I purchased in 2011 a brand new car from them at that time they promised me a lot of things and a couple weeks later when I went to redeem their promises they went back and said they couldn't do it and because it wasn't written in the contract they We're not liable for it 3 years later I found out they were under new ownership and I went in and I purchased a new vehicle because I needed a bigger vehicle I got a good deal on that vehicle the owners at that time were very good so when I ended up adopting my 3 kids I went back to them to get another vehicle for my family size and I was again treated good and they had redeemed themselves they even offered me lifetime oil changes and services for the car to good deal well changes are very expensive however they have recently sold out again and the new owner will not honor my oil changes for life and I have looked over the contact and because it wasn't in the contract I can't collect on it I will never go to crossroads Chevy again for any of my vehicle purchases or any services unless they can honor what they bought out in new owner told me they would if it was in the contract I'm sorry that they didn't put the service agreement on the contract that I have guess you live in Learn car dealerships will take advantage of you just because they think you're dumb all you are to them is another dollar
