Pros: Furniture provided, can go month to month, amazing printer, gym access and coffee/tea/mugs all provided including a mini kitchen.

Cons: 1 men's toilet for 60+ offices left the bathroom smelly, messy and often unusable, phone calls often going unanswered or not warmly received, the walls are NOT sound proofed. They opted for a cheaper build out which results in hearing everything going on in neighbouring offices. One should be aware of what you're getting into and be aware of these concerns.

A little bit hard to find via Google Maps. I went here for an appointment at around 10:30 and it was very difficult to find parking. I had to park closer to the other building. I like their directory. And the building is well maintained.

I m an RMT who recently has an interesting experience with Regus to say the least... as they misrepresented themselves as being able to lease private offices but they cannot ( They are zoned as a shared floor in Langley meaning they can enter your room even if they lease it as a private office which is not ok for a health care practitioner says the city of Langley for privacy of clients and their charts). When I went to the city of Langley they said Regus was aware of how they are zoned and that they cannot lease private offices as there is no such thing. Also as a health care practitioner they want a private sink available to you and due to the way Regus is zoned as shared location there is no such thing which Regus was aware of the city of Langley said as this situation happened two weeks prior and they are using misrepresentation and I should get a refund. Regus reluctantly agreed to a refund after asking me to practice at their location without a business license ( Manager Amy Gagnon). Not only have they not refunded my money I got a call from Visa as they used my mom s card for $7334 dollars worth of charges out of the agreed upon $2941.00. I contacted the RCMP but they said this was bad business practice and are not citing criminal activity yet unless this goes past 7 days they will see what measures they can take. Manager Cindy Dorland processed my mother's credit card manually so how would they make 4 separate transactions in one day all for different amounts. Still no refund as well. I would love to spread the word about their unprofessionalism, theft of money and get this resolved!

I have been with Regus since 2013 and it has been a great experience. The staff are warm and welcoming to not only me, but all my clients. They truly provide a professional experience. From the refreshment area to full gym this is great value for dollar. That said, what I enjoy the most about Regus Langley is the great group of business people on our floor. I have made some great business contacts as well some great friends.

We needed an office space for 5 months while our permanent office was being built, and had an excellent experience in the Langley Regus office. The office is modern, the staff are very helpful and its a great place to connect with other business people. Recommend this location.

I have been with the Langley Regus almost since day one, I have a beautiful office with a wonderful reception area that is included in the rent. I went from $8,000 a month in overhead down to $1,500 making it easy to make a profit. I will be with Regus for the foreseeable future as long as they can handle me.

Pros: office clean enough. Desks in working condition. Cons: Internet always complicated to get into which is frustrating if you're in a rush to hop on a meeting. BIGGEST concern: their policies on invoicing and cancellation. There was zero flexibility and while I cancelled on the first of the month they insisted on billing me for that month plus another. Total waste of money. There was no check in from customer care to see if I wanted to continue on another month, if i was enjoying my experience etc. Walls were paper thin so any company business exchanges completely out of the question because of lack of privacy. Very little sympathy from representatives I spoke with to complain. I have needed space since this experience and will NEVER use Regus again and highly recommend, if you aren't 100% clear on how long you wish to stay that you read your contract carefully before handing over a credit card. Currently using CMPNY in Coquitlam- seriously decent people running an honest business.

I had an unpleasant experience with Regus as they made four separate transactions on my card for a grand total of $7344.00 in one day. Originally we had emailings detailing the amount to be charged. Not only that but they are supposed to refund the whole amount as the lease agreement is dissolved but they have yet to return the agreed upon refunded money and then they money they flat out took from my credit card. It will take approximately 5-7 business days for Visa to get the money back. The question is do you want to risk your business with Regus so they can use your credit cards as they please and it is required to have one on file. What I find funny is this credit card was not on file manager Cindy Dorland processed this herself . Manager Amy Gagnon contacted me and told me she was going to refund the money and then never did and each time you contact corporate they send you to Amy who is extremely unprofessional. Amy Gagnon has asked my daughter to practice at Regus without a business license in order to keep the deposit money. Are you that desperate?! If you do not believe this contact the city of Langley and ask them about business licensing problems with Regus! That is all.

Eight months ago, I moved my home office into an office space at Regus. I very much appreciate the professional atmosphere here, a tone set by the administrative staff and as well as fellow entrepreneurs. Now, home time is family time, and time at the office is clearly defined as business productivity time!

I have had several issues with Regus business practices and most recently with their response to the COVID-19 pandemic. I have been renting with Regus for several years now and while there have been some positives (receptionists are wonderful, building is accessible and clean, printing and postage available) I have had several issues and negative experiences. In addition to charging me double my monthly rent at the beginning of a new lease they took months to return it, were difficult to get a hold of and did not compensate for the additional overages or interest charges that took place due to their oversight. They require you to agree to a new contract lease months before your old one is up and there is little to no flexibility around their leasing agreement. Every year the rates are increased by a significant amount despite the fact that you are a continuing client and someone new coming in would be able to rent it at a much lower rate. Additionally when things began getting worse with COVID and business were beginning to shut down I reached out to them several weeks before the official start of my new lease (although I had signed months before as per their practices) and I was essentially told to bad the lease would begin with no exceptions. I tried several different avenues and sent many different emails to ask if any concessions would be made and when I finally heard back their offer of help was to give me 50% off for two months (one I had already paid in full leaving me only one month s benefit) but would then have to either a.) extend by three months at the end of the lease (this is to a profit of an additional two months rent for them) or b.) make up that discount over the remaining months (this would be an increase of monthly rent of almost $70 a month for me) If I am struggling to afford it now how will I afford it plus some in just six weeks? Regus does not care about its clients and clearly cares only about money and not about the people and small business using its space.
