Service department charged me $3,000 for transmission repairs. Two weeks later--after replacing the $3,000 electronic module--dealership said I need a new transmission for an additional $13,000!!! Why not tell me that from the get-go?

Mechanics are students who would rather replace a part than diagnose and repair.
