We've bought two cars from Sunrise Toyota and will never go anywhere else. Our finance manager, Joshua Roberts, and sales rep, Will Diaz, went above and beyond to make this a wonderful buying experience. Will was very patient with us as we looked through their inventory and did not pressure us or rush us into picking a vehicle. He was in constant contact with us and made us feel like we were his only customers, even though we weren't. Josh made the finance process as seamless as I've ever seen it and even set up a service appointment to get bluetooth installed at no charge to us. This was completely beyond what I expected and I couldn't be happier with the way the entire process was run. Not only are the people great, but the facility itself is comfortable, spacious and very child friendly (which is a plus when you're car shopping with young kids!). Not only were me and my husband happy, my kids were happy as well, and they've added to their collection of Sunrise Toyota stuffed animals. They will only continue to grow this collection because we'll only buy from Sunrise Toyota. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle without the hassle or the stigma that usually follows car dealerships.
