Absolutely AMAZING!!! It was worth every penny and our pilot, Travis Taylor, was excellent! If you wanna see the Grand Canyon this is the way to do it!!

We had a very negative experience and do not recommend Sundance! Not worth the price at all for the service you receive. Multiple things happened during our tour that made our experience upsetting:

When we were waiting for our tour to begin, our group was delayed due to maintenance issue with the door on the helicopter. When we were told it was fixed, we exited to the tarmac only to find the maintenance team still fixing the problem, apparently there was a lose screw on the door. Once they left, we were rushed onto the helicopter and departed 30 minutes after all the other groups. Once in the air, the door was very noisy and the pilot kept glancing back at it, making us feel very unsafe.

On our way to the canyon, we were told we'd get the same amount of time in the canyon to make up for the delay. However, we departed the canyon at the same time as all the other group's giving us much less time. To make up for it, our pilot did another lap around the canyon since he felt bad for us getting less time (very nice of him) however, once we arrived back at the airport, we find that our limo has already departed without us and the other four guest on our helicopter. This was completely unacceptable! The company should be aware of how many guests they have and ensure that everyone who paid for a limo to return to the strip has departed before telling the last limo it can leave.

When we asked a man with a Sundance shirt where our ride was, he told us he wasn't part of the company and did not know. The woman at the check-in counter (with Sundance) then asked a bus driver if he would return us. Both these Sundance employees then made it seem like they were doing us a favour for getting us a ride on this bus. This again was unacceptable given we had paid in our ticket price for limo transportation both ways.

I am not one to complain publicly, so I wrote to the company to discuss these issues. I had to follow up a week later as I had not heard back from them. I finally then received a reply, and upon responding to that email, still have yet to get an answer, again a week later. Horrific customer service experience and definitely not worth the price!

This is the best way to see the iconic, Las Vegas lights! It was a blast! Our Pilot, Marc was incredible as well...I highly recommend Sundance Helicopters.

The experience itself was great. Everything from the limo pickup at the hotel to the flight to breakfast in The Grand Canyon.
The only way the experience itself could have been improved on would be to have a totally private helicopter and go wherever you pleased in the Canyon, the surrounding areas and over the Hoover Dam.
The reason however for the 3 stars is that we were not allowed to sit up front. There were 6 of us in the helicopter, so you are always going to get 2 people who will not be able to sit in the front. Normally this would not bother me, but we made it pretty clear that we wanted to fly up front and then the pilot would point out someone else and tell them to sit up front rather. Who knows, the other people may have been happy to not sit in the front and were surprised to be offered the seat. Perhaps the pilot was partial to women and always wanted a woman in the front. Either way, we were the only ones actively asking to sit up front and both times we got snubbed.
This ruined the overall experience for me and resulted in me leaving very annoyed.

For us the experience was bad, they said they were picking us up in a limousine and it was not like that .... When we arrived at the airport, we saw several modern helicopters and they took you to many older ones ... the pilot who touched us very bad wave I could go because I gave vertigo and we all under the helicopter without words ... I thought I returned a partial money and did not pass ... the rest of my trip made the trip but were not satisfied. The price quality ratio was not as expected. I would not recommend it.

You can fly Las Vegas for $ 100, in the air you can take all the videos and photos you want without flash, they are about 20 minutes with the best views of Las Vegas

The limousine guy is so rude to ask for tips when took me back the hotel.

Definitely worth the money!! One of our favorite helicopter trips we have taken. I recommend the Helicopter, boat rid and skywalk.

Great pilot and sunset flight to Grand Canyon, with picnic at bottom. Then flew back over strip when lit up. Definitely recommend.

Great experience, better than I accepted. I definitely recommend to take this tour. You will save time and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the Grand Canyon.

We took the tour of the Las Vegas strip & it was an absolute waste of money. They don t tell you this in advance of course but unless you re sitting on the left side of the helicopter you will not see the strip AT ALL. I was soooo excited for this and I was left with just disappointment. Do not waste your money!

Very beautiful and impressive, not cheap but an experience

We liked the place! But the attendance of the pilot Mr Adam was not as expected. He did not even try to help us, we did not speak your language at all. But we think that with effort and dedication everything becomes easier. The employee Kevin who took us to the hotel was very attentive and helpful. The lady who sold us the tour package Mrs. Jamie went to great lengths to help us out. But we do not recommend the company to our Brazilian friends.

We took a helicopter from here to the Grand Canyon. It s a great experience to enjoy the different scenery in the air.

Sundance Helicopters were brilliant. We were picked up at the hotel in a limo and driven to the airport.

The check in was friendly and easy. We had a booked a flight across the Hoover Dam and then landed in the Grand Canyon for a picnic.

Our Pilot Bruce was brilliant. The flight was flawless and he was very professional and informative. Heartily recommend this company.

A total waste of money!! My friend and I were seated on the right side of the helicopter and we did not get to see the strip at all while in the air. If you don t get the front or left side seats, you see what you would see when flying on regular flight.

We did not get lunch, Grand Canyon landing, or to see the lights of the strip all of which was supposed to be included.
Very overpriced compared to other companies. When our tour was cut short due to weather, we had to stand in line for an hour to get a 60$ per person refund. The tour was close to 500$ per person. Dishonest company, do not recommend.

Very good attention. It is not convenient to take the 2-hour excursion. The Grand Canyon deserves at least 4 hours to enjoy it.

The best place for a helicopter tour in Vegas. Immaculate helicopter. The ride to land in the Grand Canyon is worth every penny. Almost 1.5 hour total flight time. Ask for Esther as your pilot. She was awesome. I will definitely do it again.

Was a great view of the Grand Canyon which. The pilot was very professional and respectful. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Moved to Lake Las Vegas about a year ago and would see the helicopters flying by in the distance. I always thought, "tourist!" BUT, when I ran out of ideas for my wife's birthday I called Sundance Helicopter and WOW! Were we surprised. It's something you've got to do once in your life time. Our pilot Lorenzo was great. So cool and calm. A confident pilot who put everyone at ease. And a very nice man. Anyway, if you're going to Las Vegas or if you live close by. Jump on the helicopter with my man Lorenzo and you will have a great time. Put it on your bucket list!

Such an AwEsOMe experience! EVERYBODY I spoke with on the phone, at the check-in desk & at the register, just to buy a coke, were so helpful & friendly! Our pilot, Brad, was so nice & informative! A FaBuUlOuS surprise for my son's bithday!! Now I'm the coolest mom ever!

If you are sitting on the left side (pilots side) or you re in the front seats you ll be happy. The back, passenger side misses out on 80% of the strip view. I m giving 3 stars because our pilot Ryan was a nice guy. The whole thing was a major disappointment for us, we were really trying to be positive about the situation but I guess someone has to get the bad seat. We won t go again or recommend it unless we have some sort of guarantee on the experience.

Organised for a surprise for the girls on our last night in Vegas, for a very reasonable price on Viator. An absolutely lovely experience, even though its something I have done before with a different company. The Helicopter itself was modern and cool, I believe it was an EC130(?!?)
Our pilot Juan was very charming and excellent at his job, very skilled (and cool too!)
The staff beforehand and facilities were also excellent.
The girls could not have been happier, would recommend without hesitation and would also go again when I'm next in Vegas

Helicopter flight over Las Vegas at night with a French pilot. We feel safe. We have to do to real pros. It was a beautiful moment. Very welcome of the whole team. He was even offered a champagne bottle. Highly recommended

Sundance is absolutely the best helicopter tour. The staff is amazing the views are incredible and worth every penny. We did the hoover damn with Grand Canyon landing and champagne toast, the best part of our trip to Vegas.

Great experience great view. Must be done at night. Our pilot was excellent, he was friendly and informative. We even got a champagne toast! I highly recommend it.

Priceless ride. Man I thought I had experienced everything, but that trip was so worth it. We took the trip at night around 9 so we could see the Strip while it was lit. Loved the trip and the pilot was professional and helpful.

A mega experience and a MUST for every Vegas visitor. We had already booked the big tour from Germany. Picked up by limousine, flight over the Stripe, over the Hover Dam, through the Grand Canyon National Park with a landing and champagne picnic. Unique experience, incredibly good musical accompaniment on the flight, great pilot and also a round over Vegas on the return flight. An absolute top-class experience! 5 stars, earned

I chose this company because of the reviews. I can not describe in words how wonderful our experience was. It was our anniversary. We were booked on an ATV tour and helicopter landing in the Grand Canyon. We were picked up by Moncado, our wonderful Limo driver. He provided smooth, quick, nice transportation. Upon arrival, we walked in to a well appointed terminal with friendly and efficient staff.

Our Pilot, Erik, was amazing and very knowledgeable. We lucked out because the others booked with us didn t show. So, we got our own flight! We landed in the bottom of the Canyon and spent time looking around and a short hike, then a light picnic breakfast provided by Erik. We then flew around and over to the Mojave Dessert, where we were met for a monster truck ride and ARV ride through Sundance s partner, Las Vegas ATV tours. This took us to the Colorado river on a dune buggy and about a 3 hour ride. We then came back for free lunch at the Last Chance Stop. Best hamburgers ever!

Overall, we had an amazing experience. Breathtaking views, unique, and wonderful all the way around.

An experience you'll never forget.
Sundance were brilliant. The facilities are modern, the staff are great and our pilot (Alex) was superb. You felt like you were in safe hands as soon as you walked through the front door.

If you pick the wrong seat you won't see anything. Very disappointed!

We came to Vegas to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was a very last minute thing we decided to do the Vegas by night helicopter tour. Overall was a great experience. We upgraded to add the limo pick up and drop off from our hotel it stated champagne would be offered, which it was once we arrived to the terminal, champagne was available in standard plastic cups, no flutes or anything. Limo was completely packed, dont expect to be the only ones in limo or choppers. Our chopper was full, total of 7 including Chris the pilot, whom was awesome. Oh, the headsets were not working, bummed because we couldnt hear each other. Definitely recommend a must to do in Vegas!!

The flight is good enough. The food is cookies, bars and gummies. Champagne is not champagne, it is a random brut wine. There was no stop to see the native tribe (as they advertised it). Good experience but totally overpriced for what you get

A wonderful Grand Canyon helicopter experience. Started with a limo to the airport, then a 45 minute flight to the Canyon. Passing by the Hoover Dam and Lake Meade. Nice audio commentary and American music. We landed in the Canyon and enjoyed a simple Champagne picnic for 30 mins. Then a 45 flight back again. The pilot was wonderful.

Its pricey, but well worth it. The Canyon is breathtaking and everyone should see it once in their lives. For safety reasons, don't go with one of the many cheap-n-cheerful vendors.

Way too expensive for their short rides. Boulder city gets you better deals and longer tours.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our pilot Mike, is the most friendly guy we have ever met. He is a Marine and it makes my family happy to have a soldier fly us around Las Vegas.

We hosted a company party at Sundance for 150 guests. From the very beginning, Stefanie and the whole team were very professional and helpful. They handled many aspects of the event including set up in their amazing event space and registering all of our guests on their flights. We got everyone on a flight quickly - I was in awe of how efficient check-in was. Their space is great - we had a dance floor, bar, photo booth and lounge space with plenty of room for everyone. Great space to entertain clients! The city lights tour is beautiful. Highly recommend.

It was nice the flight was a little short but overall experience was good

For my first trip to the grand canyon and my first helicopter ride, the team at Sundance really made it awesome! Limo pickup/drop off, clear instructions all the way, great communication and great commentary both from pilot and recorded. My tour included the Hoover dam, flying into the grand canyon and setting down near the west rim for a wander and plenty of photos and a quick drink of bubbles / juice / water with a snack. Then return flight over old Vegas and then swooped over the strip before landing back at the airport. Not everything went to plan, they bumped me an hour and changed my helicopter but were so fantastic about communicating with me and then looking after me with some freebies - it was obvious that their priority is to ensure every guest has an amazing experience.

Great experience with Sundance.
Limo service pickup from our hotel and only a 5 minute drive to the airport/terminal.
We had to wait a while for the helicopters to come in, get checked out/serviced, and refueled, but better safe than sorry.
The ride out to the Grand Canyon was amazing and our pilot was very friendly and accommodating.

We were very excited to do the helicopter tour with Sundance. Everything was great - we got pick up by a limo, arrived at airport, met the pilot (Kevin) then hopped on board. Problem then started when Kevin forgot to turn off his microphone. We could hear the relay between him and whoever (control tower). He proceeded to tell the tower that who had put all these "heavies" on the same trip. He went on to say that "we looked like we had being on a very good paddock, we were a bunch of heifers, etc etc" He only stopped when one of us turned on our mic and asked him was he calling us fat. The trip got more uncomfortable, when Kevin tried to cover up his mistake with awkward commentary. We gave our weight when we booked, when we signed in, so if there was going to be an issue we should have being made aware of it. Sorry we all can't be the perfect size. We paid over $800 AUS each to go on this trip to be insulted. Would not recommend them.
