Purchased a used vehicle in December from Jose (our friend was the finance manager and recommended Jose) and he has been and still is fantastic. He was NEVER pushy (unlike all the other dealerships we visited who would seemingly harass us after we left), let us make our own decision, and made sure everything was done right.

We've had a few minor issues with our car and Jose has made sure to take care of us at every step to make sure we purchased the best, more reliable car from Superior Mazda. He goes the extra mile to make it right.

Kudos to his boss and service team who also help make it right. Great customer service. We'll be back the next time we need to purchase a vehicle without a doubt.

Rex was our salesman and we both felt comfortable ...

Rex was our salesman and we both felt comfortable with him from the initial phone call to the final sale of the car. He kept in touch with us throughout the process as we live in Maryland. He was professional, knowledgeable, and has a easy going spirit. We never felt like we were being pushed to buy the car. Rex was great, even offered to pick us up at the airport. The car was even better in person. Needless to say we love the used car and the price. It drives and handles well after our 18 hour drive back to Maryland.

Great experience and great prices.
I went by and looked at a car after hours and really liked the online price and the condition of the car. Called and set up a time to go by and do a test drive with Michael Hale.
Great guy, no pressure, just information. Set up another time to bring the wife and kids before I made the final decision. Again, no pressure and Michael didn't mind spending more time showing the car.
Decided to buy, came in on my day off, went through the paperwork. Was such a pleasant experience compared to past experiences. We had everything done and sale completed in about 90 minutes from when I pulled onto the lot until I drove off.
In the process of test driving we found a vent that didn't open, Michael had the car scheduled into the shop the very next business day after I bought it to get that fixed at no cost. He also set me up with a loaner that day and had everything all set up for my arrival. It was so convenient that I wasn't even delayed getting to work and was able to come back and pick it up on my lunch break and it didn't inconvenience me at all.
I highly recommend you talk to Michael Hale if you are looking at buying a Mazda or one of their really nice used cars.

The service department here is terrible. I had a 07:00 appointment to put on a tire/wheel and I ve been here for more than an hour and a 45 minutes. Ridiculous customer service and no respect for my time. All of this after wasting an hour earlier in the week. when I get to work and walk around the car it turns out they ordered a chrome vs black finish wheel.

Thanks Joseph Smiley who was the guy (salesman) to make me happy...He was truly very helpful, honest as he took care most of my concern genuinely!

I must agree they are awesome dealership who deserves 5 STARS and did everything they could to make sure car looks good. Especially for used car one key as an issue but they prepared second key with little push to give best customer experience!!

Service prices are higher than Mazda dealerships in other states. Despite the price, I still brought my car in for service because NWA only has one Mazda dealership. Setup my service online, which clearly outlined what price I'd pay. Showed up at the time of my scheduled servcie, and waited almost 2 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation. The sales person tried to charge me almost 25% more than I was quoted when I booked my service online. After failing to justify the price increase, he then dropped it to match the price it said online. If possible I would recommend servicing your car elsewhere. However, must admit one of the salesmen was great. He showed me the new miatas and was super helpful.

This is a very unprofessional dealership. I was buying the car from Oklahoma so i was taking care of business using the phone and emails. I offered the asking price, and i was asked to apply for credit. I had my credit approved and submitted my down payment. I was told then that everything was fine and that the contract would FedEx to me the next day. Two days went by and no contract. When i contacted Eric he then informed me that the car was sold to another customer and that it was gone. I find this type of behavior to be lacking and very unprofessional.

This dealership is a joke. I made a deal with them over the phone and put money down on a vehicle for them to hold until I picked up on Monday. They waited until Monday to call me and tell me that they sold the vehicle on Saturday. I was driving 200 miles to pick it up and I was over halfway there. They sold it for more money than we agreed on. When I asked about my gas money all they could say was sorry. The sales manager Monty was a jerk about the whole thing and was afraid to give me his bosses name. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

They even emailed me a video going around my car, showing how my brakes and rotors were, checked suspension, topped off wiper fluids, showed how they checked the tires. Such professionalism ! Rotated my tires, oil change. Highly recommend!

Eric Yanez was AMAZING!!
We had been searching for quite some time for our vehicle. Mazda had the perfect one we were looking for with everything we were wanting. Eric was phenomenal and really did make us feel at home and like he was doing everything he could for us. Highly recommend him! Rusty Jackson (sales manager)- good guy. Played hardball on the price. Understandably so, due to the short amount of time the vehicle was actually on their lot. In the end we were able to come to an agreement we both felt comfortable with. Regardless, we are very happy with our purchase and would do business with them in the future!

Jose still comes up and shakes my hand even after selling me a car years ago. Mike runs a good service team and helped me with a problem last time I was there. Keep up the good work.

Several failed attempts at doing warranty repairs ...

Several failed attempts at doing warranty repairs on my seat as well as other things. The service department staff is mostly new and inexperienced and they very seldom will answer the phone during regular business hours. When they do, good luck on getting them to remember more than one or two things to do because the service advisors are very young and don't have good utilization of time management as well as organizational skills. Not all of my experiences there were poor, but more so bad than not and then you have to factor in that I'm traveling each time from Fort Smith to Bentonville and several times I met my car with a new problem as a result of something they did or didn't do that they should have or they order the wrong part and so on and so forth. Toward the end, they started having a driver bring the car to me in Fort Smith and yet that still rendered them having to go back with my car at least twice because their technicians didn't complete the job to the standard in which Mazda says it should be and that is just simply putting the car back together the way that it should be done. I would have never known had I not been paying attention, but I do that anyway and even more so after the service manager named Zack fluffed me on my tint job by saying that it looked great and yet it was probably one of the worst window tinting jobs I've ever seen. They said that I could refuse to pay the mobile window tint guy that they use and that they probably would never use him again, but that was under the leadership of the previous service manager in the service department that has recently been replaced by a gentleman named Wayne who is in his younger thirties and comes across as God's gift to service departments even though he failed to take care of two or three things that I had mentioned to him in addition to the original unresolved issues from the previous management. I feel like he had good intentions, but I was angry enough at that point to have him double and triple checking the repairs and yet I received the vehicle several more times at such a low quality and without attention to detail. I felt like them rigging things as they did sometimes was more of an insult to my intelligence and desire to have the car put back together with a little integrity and quality of craftsmanship. I was angry enough to want to be put in contact with someone in upper level management that was over the superior branding in an effort to shed some light on the problems that are present at the Mazda dealership. There's no telling how many bad repairs or poor-quality repairs were put out and the customer didn't know because they don't know to check behind them as I found was necessary. It was always stupid things and a lack of attention to detail. They went out of their way a couple of times by doing a four wheel alignment for free as a result of all the problems, I'm sure, and that's great, but I just wanted to go there the one time or maybe two if needed and yet I've been struggling with several issues over several months that should have never been the case. Guess what I did? I fixed the damn car myself and probably better than what they could have ever done. I urge caution to those of you going to Superior and suggest that you check over everything that's ever done to your car to ensure the Integrity of the repair. As I stated before, the majority of the service department is of new and very inexperienced employees that are not well-versed in the ways of Mazda and their technology and philosophies. Prior to my submission of a one-star review, Superior Mazda was already an embarrassing 3.4 star rating. I never checked that until now. Thank you for listening and I hope my information has helped those of you in dealing with Superior Mazda.

Awesome dealership! Great service (Jose Serrano ROCKS!!), the physical dealership is very new age cool industrial look, oh and CAN I GET A SNACK BAR?!!!!!!

I bought my car from them online and via email (works great if you know exactly what you want) with intentions of picking it up at the dealership, 2.5 hours away, the next day. Snow storm prevented that, waited for it to clear, snow storm again....took almost two weeks to get there and complete the buying process. They were so patient and understanding.

Just saw their low rating and I want to chime in. I love these guys. I've been getting my car serviced there ever since I've been in NWA. Even bought a new one from them when I had an accident in my old one. Yes, I've now owned 2 Mazda's. Jose always greets me, and Zach and in the Service Center always remembers my name. Considering that having your car serviced is never a fun experience, I don't mind seeing them every few months.

Wish I could rate as negative! This place is a joke, tried to buy a used Audi and told them I would not use Chase for financing. I was pre-approved through my bank and they said they couldn't get a hold of them and tried 4 times in one day to put me in a Chase loan at double the interest rate I was approved for. I ended up buying from somewhere else, as I recommend to everyone I know. Now I hear their commercials 4 to 5 times a day and it is a brutal reminder of how INFERIOR this auto group is. Computers were constantly down and they had to go next door to run my credit (Mercedes), finance team was rude and tried to make me feel like it was my fault I was stuck with a lender I told them upfront I would not use...

Let me tell you about this dealership right here.
About a week and a half after I got my used Mazda 3, I took a trip from Texas to Arkansas to visit family. My car broke down on the way because the dealership that we got the car from (Henna Chevrolet- never buy from them) didn't do their due diligence in inspecting the car. It was a disaster. The entire transmission, fly wheel, and clutch assembly needed to be replaced. It was bad.
Superior Mazda was where I had my car was towed to be repaired. First, these guys were kind and courteous. The responded to me and my mother in a timely fashion, they were respectful when they spoke to me, and they even gave me a free loaner vehicle to use while they were repairing my car.
In addition to just their general customer service excellence, they got my car fixed up within two and a half weeks, including the time to get the parts. That was super fast, considering the extent of the damage. They made my repairs a priority because they knew I was out of town and needed to get back home.
All in all, I was very impressed with them. They treated me and my mother with respect and courtesy and they did a fantastic job repairing my car. It run perfectly and I've not had any issues with the transmission since. I highly recommend this dealership if only for their professionalism and customer service. 5 stars.

Update to Original Review Below: Finally had time...

Update to Original Review Below: Finally had time to contact the dealership. Turns out the title for the car has two names on it and instead of an "or" it is an "and" which requires both parties to sign it. The dealership is trying to contact the other person on the title to get the issue resolved. For now I'm in temporary tag limbo. Got a hold of the bank (BBVA Compass) and they were kind of a headache. No available online pay so if you want to go that route and you are given the option of a loan through the dealership through Compass, you may want to avoid it.

Now that I know the dealership isn't at fault, I would say the experience has been decent for car buying experience. I'll keep this review updated if anything new comes about.

Bought a used car on their lot in early August. It's now mid September and I still haven't gotten the paperwork on the car. I'm late on my registration which isn't a huge penalty, I'm late on the sales tax which is over $90 in penalties, and I'm going to have to contact the bank directly just to make my first payment on time for a car I don't even have registered to my name. I don't have time to deal with this crap but it looks like I have no choice. This is the second car I've bought in the past two years and this is becoming much more stressful than the first...the first was not purchased at this dealership.

I had the best experience with Eric Yanez at Superior Mazda. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and because of him, I was able to do everything long distance with ease. We communicated via text and email which was so nice during my work day. I didn't have to spend hours on end on the phone or meeting him in person. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. Eric answered every question I had and worked around my schedule. He even drove over an hour to meet me to deliver my new vehicle! I highly recommend Superior Mazda and Eric Yanez! So happy with my new car and even more happy with how wonderful the dealership was to work with!

Brian went over the top for me. I had never bought a car over the internet, without driving it before and my wife and I were extremely nervous. I asked Brian to take multiple pictures and videos of the vehicle as well as drive it. He was straight forward and trustworthy, highlighting the blemishes and reasonable on price and expectations. Everything happened in a timely manner and I am thrilled with my 2008 Tahoe and my experience with Superior Mazda. If there is one knock it would be against HQ for taking longer than expected to mail me the Title. But I got it before the dealer plates expired and all is good. Brian got on them about that as well.

When I purchase a car at Superior Mazda I did not have my title. They said no problem...they would get a duplicate. They did obtain one from Arkansas. If you check for the cost of a duplicate title they state that it is $10. However Superior Mazda wanted to charge me $75. Almost eight times what they paid. The day I was buying my car they did not have any customers.
So they had plenty of time to order one as they were not busy.
This definitely soured me on their dealership. What other excessive charges would I face in future dealings with Superior Mazda???

Always had a fantastic service with Mazda. And I want to call out Jeremy, my service advisor who's been very friendly and patiently explain all my questions anything with respect to cars.

About the service, I recently had some issues with my wheel alignment and had serviced it at Mazda.
However I still had a slight doubt that the car was pulling on to one side while driving.
They made sure to do a realign check and gave me the results showing the car was perfectly aligned and still went ahead to re align to the closest possible alignment.

I actually take that compliment back from Zach which he and Richie are the worst customer service care I've ever had to where they would.promise to take care of us but never call us back or do anything for us ... Service manager said there was a problem with the vehicle but never fixed it and can't find out what it is so that means they can't fix it? But they said they did fix the the issue in the 2017 models that doesn't make any sense to where how did they know what to fix in the 2017 models if they didn't know what's wrong with the 2015... Richie is terrible he's a liar and doesn't make any sense I have his personal number he gave me but won't return the calls or texts... He will say I'll call you back and never again will you hear a response...
I get excuses from Zach that he is very busy and had alot of stores to take care of which is not my problem ...I was promised something I never got it.... Just please remember these names Zach and Richie

We have never purchased any vehicles there but we have taken a neighbor there to purchase her first car and the experience was very good! But the experience was even better when we went with our oldest daughter to just look at a car that was seen online. When she pulled into the parking lot however, her car had a major problem occur and the car was not going to be driven out of there. There were varying circumstances at play in purchasing another car that seemed like it might not happen but the salesman and staff were over the top helpful!!! She drove out of there a fairly short time later in a very nice Mazda 3 Hatchback and absolutely loves this car!!! We we're proud for her and proud of the service received. I wish we could remember the salesman's name. He had won a great deal of awards and it is quite obvious to us why. He cared about our daughter's needs and situation above his paycheck. He could've tried for more money on the sale but he didn't. Excellent service - go here for your next purchase!

Do services here, but don't buy cars from this dealer. Their cars are usually priced 5%~10% higher than other dealers in Kansas City, Dallas, etc. You can easily get a better deal somewhere else and save you $1000+.

We can NOT Give ENOUGH STARS to Superior Mazda!!!! Our Sales Specialist Parker Lunn and General Sales Manager Devin Cate went out of their way to give us what we wanted. We have NEVER, EVER, EVER BEEN TREATED SOOO WELL from a CAR DEALER!!! I have been searching for months and months for the right car right deal. I was in Joplin, MO referred across the Street. The sales manager didn t have time of day for me. I drove across to MAZDA GOT 3 Times the Car!!! Trust me, if your looking for 1. Being treated fairly. 2. With respect. 3. NOT being lied too, 4. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership around 7 months ago. When we were looking at it in the lot, we noticed that it was leaking oil. We pointed this out to the salesman that was assisting us. We test drove the vehicle, checked everything else out, and really liked it. We agreed to purchase the vehicle contingent on the fact that they fix the oil leak. The salesman stated that he would have the mechanics at their in house shop fix the leak and we could come back and pick it up later that afternoon. We called later to ensure the vehicle was ready and repaired to which he responded that everything was in good working order. 7 months later we still noticed a leaking issue. Unfortunately, we were unable to finance enough to cover the cost of a warranty. The manager was kind enough to reach out to us and offer to repair the vehicle for free! We took the vehicle in to one of their sister companies (Cadillac of Bentonville) with certified mechanics and they were wonderful. They treated us with respect and concern about our issue. They were kind enough to place us in a loaner vehicle while they sorted out the problem. We just got the vehicle back yesterday and, so far, it appears that everything is in good working order.

*Edit*

A few weeks after this issue was "resolved" we discovered that the vehicle was still leaking oil. Somehow they were able to conceal the leak so the oil was just burning off on the engine. We discovered the leak when we almost threw a rod from the engine running without oil. Since the leaking was concealed we did not know we were losing oil until it started knocking occasionally. We have been having to replace quarts of oil every 2 weeks due to the leak to prevent it from completely ruining the engine. We contacted the dealership to let them know that the problem had not been fixed and they refused to look into the issue any further. We had to spend almost $1000 to fix the problem they had two opportunities to fix. Lesson learned, always have a professional look at a car before you purchase it because you cannot trust the dealership
to be honest about the vehicle. Also, spring for the warranty. I have never been so appalled by a sales experience in my life. What's done is done and we will never purchase another vehicle from them again.

Last time I bought a car was 1998 and it was a 1999 Ford Ranger. Still driving that vehicle. I just bought a new car from Jose Serrano and Devin Cate. They worked with me on the price and rebates. Ended up getting a 0% finance for 63 months through Mazda and I'm very happy. Best guys to work with. Jose will show you all the new gadgets that come on the car and how to use them. Fantastic customer service. Well worth my drive from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Couldn't get that deal in my area. Also a 5 star review for the finance manager, he was informative without being pushy. Very polite and professional young man.

I worked with Eric. He was AWESOME! He got me exactly what I wanted for the price and payment that I wanted and answered literally every question I had regarding my car. Rex was also fantastic and quick and easy when it came to signing paperwork. These guys were great and I would recommend everyone to buy their next car here!

I always have a great experience at Superior Mazda. Whether its an oil change or something else, the staff are always friendly and professional. Jose Maldonado is an excellent employee and always treats me like a valued customer and always explains services to me in a way I can easily understand. That's the thing that keeps me coming back!

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had! We live in Colorado Springs and have been searching for 2009-2013 Toyota Rav 4 for quite some time. We had a lot of not great experiences and the prices in Colorado were way higher then the cars were worth. So we started looking out of state and we found the perfect car in Arkansas. We were assisted by Eric Yanez and he was EXCELLENT! Not only did he pick us up form the airport, but he made coming in from another state a seamless process. The manager Rusty was also great, not only did he accommodate our late arrival but also have us local tips on mountain biking for while we were in town. This felt more like a small family run business then a big dealership. We walked away with our perfect car and it was a smooth ride back to Colorado.

We were greeted at the door by Eric when we arrived from Branson to lease our new Mazda 6 and that level of personal service continued with the Manager, Devon, and the financing agent, Rex. We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with them and highly recommend Superior Mazda. We love the car, too!
