Very good dealership, treated like family , maintenance area was great, they have a place for a small breakfast, and all the coffee you can drink, my first time in I met a salesman , name was Nael, got me in and in a new car in no time, got another Toyota Avalon, my 4th.

a really bizarre experience. how much does the car cost and how many miles are on it? should be easy, huh? instead i get insane email after insane email and insane phone call after insane phone call. why not just answer the question instead of acting as weirdos?

My experience at Sun Toyota was great! Everyone was professional and courteous. Patrick Chaban was the salesman I dealt with. I didn't feel pressured and he was so kind and patient to answer all my questions. I also met with Willy Patti, Accessory Manager, and Gregg, finance manager, who were also helpful and answered my questions. Again, no pressure at all. A pleasant experience overall!

After searching through different dealerships to find the perfect vehicle my family and after almost giving up I managed to find my way to the Sun Toyota in holiday. I told myself this would be the last place we would check because everywhere I went they didn t have a good selection on cars I would find interesting or couldn t come close to the requirements that I had set. Things were just a mess all around so I had an appointment with sandy Francisco and at first I didn t expect much I was very skeptical based on my previous car shopping experiences little did I know she would end up being the most kind, professional, accommodating, caring and the most knowledgeable person I ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Sandy provided excellent fast service and great results she worked hard to make sure that we were completely happy with our choice and continued to work hard with the financing department. Overall we are super happy with Sun Toyota and sandy for the most pleasant experience we ve ever had at a dealership and we don t plan on going anywhere else in the future based on this incredible service!

Had some issues with a used car purchase. Suntoyota Holiday with much patients was able to work with us and we left happy.

I purchased a 2018 Toyota RAV4 just before I moved back to this area. I have had my car serviced at SunToyota and had a wonderful experience however the Hertz rental within Toyota was a HORRIBLE experience. The customer service, or lack there of, is appalling, the staff is rude and had no sense of urgency. I rented a car from Hertz in May to have repairs done to my windshield, I rented a Nissan Versa for 2 days for $74 which is crazy in itself... I received the car with nothing in the gas tank 0 mpg left and had to immediately get to a gas station after leaving. I waited with no assistance for 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. After finally getting someone s attention I signed my documents and collected the keys and was told to come in by 6:30 on Thursday to return it and was promised someone would be available. I came in to return my rental that evening at 6:05p and nobody was at the desk, I called he number that was on a post-it (completely unprofessional) to call if they were not at the desk. I called FOUR times and waited 20 minutes before I got through to someone to help. I was told the gentleman was cleaning a car and I would have to wait even longer to get someone to collect the keys from me. I told him I could not wait, I had to leave to get to an appointment. He told me to throw the keys on the floor behind the desk and he would get them and I could leave. If this is the sort of company SunToyota keeps I will take my service and sales elsewhere going forward. I would not suggest utilizing this service from SunToyota!!

I bought my car on Sunday from Frank. He was very helpful and patient with me. He got me a great deal on a car. He beat another competitors deal which I was super happy about. He took his time to find me the right car and spent the majority of his day trying to get me in the price frame I was looking for. I am really happy I bought my car there.

We went in Saturday the 24th and Leroy Bostick was our agent he was so kind, patient and knowledgeable a true please to do business with. Then Sal was our finance agent and he was also terrific to work with very informative. We will definitely be returning here!!

When I was ready to buy my 5th Toyota I knew I wanted to go to Sun Toyota and see Mad Max. He was great and took care of everything as did the entire staff. I of course drove a car to the dealer to buy my Toyota so how do I drive 2 cars home......step in Mad Max. He drove one I drove the other to Oldsmar and I took him back. If you need a car Sun Toyota and Mad Max is the place.

Paul Ramirez worked hard to close a difficult situation which I believe resulted in a win-win deal for the dealership and for me. It was a pleasant experience throughout. Then for the transfer of my belongings from my trade in to my new car he was very helpful and friendly all the while. All employees I had contact with were also friendly and helpful.

I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealer. 2010 Prius and a 2018 Tundra LTD
Brought the Prius in for some updates. No problem.
Also asked to fix the upper glove box had to slam it to shut.
Ok that will be $671.00 to fix it.
Next I said my horn isn t working.
Ok that will be $1,000.00 you have a wire broken some where in horn wiring harness.
Well I sprayed the glove box latch, button and hinges with spray lubricant.
Now it works perfectly.
Tomorrow I ll check horn fuse and relay to see what is going on.

Our Car Guy, Young Kim, was the Greatest! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, personable and patient. We loved him.

Worst experience. Deceit and trick. Marked my old car as sold, when the tilte is still with me.

Service Dept is so slow and disorganized and so inefficient. Will be going to another dealer for service and when ready for a new Toyota it will be a different dealer. The owner need to learn from companies like amazon to make it more efficient. When you come in and for a simple code look up when they say 1.5 hours that does not mean 2.5 hours.

Was initially very excited to find this dealership. They seemed to be upfront about their cost. They are a little over two hours away from me, so I contacted them to work out some details before I made the long trip. Boy, am I glad I did! I found out that they throw in an "accessory package" of almost $2,000 on top of their dealer fee which is almost $1,000. The accessory package is some kind of paint protection deal that I don't want, but I was told I had to take it. Very glad I didn't waste my time on the trip. I figured there had to be a catch, but at first I was hopeful that I had finally found a mostly honest dealership. But nope, not this one.

Very friendly service staff. Really helpful, not pushy. They told me what they recommendee and let me decide for myself.

I purchased a truck today from Sun Toyota, and I must take a moment to share what a pleasure it was to buy from this dealership. From their initial response to my first email inquiry, through my many questions, and all the way to my pick up day (they even arranged transportation for me to travel 60 miles north from Sarasota to get just the vehicle I wanted!), the service at Sun Toyota was first class.
I can't say enough good things about my sales associate, Ben Carriere. He was polite, thorough, knowledgeable, so very patient, and he truly went the extra mile to make sure my buying experience went perfectly. Also, Nicolas the sales manager responded to my questions immediately when I spoke with him, and was also very kind and helpful.
Buying a vehicle has always made me nervous, as it is a big decision, with many details to consider.
Ben made it stress free with his professionalism and calm, authentic demeanor. Thanks Sun Toyota, I will be sending others your way for their next auto purchase.

Pat was a great salesman- personable and friendly. We took our time and I test drove the vehicle as much as I wanted. The rest of the process seemed to take longer than I would have expected. When it came time to complete the paper work I was rushed. I was told "we'd be there all night" if I read the contract. I should have been reading a copy of the contract- maybe a paper copy? as it was standard - "boiler plate"- while I waited a couple hours for the various powers that be to get their end arranged. So essentially a good experience, I like my truck, but the back end of the deal left a bad taste. I guess there's no escaping that "used car lot" experience, even if you are spending close to 30k.

I had some special timing needs and Youssef Malki worked with me, helped me find the right car and I got a great price. He is a very knowledgeable salesmen and incredibly professional while providing the right amount of personalized care.
The entire experience was fantastic. They were there to help me get into the right vehicle on terms that met what I needed. I LOVE my TOYOTA!

John was great...he was patient and answered all our questions. He was able to calmly deal with me which can be difficult at times and fought hard for the deal that we wanted. Would definitely work with him again.

I looked forward to purchasing a new Tundra from Sun Toyota as my mother has always been very happy with their services, however my experience did not live up to the hype. I initially walked around the lot for about 30 minutes looking at several trucks on my own, which to be honest, I do prefer.

On my second visit, I searched for a salesman and eventually found one. We discussed the 2 tundra's that I was interested in and I attempted to get some out the door numbers. This was a painful experience, and I was unable to get a get any type of figures on paper.

On my third attempt, I called ahead and spoke to the sales person that I had worked with previously. I advised him that I would like to come in and test drive my final choice Tundra and would be there in about 30 minutes. He told me he was ready and waiting and to let him know when I arrived. When I pulled in, I immediately went to find the truck that we had discussed, but it was nowhere to be found. Upon inquiry, I was informed that the truck had been sold and had already been pulled from the inventory records, including the website.

I was less than pleased with wasting my time when the salesperson could have easily explained that the truck was already sold. Maybe we could have made a deal on a different truck, however I ended up just getting a better Tundra from Stadium Toyota for a lower price.

This is by far the best experience if you're looking for a new or used vehicle. Let me first start off by saying Niko and Jason Grivas are the best salesmen I've ever encountered. They are caring, patient, knowledgeable, and just fun to be around. We can truly say we left Sun Toyota with a couple of good friends. They were very polite and courteous and not pushy at all. We told them our price range and they made it happen. Niko Grivas even gave me his personal number so that I could directly reach him for any concerns. We test drove the car on Saturday and came back on Monday to sign the deal. We would have came in Sunday but Niko was off and football was on. However, Niko even volunteered to come in on his day off. The bottom line. We are very happy with our 2011 Toyota Tundra purchase. We have found our new dealership that we will be going to EVERY TIME we purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend Sun Toyota as I will be referring all of my friends and family in the future. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR NIKO GRIVAS AND JASON GRIVAS. They are the best!

To be honest, I came in not expecting to be leaving with a car. The deal I was offered seemed too good to be true, especially after my experience with a different dealership. However, Rocco made sure to take care of me. I got an excellent deal on a 2018 Toyota Corolla LE and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone interested in a car to contact Rocco. Definitely made my first car-buying experience one to remember.

The toyota sent me a letter to change a part at no cost that malfunctions in different vehicles including mine they told me that they did not have the part that will leave the letter and they asked for it and they called me that was in December we are in March and so far no they called me

Since I was alone, he followed me home to bring back the car I drove there. On the way back he explained all the technology and paired my iPhone to my new Prius 2. I highly recommend him!! Bought my truck with9 miles on it March 2016. Just broke 5000 miles on it. The only place I take my truck is sun toyota for anything. Just had a major leak from the 3rd light that flooded my truck, they did a great job of getting it covered from Toyota. Just bought a little boat and tried to put my truck in S mode and it won't go into S mode. Called the service department and they tell me I need to bring it in to have it put on the machine to see what could be wrong. How is it they don't do a full test on your truck when you take it in for service!

Update: Took my truck in today. S mode working now. Seems like there was something wrong with a connection when they replaced everything in my truck when it was in for the light issue.

Busy busy dealer, but customer service is fantastic they have a great team makes sure you don t feel left high and dry waiting for answers and decisions. I ll be purchasing my next vehicle from Sun Toyota!

I bought a pre owned certified Rav4 and Taylor was awesome! He actually listened to my price points and my requirements, didn't try to push me into anything beyond that. Helped me find the vehicle that would best suit my needs working within my budget! If you are in the market for a newer vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Taylor! He may be young but this young man is professional, friendly and helpful without being pushy! I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson! Randy "the big boss" was also totally awesome! Helped work out my trade in and treated us like old family friends! Our finance manager was James and he too was quick, helpful, explained all our options and was able to leave me feeling like I got the best value! These are the 3 people you want to deal with! I just purchased my first Toyota 4Runner from Sun Toyota and was very impressed with the dealership. My salesman Jason Heard was great to work with and always prompt when communicating back and forth. Everyone I spoke with from Sales Mangers to the Part Department treated me as if I was a long time customer and this was the first car I've bought from them. I went in to get an oil change and also my cv seals were leaking. It was under warranty and the service experience here is always great!! I knew i would have to wait some time because this is a job that takes some time. I waited in the customer lounge area enjoying coffee and relaxing in the chairs and enjoying television. Is it me or does it seem like some of these reviews have been skewed tremendously to a point where I had to experience it myself? Perhaps, one of the advisors in the service department wasn't having the best day since we are all aware that we don't live in a perfect world or perhaps, he discriminates against some of his new clients belittling them like if we were a child. Perhaps, he isn't passionate about being a service advisor to begin with which it still never too late to earn a degree at a college. Whatever the case it may be, I hope the best of luck to him wherever his journey takes him. And please, if the service manager is reading my comment, it's crucial to sustain your colleagues by being a flexible team leader acknowledging the team members' strengths and weaknesses. How else would you expect them to learn from their mistakes and grow in order to become successful? The key to happiness is all about self control, determination, and mental attitude. Back on track, the service advisor name Lance kindly greeted me until he attempted to prove me wrong that the weight of the motor synthetic oil 0w-20 and 5w-20 can have a significant impact on the longevity of the vehicle. Not necessarily if the vehicle is up too par in maintenance, it wouldn't make a night and day difference unless if you live upstate. Lance claimed that the price can also fluctuate depending on the weight of the motor oil which is a misleading statement. He implied that the full synthetic 5w-20 oil change for a Toyota Tundra (8 cylinders) is about $80 dollars versus a full synthetic 0w-20 oil change is about roughly $30-40 dollars. I'm sorry but I CAN NOT justify myself spending double the amount due to the difference in weights of the motor oil. Otherwise, I would have to rate my experience at Sun Toyota a 2 stars. It's not right that some of the service advisors are scam artists in disguise waiting for its next naive clients or that would be considered a misdemeanor crime in the state of Florida as false advertisement since Sun Toyota will (KEYWORD) PRICE MATCH its competitors.

Brian Hickey is a great asset to Sun Toyota's Service Dept. Very informative as he helped me with my vehicle maintenance and replacing of a Wheel. I highly recommend him as a Service Advisor if you are you looking for a stress free and easy going experience as you get your vehicle serviced.

My family and I love new cars but we dread the process of purchasing it. I was trading my car in and switching to a Toyota. Great selection, but salesguy was pushing certain vehicles really hard, wanted to see just 2 brand new but ended up having to see and hear a pitch about several used that were "best values on the lot"
