Very professional, really. But who sits on the city tour in the back right has really lost! The city you see only front or left ... ;-(

for the next occasion they also need people to see the different views the price is very expensive for 15 mts and I did not see anything the view of mine was the same as I saw from the plane when I came to Las Vegas do not let you feel them on the side right back in the helicopter because only once more houses nothing else the side with sight is behind the pilot and the front seats that do not explain it before buying the tikes.

Tour is really nice, .....for the 2 people traveling in the front seats near the pilot, they've nice view and room, but if you go in one of the 4 back seats, you gonna be squeezed like sardines, like I was, there were 2 big guys occupying almost 3 seats, my experience was really AWFUL, as for me I'd have stopped the ride, -which is not cheap at all-, but it was a b-day present to my daughter, so I decided to carry on .

Took a helicopter ride around the city of Las Vegas at night time. Our pilot was awesome knew exactly what he was doing how he set people in the helicopter. Pilot talk to us through headphones told us what we were we were at on the strip was about a 30-minute ride and was very nice

It was my first time in helicopter ride and I was really excited. Staff is very friendly and makes sure u get best experience.
I booked online for Las vegas night Strip tour. I requested to have fromt seats and staff promised me to do their best coz the sitting arrangment depends on weight distribution. Luckily we got the front seats amd it was awesome view. Everything went excatly as per scheduled time starting from limo pickup, champagne toast, ride and dropoff. Our pilot was very friendly nd funny guy

Myself and my Wife Daria were on our honeymoon and we those Sundance's tour to give is the experience of a lifetime. Our from the bus ride in with Danni to the pilot Eingo getting us into the canyon it was truly amazing, beyond our expectations Dawn took care of us with the safety class and picture the driver home was very nice sorry we didn't catch your name. We had an amazing day and can't thank you all enough for all you did for us again thank you all.

Was a great first time in a helicopter! Pilot was super friendly and explained everything very well. Vegas tour was sweet! Look forward to more helicopter adventures in the future!

The Strip ride is a MUST do! Great pilots and helicopters.

Great experience, we were in a group of 4. We selected the All American package. Our pilot (Mario) was fantastic and very knowledgeable. 2 of our group were able to sit up front for part of the flight.
Was a bit disappointed that we only went by the strip once. As our group were all sat on the wrong side of the helicopter and therefore saw little to none of the strip up close.

An experience that I definitely recommend to try. Shuttle transfer by limousine from the hotel, welcome drink, a perfect friendly pilot who explained everything before the flight ... And then just an unbelievable view of the night city. It really is worth it, it just runs very quickly.

I recommend the 0700hrs early tour without hesitation. Our pilot, Chuck, was extraordinarily experienced as a retired Navy pilot. The Canyon itself cannot be described adequately in words here, and the landing site for the Sundance tour only enhances the awe inspiring sense of grandeur. A very welcome touch was the limo pick up with the other guests. Don't hesitate to splurge a little on this heli-tour and make seeing the Grand Canyon an even more memorable experience with the amazing Sundance crew.

We did the Grand Voyager; pilot was Alex and it was fantastic seriously amazing. Little pricey but it was once in a lifetime everyone if you can afford it go do this tour.

Thank you very much we had a wonderful experience on the Sundance Helicopter Tours with our wedding party... Service was wonderful... staff was pleasant and courteous... the flight was smooth and memorable... definitely a must do when visiting Las Vegas & Grand Canyon...

Brutal experience, it makes you a little short but for how great it is.

First experience in a helicopter! Arrival and a return in a limousine from the hotel.
Once on site, we were received by the team that offers tea and coffee. The monitor was very nice and attentive. We flew all over Vegas, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead as well as the grand canyon with a champagne break.

The price is justified, only with the majestic views offered by this awesome landscape of the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Las Vegas area.

The entire tour was very professional and the experience fantastic. It would have been nicer to stay more than 30 minutes on the base of the Grand Canyon as felt rushed. Nevertheless, the main disappointment is that we upgraded to the "gold" helicopter as shown in the pictures, but this does not exist and all the helicopters are the same. The upgrade is a scam and such a shame considering everything else was so well done. I did go back to Sundance but was clearly given a NO for the refund. Two other people I spoke to said they had the same helicopter with or without the upgrade. It's very much the principal of being ripped off by $40 USD considering how much money you pay... :-(

Very good service.cant really fault it,they have a big fleet of helicopters.it can be expensive in what tour you do but well worth doing it.

Juan was an amazing pilot and made us feel at ease from the start. Their private terminal was very nice and super easy to check in. The helicopter was new and gave us great views. Would highly recommend.

We went on the sunset canyon tour, it was fantastic. I would highly recommend it and Sundance helicopters. I booked through viator which was cheaper than booking directly.
