Pat was a great salesman- personable and friendly. We took our time and I test drove the vehicle as much as I wanted. The rest of the process seemed to take longer than I would have expected. When it came time to complete the paper work I was rushed. I was told "we'd be there all night" if I read the contract. I should have been reading a copy of the contract- maybe a paper copy? as it was standard - "boiler plate"- while I waited a couple hours for the various powers that be to get their end arranged. So essentially a good experience, I like my truck, but the back end of the deal left a bad taste. I guess there's no escaping that "used car lot" experience, even if you are spending close to 30k.
