my questions and their confidence in the car and the work that they had put into was shown when we were viewing it and test driving it - this was enough for me to know that they are trustworthy. They were very thorough with the paperwork and her knowledge of Minis, that the process was quick and simple and a follow-up email to ensure that I got home safe was lovely. I have already driven my new car up and down the country and had no problems. Thank you.
