The most helpful staff and nicest course in NW Indiana. Locker rooms in the washrooms, showers are available, and the perfect grab - n- go food at the turn. Draft beer AND 16 oz cans of beer. They even have coolers on the carts. I'd give it 10 stars if I could

Standoffish and general malise, don't know if I/we caught them on a bad day but the greens were being airated and, along with that the course just looked sloppy, I played there when it first opened some 10-15years ago and I remember a much grander place,no pun intended but the course has gone to seed, sorry the 3star rating was very generous
Beautiful course; Great rate on TeeOff.com; Fairways in great shape, tee boxes were a bit overgrown on most, but not a problem; Fast pace for 2ppl in about 3.5 hours or so Few holes midway through are a bit gimmicky, having blind tee shots and have areas of woodlands/swamp that make your approach shot unviewable
The staff was friendly and helpful. The course sufficiently challenging. The cart paths need work, but I understand that is in the works. Great day! Beautiful course.
The Course at Aberdeen is one of Northwest Indiana's more challenging golf courses! But, regardless of how well you play, the views don't get much more spectacular!!
I'm not a big golfer, but from most places I've been to, this course is top-notch! Great lay out, some hills, challenging forest boundaries. Beautiful and enjoyable! If I lived closer, I would come all the time. But still worth making the treck from 1.5 hrs away.
The course of s great to play but please check your credit cards. I got charged for a no show and when I called up I was told to go through Golf Now as they handle their ecommerce and told the manager that they turned it over to Golf Now. The manager refused to do anything about it even he saw on the computer that I played the day in question. He told me I needed to show my receipt before he would correct it. Why did I need to show my receipt if he has it in the computer. My recommendation is to check your credit card after playing there to make sure this doesn t happen to you.
Probably one of the best courses in. NorthwestIndiana. Solid staff and course is always in good condition. It's a long course so riding is the best way to do it.
This is a beautiful course. And not only is it picturesque the course offers natural challenges that you won't find in most of the flatter courses in NWI. On top of that the staff makes the golf day a first class event. If you float of the fairway allot bring plenty of balls. The woods and ponds are unforgiving.
Really want this to be a nice course since I live local and usually play two times a week. The tee boxes and bunkers are in awful shape, the drainage on the course is poor, the greens are in rough shape, and a sleeve of PV-1 s is 15 dollars. I have played allover Indiana, Michigan and Illinios and Aberdeen continues to disappoint. Really hope they do something soon ....
This course is great in terms of how challenging it is, especially for a beginner golfer like me. This course has fantastic staff who are all super friendly and helpful. This course has an awesome, well-stocked pro shop if you need extra balls, gloves, or just want some new gear.
This course is not, however, very well maintained. Forest Park and Creekside are run by the city and they have better looking fairways than Aberdeen. For what you pay, you have every right to expect a better looking course. Definitely check Groupon for a deal if you don't want to pay full-price, because it really is a fun course.
While the course was in good shape, we played 5 holes and it starting POURING. The siren sounded for everyone to get off the course. When we went inside to get a rain check, we were told we couldn t get one since we paid online. Totally unprofessional people running the clubhouse. Let s just say, we won t be back to play the course again.
Played the course for second time in about six weeks. Noticed a nice difference in traps and course condition. Course under new management and they seem to be doing a very good job. There were several workers on the course as well. Keep up the good work.
Go somewhere else to golf , the place was sold to the homeowners association, and the new management is horrible. I am a past club member and went to hit some balls at the range, was told i couldnt have a cart to go to the range ( only 10 cars in parking lot ) because i might sneak off and golf instead of hitting balls. THIS PLACE WILL BE BROKE IN 2 YEARS THE WAY IT IS BEING RUN. I will never go back to this course. i am a life time golfer age 57 and have never been treated this way at any course in my entire life.
