Sun Title has this Certifid process in place for closing and wiring funds to confirm your identify. Closing happened at 9 a.m. Closer told me I would be getting this email from Certifid but didn't tell me the status of the funds depended on replying to this email, which by the way needed to be wired to another title company for another close the next morning, but I did reply to it. Answered the questions regarding name, address, etc. Then it asked security questions and responded "none of the above" to all of them because that was the correct answer and they said an error was made. I called Certifid, spoke to a Bill, who relayed my concern to Sun Title. They called and I spoke to MARGARET, and she just said too bad, they couldn't confirm my identity and the funds won't be disbursed. MARGARET was so unapologetic, unsympathetic and would not offer ANY explanation for the error by Certifid. DON'T CLOSE WITH SUN TITLE!!!!!! I used an alias for privacy reasons. I am not a competitor, just a very unsatisfied customer.
