I looked forward to purchasing a new Tundra from Sun Toyota as my mother has always been very happy with their services, however my experience did not live up to the hype. I initially walked around the lot for about 30 minutes looking at several trucks on my own, which to be honest, I do prefer.

On my second visit, I searched for a salesman and eventually found one. We discussed the 2 tundra's that I was interested in and I attempted to get some out the door numbers. This was a painful experience, and I was unable to get a get any type of figures on paper.

On my third attempt, I called ahead and spoke to the sales person that I had worked with previously. I advised him that I would like to come in and test drive my final choice Tundra and would be there in about 30 minutes. He told me he was ready and waiting and to let him know when I arrived. When I pulled in, I immediately went to find the truck that we had discussed, but it was nowhere to be found. Upon inquiry, I was informed that the truck had been sold and had already been pulled from the inventory records, including the website.

I was less than pleased with wasting my time when the salesperson could have easily explained that the truck was already sold. Maybe we could have made a deal on a different truck, however I ended up just getting a better Tundra from Stadium Toyota for a lower price.
