Very long time ago, I had an apartment right above the newish sun title office in big rapids. We we're neglected for several months, brown water for two months, unbreathable air for three weeks, and also woke up with floor varnish poisoning the air. We should've sued, we should've gotten the city involved. But since we were stupid college kids, they took advantage of us. Thank you sun title for your terrible service. I will never recommend you ever, thank you :) maybe other sun title offices are different, but hey, they didn't care about us, their tenants, so I'd say, no one should bat an eyelash at sun title.
