I have worked with Sun a couple times over the years and they are really one of the best title companies in town. Everyone from Beatrice to Rory are extremely friendly and always go above and beyond. Sun is definitely the place to go for Title in GR.

Very long time ago, I had an apartment right above the newish sun title office in big rapids. We we're neglected for several months, brown water for two months, unbreathable air for three weeks, and also woke up with floor varnish poisoning the air. We should've sued, we should've gotten the city involved. But since we were stupid college kids, they took advantage of us. Thank you sun title for your terrible service. I will never recommend you ever, thank you :) maybe other sun title offices are different, but hey, they didn't care about us, their tenants, so I'd say, no one should bat an eyelash at sun title. Try out Harry's Rentals if you're in big rapids fellow college students.

Ever time I close with Sun Title I am more and more impressed. Professional, honest, and fast. They just know how to get stuff done and done right the first time.

Fast and easy! The office space is nice and the team is very friendly. We were able to close on our house in less than an hour!

I found that they did not deliver as promised and misrepresented themselves. Saying they hire directly and then hire as a temp. Saying they have never fired anyone in 10 years but that was a lie. Starting it takes 6 months to learn a job but not allowing a month. saying they want youbto read their book at the desk but not really. Saying minor mistakes are learning opportunities but using them against you.They state one thing and then change it later or just lie or not communicate or offer help. Terrible training.

I was impressed with Sun Title in arranging for closing on the sale of my home. The staff paid attention to every detail of the closing process, and everyone I interacted with was polite, responsive and very willing to answer any questions I had. Consistent follow through was evident every step of the way and all documents were accurately prepared. Since the closing occurred during the COVID pandemic, the usual routines had changed. However all procedures were easy to follow and I felt safe in completing the closing mostly through Zoom. I would recommend Sun Title to anyone in need of a smooth, accurate and worry free closing on their property!

I have had several bills that were supposed to be paid as part of closing costs and none of them were paid. I have had to contact the company several times to get them to pay them. 8 months after closing and I'm still doing it.

Sun Title has this Certifid process in place for closing and wiring funds to confirm your identify. Closing happened at 9 a.m. Closer told me I would be getting this email from Certifid but didn't tell me the status of the funds depended on replying to this email, which by the way needed to be wired to another title company for another close the next morning, but I did reply to it. Answered the questions regarding name, address, etc. Then it asked security questions and responded "none of the above" to all of them because that was the correct answer and they said an error was made. I called Certifid, spoke to a Bill, who relayed my concern to Sun Title. They called and I spoke to MARGARET, and she just said too bad, they couldn't confirm my identity and the funds won't be disbursed. MARGARET was so unapologetic, unsympathetic and would not offer ANY explanation for the error by Certifid. DON'T CLOSE WITH SUN TITLE!!!!!! I used an alias for privacy reasons. I am not a competitor, just a very unsatisfied customer.

Don't go there . they tried to charge twice much as other title companies. Quoted 340.00 and then then wanted 800.00. I really don't want to give them 1 star. All I can say is beware of sun agency.
