Their service department is NOT the same as in years past.

My car has been in for an oil leak, for a while. The last time I was at Superior, I told it was my oil pan. They gave me a list of issues along with an estimate. We took it to another service department (new car dealership-other make). We had bought an oil pan to do the work ourselves, but decided to have someone else do it. They checked. It was not my oil pan, but the valve cover gasket. The oil pan is fine, not issues. This dealership service department didn't charge us for this either. We were thankful for their honesty.

We knew that Superior had replaced a gasket and/or part in the past, when I had a similar leak (which now we are wondering if it is the SAME leak). . When I called Superior to ask about my service/repair history, they had a note that a "gasket" had been replaced, but they couldn't tell me which one. The fact that there has been an oil leak (since the last time we had it in at Superior and the mystery gasket had been replaced) makes us wonder if it has been the valve cover gasket all along, especially since the car has been plagued with an oil leak. When we buy a new car, we will buy Mazda...we will not be purchasing from this dealership. It is a shame that we will have to drive to Tulsa for our service as well, when that time comes.

Sorry guys, but I have no confidence in you.

I visited this place regarding a recall on my 2010 Mazda in 2017. I needed to have my faulty seat lever repaired. The dishonest worker claimed I also needed transmission and break work. Keep in mind I had around 67k miles on my vehicle. I will admit I was alarmed at first. Luckily my b.s. meter kicked in and I politely declined the work and drove back to my community. This wasn't my first time encountering their dishonest staff. When I learned the Mazda dealership had closed in my town a few years ago, I called to get estimates on an oil change and other basic repairs. Not only did the male employee over quote prices, but suggested other things I would likely need. Stay away from this dealership! They give others a bad name.

I had a great experience here working with Tracie Hammond in looking at CX-5's and other cars on the lot. She knew everything about the car and was super easy to deal with. Highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a Mazda. And incidentally, the CX-5 is a really great car for its class.

Absolutely superior customer service and courteous...

Absolutely superior customer service and courteous staff. Our salesman, Rex, treated us as if we were the most important people in the world to him and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. The entire staff was on the same plane as Rex and they all made us a member of their team. One of the best car buying experiences we have ever experienced. Positive results.

Worst dealer ever. Poor service and sales. The workers are not friendly and rude sometimes. I had no choice to go there because they are the only dealer in Bentonville, AR. I gave my car for service and they never bothered to even call me once the service is done. Worst part is the showroom was closed for the day and I had to wait for another day to get the car. This is ridiculous.

Purchased LAST vehicle from this place. The service is terrible. They sell you an additional warranty package and service contract and act so friendly. After you drive off with your new vehicle, you no longer matter. A month after purchase, I ve left 4 messages with the service department asking for warranty clarification with issues we are having with this vehicle. They are mysteriously overwhelmed and busy every time you call, but promise to research and return your call in 15 minutes. I ve attempted to call and and have left 4 messages over a 3 day period. I haven t received a single returned call yet. I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you want to be valued as a customer after the sell.

Service department can't properly attach battery cables to terminals causing a brand new battery to corrode! paid 200 for this service 4 months ago! While my husband was checking the battery, he noticed the cables were so loose on the terminals he could lift them off, without any tool, some quality service right there.

I don't ever write a review so that should tell you something right off the bat. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for and spoke with a sales associate named Jose Serrano. He was very professional and had a very good attitude towards everything, I highly recommend Jose Serrano. So I flew up to look at the vehicle and inspected it from literally top to bottom. Took it for a drive and noticed something was very wrong with the power steering. It was really stiff and made a noise. I brought it to Jose's attention and even he noticed. After getting it checked, we find out there was metal shavings in the power steering pump. As this was all happening I can also tell you that the sales manager named Rusty Jackson was also very professional and actually took the time to listen to me on what was going on with everything. Since the parts wouldn't be in to fix it all until the next day Rusty was very generous to give me a loaner vehicle and also pay for my hotel stay. There was also another gentleman that was involved in this and his name was Michael Carter. He is the service manager and I can also say he was very professional and had an awesome attitude towards everything as well. After everything was fixed, I was on my way and it drove perfect on the way back home. The reason why I am giving them a five star even with everything that happened is because they took the time to listen and understand everything from their customer and also hands down those 3 guys that I dealt with were the best. I got this vehicle for a very good price. If I am getting another vehicle regardless of where I am at in the United States, I will come back to see Jose Serrano again. Thanks again gentlemen!!!

These 5 stars are for Joe Smiley. He went above and beyond as a salesman. He acted with great integrity, honoring an older (much lower) price that I'd seen online after a market adjustment had been made on the vehicle we were looking to purchase (a 2014 MDX), he was incredibly responsive to all of my questions, and he actually delivered our car to us (over 100 miles away)! Thanks again, Joe - I wish you much continued success.

Mazda is my grattest love for anything vehicle related. I'll start by saying that my Mazda 3 2017 is the gratest car I ever bought, kia was my first car but Mazda will alway be my first real car. Everyone is up to date with anything Mazda related including here in the U.S and in Japan. The customers service is by far the best, I'm treated better than family and the will do there best to help with anything you have questions about regarding there cars.

Best car purchase experience of my life! I don't typically enjoy dealing with cars salesmen, but I am very impressed with Superior Mazda in Bentonville. Both my salesman, Byron, and sales manager, Devin treated me with respect and not the typical condescension I've encountered at other dealers. I never experienced a hint of trickery or sleazy tactics. Everyone was very upfront and transparent throughout my transaction. I can't recommend this place enough!

I went there on a sales event to buy a new car. They had a 2012 Chevy Malibu LT with around 38k miles on it and pretty basic upgrades.. They tried selling it to me for a total of around $23000 not including my car trade in value of $4000 which should of been more. I tried telling them I can get a new 2014 for pretty much the same price of that one. They wouldn't budge on the price so I just left. Before you go to this dealership know what you want and check the value of the prices online or they will take advantage of you(pretty much same with any dealership but this one has been the worst). Maybe because I'm a female but that's just been my experience.

Michael Hale made the car buying process easy. Like buying a jug of milk at the corner market. No haggle fair price. I gave him money. He gave me a car. It was that simple. I dealt with him over the phone. Mr Hale took care of every detail. I am a California buyer, and needed to have my car shipped. Mr Hale made sure the car got on the truck safely. He was the point of contact for my shipping company. He is very responsive. He gave me his personal cell number and answered it every time I called. I would definitely buy from Mr Hale and Superior again.

Superior Mazda is, quite literally, superior to any dealership that I have worked with in the past. My wife and I found an used Toyota Highlander here online, even though we lived in Maryland, and Rex Williams was remarkably honest, patient, and helpful in facilitating information and finalizing the deal via text and phone.

Two weeks after buying the car, we needed an extension on our temporary tags due to the COVID-19 shutdown. Williams came to our rescue quickly, even though there wasn't anything in it for him.

We would like to recommend Superior Mazda and Williams, who is the antidote to used car salesmen jokes, without reservations.

I worked with Eric Yanez and had an amazing experience! I came from out of town and he made sure everything was ready when I arrived, including picking me up at the airport. When we got to the dealer, he had my used Mazda re-cleaned and all the stickers removed while we filled out final paperwork. A total of 40 minutes later I was driving away in what felt and looked like a brand new car! All the staff at Superior Mazda were great to work with and their customer service is second to none! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a car here and Eric did a spectacular job throughout the process. Thanks for a great experience!!!

A lady named Jackie does all she can to keep/hide the vehicle you're interested in until you get there but a guy named Aaron finds it and sales it for someone else knowing the fact that the vehicle has already found a buyer. That's after you bought your Air Ticket to travel to Bentoville, took a day off from work, and had a Casher's Check made. Bad! Very bad, Aaron!

The service team is amazing. I bought my first Mazda in 2017 from Jose. He was very helpful and made my first car buying experience worry-free. 2 1/2 years later I traded the Mazda 3 in for the New Mazda cx-30. Carlo was was equally impressive in his customer service. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. Great cars, great service.

When you want to buy a car but are just in the market to look, that's how it started for me. I wanted to see if they had a new hardtop convertible Miata. Sadly I found out that no 2016 were made. However, there was some coming possible in 2017. Even after explaining I didn't want to buy a soft top, the salesman offered to let me test drive with my fiancee. He knew I was just looking for after my wedding but instead let me drive a 2016 since the cars would be nearly the same.

I came here to get an estimate on repairs for my vehicle after a wreck, and the guy that helped me (I think his name was Jose) told me it's take 20 minutes. An hour later, my car comes back out and he writes down my email telling me he'd email me the information later in the day. I never got an email and hence didn't get my car repaired there. However, I needed to bring the car to a dealership to get a module reprogrammed. That procedure was insanely priced, which was annoying. However, they were nice enough to vacuum most of my car in the process, and they were very nice to me. I'm sure the experience is better when you're buying a car, but avoid coming here if possible for anything else.

Do not bring you car here for service. It s been 13 business days and they still haven t even popped the hood to see what s wrong with it. Their customer service is terrible, both people I ve spoke to are rude every time I call and act like it s not a big deal my car hasn t been looked at yet. The car HAS TO be repaired by Mazda, otherwise I would ve picked it up and taken elsewhere by now.

Frustrating when you purchase a vehicle and sales rep acts like no problem to get THE 2nd key. Then you have to nag them to get it; something that should've been taken care of b4 vehicle was even sold! Now told it will be another week, (blames it on someone else being gone till after X-mas!) Then found a piece missing and they TELL us, YOU can order from any dealer! What in the world?! I think they should order it & get it to me! #unsatisfied #frustrated

Huge thanks to Nicholas, Kenneth, Rusty, and Jeff Tyson for helping us out with our Mazda CX-9. We purchased it sight unseen, the dealer delivered it to us, and we were unsatisfied with the condition of the paint on the hood. However, because of all the rain that week, it took me a few days to get the car clean and see the issue. After a couple of short phone calls, Rusty was happy to pick up the vehicle from us (over 2 hours away!) and give us a loaner while they repainted the hood. The dealer didn't have to work with us, but Superior chose to make it right and the hood looks GREAT. I thought I would have to deal with Mazda at the national level, but it turns out some car dealers still make honest deals. 2 thumbs up from us!

I like this place and the staff. I'll only bring my car here. My only complaint is the time it takes for an oil change and tire rotation. My wife's car takes about 1/2 the time at the dealer across the street.

Our salesperson was Eric Yanez for each and he was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. It's always a more enjoyable experience when the buying process is as effortless as they make it at Superior Mazda- Bentonville!

Being from out of town (KC region), any potential ...

Being from out of town (KC region), any potential reservations I had about looking at the vehicle in which I was interested were put to bed after a series of interactive phone calls with Michael Hale at Superior Mazda. His care and attention were immediately noted and would later prove extremely beneficial in my car buying process.

Our famlily was looking for a specific pre-owned car that the dealership just happened to have on their lot, and after trying like heck to originally work out a deal in one of Kansas City's many dealer options (no luck at all), I was made to feel at ease with attempting to drive a possible 6.5 hours round trip to look at a car in Bentonville, based on my interactions with Michael as the point person.

We were able to successfully negotiate over the phone and come to an initial agreement on price, and therefore my wife and daughter and I made a trip down to Bentonville on a lovely Saturday in May. The car was well represented with only slight issues coming up in terms of vehicle condition that would later be handled by Stephen, the used car sales manager.

A very professional gentleman who does not come across at all like a pushy salesman, Stephen and I were able to work out a minor adjustment in terms of cementing our deal and we agreed to purchase the vehicle. Stephen was very straightforward and logical in his thoughts and I welcome that when it comes to buying a vehicle.

The last person I dealt with was Rusty, the finance manager. Again, a classy demeanor and excellent customer service skills were exhibited in my interactions with this part of the transaction. Although he is incredibly young (mid-late 20s), Rusty carries himself with an air of integrity and professionalism. We shared stories and had got excellent recommendations on where to dine in the area for the evening before we returned to Kansas City the following day.

All in all, my experience with Superior Mazda was excellent. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future about making another purchase. Thank you all, Gentlemen!
