Not very informative. They basically just try to steer you to a dealer. Good product though.

Installed 30 replacement windows and 2 sliding glass doors in Raleigh,NC. No leaks, no condensation, nearly perfect inside and out. Some windows larger than 5x5 and still no problems. No more drafts and lower hvac costs . Real quality. Check with experts who engineer glass, like I did. They look great and visitors actually notice and comment. Not a fake review. Just a happy customer. Nice job guys!

The company that I work for is a Sunrise dealer. I purchased Sunrise Windows last year for a house I was flipping. I believe the windows were a big reason the house sold for nearly 100% of the asking price. This is a great company. They work hard. Their plant is amazing. They do stand behind their warranty. Speaking of their warranty, it is really easy to read and comprehend. I would recommend this company's products to anyone. Plus, our rep, Joe Gross is a rock star.

Had 21 windows and 2 door walls installed. They arrived at 9 am and were cleaned up and gone by 4 pm. Highly reccomend

They purchased Paragon Door in 2017 then decided to close the plant in the fall of 2019. I bought a Paragon Door in the fall of 2019 and in 2020 when the seal broke on the glass pack they were no help when it came to the warranty claim even though I contacted them and sent pics of the door and receipts.

They left their existing Paragon Door customers high and dry with no way to resolve warranty issues.

I have purchased the Restoration windows for my last 2 houses. My current house I am halfway done with the replacements however my local dealer no longer sells the Sunrise windows due to manufacturing issues (They stated). I tried calling Sunrise directly as well as emailing the territorial sales rep in our area. No one bothered to return my calls or email. Now I;m not sure where to go with this.

The warranty is almost as bad as the product. I have a patio door that is six years old. It has warped to such a degree that it will not open in the winter without extreme force. So I contacted Sunrise. First they wanted to charge me 50$ to transfer the warranty before they would even talk about my Door-wall. Then I called back and they are no longer answer the phone for warranty issues.

So I proceeded to call the contractor that installed it. They informed me that they do not handle the warranty of the Sunrise Windows that they install. but they did give me a phone number of a guy who does. So I called him and..... No answer and no return call.

So looking at Sunrise's website I see that this warranty does not cover Labor or Shipping. After the run around I've gotten and the 50$ charge for transferring a warranty that isn't worth the paper it's written on, I will not be doing business with this company again and I suggest that you don't either. Wallside here I come.

Called Sunrise Windows concerning a sash replacement. They back their product 100% and the Rep was superb !!!!!

Bought a new house that had this brand of windows, I've now called twice to talk to someone about having a couple replaced and never got a call back.

Joe Mills the guy who runs this place bought from me online. Then 3 months later without returning the product does a charge back and tries screwing a small business out if $400. Just a heads up of the character of who your buying windows from.

Great windows for the price. Just be cautious who you buy them from. Many unethical dealers may try to install a lower spec model than what you were promised. Do your research on the dealer and do not overpay. 54x30 double hung windows are $600-800 depending on the model, installed.

I had Sunrise Windows installed in my home in 2000. We started noticing some of the wood lament on the windows started peeling. Sixteen years later, Sunrise honored their warranty and replaced every window. This is a stand up company.

We bought a 100+ year old home with new windows throughout. While we were really appreciative of the upgrade we quickly realized we would have probably gone a different route. I think these are fantastic "budget" windows but not top of the line windows. We have been in the house for 18 years now, the windows do fog/freeze in the Iowa winters so I know they are not fully sealed. We feel drafts in the I winter etc. So again, they are not top quality but..... for the cost I will say they are a great value if that's what you're after. If you want the best window for the buck, these may be the answer. Also, as mentioned, I was not the owner of the home at the time of install. Sunrise transferred the warranty to us effortlessly. Since then, their warranty and customer service has been nothing short of stellar! Truly amazing! The original installer is no longer in business. Sunrise simply said, "instead of getting another company out there to look at things and cost you money, we'll walk you through everything". They really are amazing. I'm in the process right now of warranty claims. Yea I'm a procrastinator so as things have failed I've blown them off but again, as I said, quality is so-so and as a result, things fail. I've gotten new latches, locks, tilt in latches, cords, and.....a FULL WINDOW replacement. All with outstanding support for install as needed. I have just two windows that were not replaced by the previous owner. Right now, Just to keep the outstanding warranty and have all the windows from one company, I think I'm going to stick with Sunrise. Crazy as that seems.

I would also add, I think some (most) of the issues I've had are from the installer that; as mentioned....is no longer in business. Some windows are just too tight so I think have lead to binding/sticking/hard to open or close which also leads to warping, bowing, broken parts etc.

So, my review stars are based on the following: Quality would be 2 stars (but I do think a lot is on the installer), warranty and customer service solid 5 stars because there only 5 but they deserve more and value for the money, solid 5 stars. So somehow I come up with an average of 3 stars.

Called them directly to inquire about purchasing windows was only able to get a voicemail wasn t able to talk to a human and left message and no reply a week later guess you don t want any business and there are other window options out there I will chose beside sunrise

Had my windows installed and 2 months later several have condensation. I was told by the Sunrise Window sales rep for the area that was due to the windows being so efficient. I was emailed several times with links as to why condensation builds on windows. I was also told " All the info I sent explains what is happening but you are still questioning the reasoning behind the condensation"? From the Sunrise Window sales rep. Apparently you are not aloud to question people about the construction of your windows.... Not the fact these custom windows do not close all the way on the inside. That as long as they close tight on the outside my windows are fine. Several of the thermal images show that the very place the window does not close tightly is 49 degrees where as the whole window is 67. I have called the company and I have not received a phone call back. I have called a 2nd time and have sent these photos to the sales rep. I can only hope something good comes from this. Seeing as we have dished out thousands of dollars for all new windows in my home and many of them have had condensation this winter and it is not from cooking and showering as per another email sent to me.

3/14/19 The Sales Rep for Sunrise windows stated I need an adjustment on my casement windows that do not close. I have not heard from the manufacturer after calling on more than one occasion or the installer. Super frustrated and sad I even bought into these windows. This was the first huge purchase we have made on our home besides a roof. Needless to say I can not imagine what will come of the Lifetime warranty if you can't get help with month old new windows that were made poorly.

4/8/2019 Opened my brand new windows and ALL the Casement windows are RUSTY... (attached photos of 2) I have checked them all and in the same spot. They seem to be rusting from the inside.!! No words for how disheartening this has been. Also Zero contact from this company, I have called and left my information and concerns. Yet nothing.

Im so disappointed in this business, i see my neighbor cleaning off her car at level 3 snow emergency. I go down to help her and ask where is she goin in this hazardous weather. She said pickin up her husband from work. I couldn't believe that after knowing how bad it was going to get , they would still remain open. No concern for they employees safety. As my neighbor pulls put she gets stuck in the snow. And says to me, if he hadnt went to work it qas a possibility tbat he would get fired.

Windows are good but the claim of lifetime warranty is a joke. The sales pitch was lifetime warranty on screens. I have a hole in one and contacted company. Dealer out of business. They want to charge me 25 bucks to send to me and I will install. The screen probably costs a few dollars. Poor customer service. A gimmick.

Horrible windows! I still have to put clear shrink wrap on with my hair dryer, what a waste of money.

I had a recent experience with Sunrise windows that I want others to know about. The only way I heard about Sunrise was through sites like this with all the praise of Sunrise. I had a very negative experience with them. I sent a message through the contact us part of their website that I wanted an estimate on 12 replacement windows and gave them the dimensions. They pass my info along to the local dealer who wants to come out and talk. They end up sending a Terry who claims to be a Sunrise Manufacture s Rep (not a sales guy) and says he reports directly to the Sunrise President.

From the get go I tell him I do not like to make quick decisions on large purchases and that Marvin Fiberglass windows were way out of my price range. He starts referring to me as Mr. Thrifty at this point. He continues to spend 1.5 hours at my house going over the Verde window. It takes him well over 30 minutes to put a price together. When he does, it is written on a sheet of notebook paper and is for $12k. He pulls out an official looking form and says he will take off $2k today only if I put 50% down today. This is very close to the price Marvin quoted me (Marvin was $14k). I said this was too expensive so he said the next level down they offer is the Essentials line. Exact same window frame as the Verde, but the glass inside the window was not as energy efficient and did not come with as many color options. The today only price for it was $6700.

I tell him that I am not making a decision today, but who should I call if I want to proceed. He said Do not bother calling anyone . He tells me that I was not going to go with their window, got in his car and left.

I have several issues with this Manufacture s Rep :
- The form he wanted me to sign for the 1 day only discount said I needed to put their sign in my front yard, twice a year for 30 days at a time. I said we were in a neighborhood with guidelines and I did not know if that was allowed. He said he already checked and it was allowed which turns out to be completely untrue.
- He bad mouthed Marvin windows every chance he got.
- He used high pressure sales tactics to try to get me to buy that day and then left in a huff with no price quote when I would not play ball.
- He tried to say the Essential line was the same frame as the Verde with different glass. I read on Replacement Window Sites that is not the case.

The guy wasted 2 hrs of my Saturday, left without giving an official estimate, lied to me, and was rude to me. I do not do business with people like that and want others to know Sunrise s business practices to save them the trouble I went through. I would have never contacted them if I knew this is what they would do. I read Champion Windows does this type of thing as is why I will not consider Champion Windows.

FOLLOW UP:
I told Sunrise about my experience, they informed me the "Manufacture's Rep" I was dealing with was not a Sunrise employee, but a Sunrise vendor. They apologized for the conduct. It appears that I just got unlucky with who called on me.

I have to make a delivery here at this location didn't have any problems got in and out

They make a great window that looks really pretty and functions so well when I open and close and no more cold air when they stay closed.

Great place to order windows and doors from. Good customer service and good products!

What a fantastic window vendor Sunrise Windows is! We are a dealer of their V-Class window here in Southeast Texas and we love the high quality of their windows as well as the fantastic customer service!

Bought $15k in windows from a local dealer and we have had trouble from the beginning. Trim on the patio door would not stay on, so they pulled the door and replaced the fame. 1 window had a sash that was bowed down and would not lock ... they had to replace. 2 windows in a bedroom would not slide open/close so they had to take them out to replace and finally the grand window on the front of the house has plugs to cover the screw mounting holes that do not even come close to matching. Just don't bother with this company ... between the issues and many delays in getting replacement products to fix the issues it is just not worth it.

I want to think sunrise windows for gifting me windows for my home I can breathe better and my allergies are not acting up. I think God for you all and Hullco and Matt Hullander for installation Of my windows. I think God for y all. Y all have made my life better. My name is Latisha Boyd thank you so much.

This company sent us the wrong patio door 3 times! We finally asked them just to refund our money. Still haven't received it and it's been over a month.

my buddy had Windows installed the quality of the windows are horrible air flys in every where so this winter we have to wear are winter coats to watch football games

As a window salesman who can sell Pella, Marvin, and Andersen windows as well, I can say with confidence that the Sunrise Window is a better option than any of those window brands.
Most of the negative reviews I have read about the Sunrise product, is because the homeowner is uneducated on how condensation works, or the fault of the installer.
If Sunrise makes a mistake, they will always fix it.
Best window company to deal with and best warranty out there.
