Great movie selections. I wish they had reclining seats

Great theatre! In my opinion, the best in town. They have an extended food menu that includes hamburgers, pizza etc. Comfortable seats and kept pretty clean.

The movie Aquaman was fantastic, but ScreenX was the real treat! Can't wait for our next ScreenX experience!

We finally got to see a movie again after 5 whole months!

The theater we went to see the movie in was quite trashy. And there should be more than one person working at the box office especially on a weekend. We waited in line far too long because of that.

Great movie theater. Just saw "It Chapter 2" there last night. Beautiful from the outside and great layout inside. Great selection of concessions and very clean compared to other theaters I've been to.

I go here at least once a week. Love this theater!

An extremely large and comfortable theater. Food is available.

This place has a great picture and great sound. They have very comfortable seats, and the employees are always very helpful and friendly. This is one of my favorite theaters to go to.

By far the best Movie Theater that we have here in Knoxville. I included a few pics of the kids checking out the arcade that they can visit while at the movies.

I am really digging the fact that all these movie theaters have free refills on soda, that is pretty cool. Not that I need my 32oz small refilled but, still I guess it doesn't seem as bad since now they offer free refills on the prices that we have complained about for so many years.

Oh well it's the experience of the movies right? Plus, who can beat the popcorn.

Great place to see a movie, the RPX option and the 3D is some of the best that I have seen anywhere.

The most recent releases get the best theaters (as expected,) but does use assigned seating for them. I think all theaters have stadium seating & all the arm rests move out of the way. The chairs are comfortable enough so your butt doesn't fall asleep, but doesn't lean back too far.

All cola has free refills, but only the large popcorn has them too. They also have burgers and waffle fries at a surprisingly fair price! You're not gonna get a whole pizza through the doors, but they don't say anything about $1 candy & pop in your pocket. Just please clean up after yourselves people!

Amazingly clean lobby, restrooms and concession stand! I think I would be proud to work here if I lived closer.

I'm waiting on my 3rd movie in a row! Sunday is surprisingly short staffed today, so I'm gonna get my money's worth. My job doesn't let me get out much so this is only my second time to see some shows since January.

Regal Pinnacle Stadium 18 IMAX & ScreenX and 4DX here in Knoxville has the best movie theater in Tennessee.
The 4DX and ScreenX was really awesome; they offer a lot of fun movie popcorn and drinks promotion.
The seats and floor are always clean.
And the concession stands and bathrooms are spotless.

Changed my 4 to 5 stars. Thanks for the cleanliness, clear movies, and kind service. My family enjoys your theatre.

Amazing place. It is always good, service and food is good. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the prices but that is going to be the same no matter where you go

While this theatre may not be as up to date as far as seating is concerned like other theatres in the area; they still offer the ability to reserve seats ahead of time so you know you will be able to sit with your friends and family at larger premiers.

I love Pinnacle - especially the IMAX. All of their screens are great; the theater is clean, and the staff is friendly. I drive 40 minutes to see movies here even though there is a theater near me.

Love this theater. Being able to reserve your seat relieves the stress of wondering if you will get seats together, and the long lines, etc. Especially great for recently released movies.

This theater is clean, consistently shows great new releases, occasionally has special events, and is all around a great experience. It suffers from the same pitfalls as other similar theater chains - expensive snack bar, expensive movie tickets, etc - but I don t blame it for these since that is standard for all theaters.

We found a decent parking space. There was a small line to get tickets. A small line for popcorn. We got to choose our seats when we got our tickets. The theater we were in ( they have 18) the previews were messed up. We could hear but couldn't see. When it began for real everything was like it should be. We had a great time.

Always clean location with quality seats and imax and RPX options. Wish the service was more like the new west town theater

I think that it's so cool that you can buy your tickets on line and and actually have reserved seats.

Not a bad cinema. Find a coupon and concessions are sky high. Bring gum.

I have always loved this theater, but when we bought our tickets today we were ask to pick our seats. A small computer screen shown through the glass at me. I could not see the tiny numbers on each seat or the letters on each row. I stared through the window into the computer screen, with a line of people behind me. I was horribly embarrassed that it took me so long to read the screen and I upset people waiting in line. I think this is an unnecessary task that someone has to perform to watch a movie.
also when we finally made it inside the man taking our ticket mumble something that we could not hear, when I ask him, "what? we didn't hear
you, he replied, "I SAAAIDDDD.......TO THE LEFT" ........, he would not even look at us. OMG, I'm so sorry that I couldn't hear or understand him. Not a very good experience today.

Just be prepared to empty your savings account. Nonetheless, it is a great theater.

Great theater, well appointed. Prices are quite a bit higher than other theaters in the area though.

Great theater and staff. I have always had good experiences here. Watching movies here really makes a difference.

I was, frankly, rather disappointed. Our seats were not great. The price was high enough that I was expecting the really nice, reclining seats, but we did not have those. They were still comfortable, but neither of my children could sit in them very well, even my almost 4 year old (they would fold up on her). For my two year old, I had to hold the seat down to keep it from folding up on her, but she was free so I can't really complain about that. Also, my some of my popcorn was a little burned. I was able to go back and get it replaced, even though I got a medium and not a large (so no refills), so that was nice, but even the new stuff had a few burned pieces. I'm not sure I'll go back to this theater, especially with my children.

It's a good theatre but I don't go here very often because they charge more than other theatres, they are usually pretty busy (so the parking lot can be a nightmare) and they don't seem to have enough staff for tickets and concessions so expect to wait in line.
It is usually clean but the soda and popcorn buttering station are usually a bit messy because of the volume of people using them.

Nice theater. I wished we would've went to the 4D theater but maybe next time. I've never been to a movie theater where you pick your seats from a seating chart while paying for the tickets. I kinda felt like we chose the wrong seats.

The best theater in Knoxville by far. Largest selection of movies with many showings of indie films and older films. IMAX auditorium is huge and has the best screen. A couple of the standard auditoriums have some dark projectors that could be calibrated better.

Very comfy and quiet for the movie we watched but uncomfortable with the way it felt like the workers kept checking up on us even though nobody but us and 1 other person was there

Nice and clean place to watch a movie and seats are comfortable and roomy.

Kinda spoiled to the recliners at cinnabar (west town mall theater) and governors crossing cinemas (pigeon forge) but over all good experience!

The staff is great and despite it's age the theatre still makes the grade. Somebody needs to watch the screens more often, we were frozen on one screenshot of an add for 15 minutes! During action scenes everyone agreed the sound is way too high. Despite this visits problems we still had a good time and always do here

Clean, a little pricy but I ve come to expect that from most movie theatres. The only complaint that I have (which is not really their fault) is that some people don t understand the assigned seating. Throughout the previews people kept moving around because other people would come in, and say that those were their seats. Overall, a great place to see a film!

This is a great venue right in the heart of Turkey Creek. You can grab a movie and have anything you want to eat right there on the strip of Turkey Creek. The theater itself is kept nice and clean the bathrooms are the same.

Lines were very long and inefficient. Seat in theatre are not updated and uncomfortable.

Really great experience at the cinema. I'm in favor of having other people fill my fountain drink and butter my popcorn but otherwise everything was great.

Get movie pass and go here. I'll never go to an AMC again.

Almost 40 dollars for two people to see IMAX 3D during matinee, and they give you glasses that feel like they were picked up at discount bin from KMart, and almost to dirty to see through. Not again, I hope they bring a Warren theater here.

Movie ok. Place very nice. Popcorn was not that great and butter topping would not come out.

Line takes way to long bcuz of the whole stupid chose ur seat option when buying ticket, I told them it was stupid, can't I just sit wherever like the regular movies, one of the managers (husky blonde female, don't remember her name) said this isn't the regular movies, now pick a seat and move on we got a line, was very offended by this went to tell another manager abt the situation and he looked at me and told me to move along then waited for 25 mins at concession stands was late to my movie bcuz of there lack of experience and not one single person there was professional at all

We see all of our favorites here. In CA: Civil War IMAX right now. Imax or RPX are the best.

The management is always so rude and disrespectful. Keep raising prices and keep treating people horribly and you will continue to lose GOOD customers!!!!

This movie theater is awesome! Me and my daughter watched the new Star Wars in RPX here. Definitely worth the extra money!

I'm hoping we get to use the passes that were given to us from the seat malfunctioning during Spiderman Far From Home. They say they don't expire until the end of this year. Every 4DX movie says no passes though. Is that the unlimited passes? Or the passes I have? I would love to take my son to see Sonic in 4DX
