The beach was good and the was also nice the food was tasty the room were very confertae and the animation the were very friendly and Aaron had good vibes so we had much more fun

Very good service, everything was very clean, a German-dive center is integrated in the hotel. The hotel has an excellent house reef, the food is absolutely varied and delicious. Especially I would like to highlight the waiters in the restaurants- always attentive and once you have seen the gentlemen know the names and wishes of many guests. It is an experience to have a birthday here as well. You even get a cake if you want it. I felt right at home and would definitely come back.

Great animation team particularly Kimo and good breakfast. Big fishes and turtles. The room services are very accurate and creative :)

I like this hotel very much. The waiters are very fast in the use. The ankmation makes a great show in the evening. AQ the animation manager makes fascinating shows. AQ always has a smile on his face. AQ makes a hammer dj in the evening. Playing table tennis is a lot of fun with him. AQ exudes such courtesy. He is really great. Quad driving in the hotel is also a lot of fun.

Nice hotel, very close to the airport Marsa Alam (definitely book a direct flight). You do not get anything from the airport. The journey to and from the airport is just 15 minutes. All clean. There are regular tours of the kitchen. Feel free to try. The food is reasonably good in the category. Large selection also suitable for vegetarians. Very good animation. The beach is clean as the whole area. Sometimes it gets cramped with the loungers, as the typical vacationer blocks his lounger for a long time. But at the pool again and again a couch is free, because we always got one. Wi-Fi for free but not very fast and stable and not available everywhere. We would and will come again.

Drink water only from PET bottles and never at the bar. There also no sofa drinks order, because they are prepared with the same water. Do not drink open beer and only eat cooked food. If it is too late, go to the pharmacy and get your Antinal and incidentally packaged food. After always being very satisfied some comments.
The occupation of the hotel was full and therefore too few sun beds on the beach.
There are extra sunbeds further on the beach but that place is not equipped with a bar for a drink and no toilets, so only good for young people. to reserve and tables were occupied in many places for a long time. There was also a long queue at the buffet.
Hopefully the hotel where we stayed so badly will not be ruined by its own success. For the rest, the staff is super friendly and that is why we keep going back. We will definitely go back but not at full capacity.

Another wonderful holiday in Three Corners Fayrouz. Delicious eaten and diapered. Enjoyed snorkeling and swimming with turtles. In short: great thanks to the staff who are friendly and helpful and give a lot of personal service. In particular Hanny from the beach restaurant and Nada in the main lobby (the only female host, that could be better !!) are great ambassadors for this excellent hotel. We'll be back.

The best Egyptian hotel in which I was. Hospitality - the entire staff is ready to help you, always smiling. Clean rooms, territory. Food and alcohol are good. The hotel cares about the environment and ecology. Constantly clean the beach line and plant new plants. Reef is perfect for snorkeling. Under the water you can find manatee and big turtles.

This hotel simply shone inside and out (unfortunately in contrast to the landscape on site, which was really littered.)
I have never seen so many food and activities on offer, but the area in particular shone with its immaculate quality and abundance of flowers.
The staff was always friendly and welcomed you at any time. There are probably more employees working in this hotel than there are guests. Our room boy conjured up small figures on the bed for us every day while tidying up the room from towels and the blanket.
The hotel's own beach section was beautiful and clean and, above all, sheltered from the wind, the coral reef was beautiful and offered a number of animal species within reach, we saw exotic fish and even a giant turtle (1m!), As well as some rays. The spa area with gym was also clean and very inviting.
All in all a wonderful stay! Unfortunately, some family members got sick or had vomiting diarrhea, which we may have to attribute to the food. In general, you should avoid ice cream and the like.

Nice complex with wonderful garden. We have been to Egypt several times, but the food here was great. Good quality and very varied, the staff very attentive and friendly.
What we found very pleasant around the hotel were no loud parties, and no drunk and loud Russians. The evening program with nice music and singing was great. There was finally someone who could sing and play guitar. Only the rooms are in need of renovation.

I don't know why 5 *. Really 4-

The hotel is very peaceful, and there are very friendly staff especially dido from the animation team!

The hotel area is unfortunately a bit getting old, if you want to save a longer bus transfer from the airport is well served! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food I would call a solid average. The daily theme evenings with traditional food from different countries is very hard-working. The bottom line is always the same served in a modified form. On the spacious beach there are enough beach chairs with umbrella. The beach bar offers a very minimalist selection of food and drink. Those who prefer a spot at the pool should start a towel reservation shortly before dawn and will only find a limited choice of free seats even then! The reef is ok for short snorkeling experiences, personally I had seen better at 5 previous Egypt holidays! My final opinion: If you are looking for a quick get-a-way with your family or are mainly dependent on pool bars, you will be well looked after here. If you want to explore the underwater world during your holiday and make some demands on the food, you will not return satisfied!

Beautiful place. A 15-minute walk is the Mubarak Bay with huge turtles, stingrays, fish and if you're lucky you will see a dugong.

Unfortunately you do not understand the many good reviews on HolidayCheck. The hotel gets from me only 3 stars, there are much better and nicer hotels, the 4 star and deserve. That is not the case here. The food is either not through or through and if you do not even get the fish out properly, then I do not know ...
Shisha costs 4 , whereby one for his money here max. Can smoke for 15 minutes for two. In Hurghada I pay 2 and can smoke a good 1 1/2 hours with 5 people.
All-inclusive is not capitalized, since not even the mini bar is inclusive. Pity

This place is amazing for a relaxed holiday - if you travel alone, as a couple or as a family. The team working at the hotel is amazing and makes you feel like having a home away from home. Foodchoices are excellent and the Manager Mr Haggag tries to get to know every guest and is always there to help to spend an unforgettable time. This hotel has many returning guests for a good reason. It's always worth to come back here.

We stayed in this hotel in mid-December 2019 with my family. I would like to give an objective review that can help those who are looking for information on the Resort.
The distance from the airport is short, about 10 minutes by bus. No disturbance from the planes, however, the Resort is silent throughout the day.
Upon our arrival we received a warm welcome, the staff really friendly in every respect. They tried to talk to us in Italian, although the typical tourist in this structure speaks German.
We requested a sea view room, defined by them as Junior Suite (6014). The room was very clean, a very nice decoration on the beds made us welcoming the arrival. Water in the room in large sealed bottles and fresh fruit. The only flaw from time to time from the bathroom taps the water comes out slightly yellow. The gentleman who was cleaning the room was FANTASTIC. Kind, smiling and made our daughter find on the bed every day a different decoration made with towels and flower petals.
Let's move on to catering, I state that I am a difficult person and the first impact of all these German buffets intimidated me. With the passing of the days I understood however that the kitchen was good and taken care of, the bread was excellent as the meat and the vegetables always available in various ways. An international cuisine, for us Italians different from what we are used to but if I managed to like it I think it is considered positive by many others.
Fantastic staff, even here in the restaurant always nice and helpful. They pick up the dish as soon as you finish, they always ask if you need something and they never make you miss anything. On two occasions that our child did not find things in the buffet, they always did their best to prepare things for her in a short time. I would also like to thank all the restaurant staff very much for this.
The gardens are beautiful, as opposed to things I've read in other reviews I have to say that it's more difficult to do than this. The resort is huge, the gardens are everywhere and people are always at work from morning to night. They too deserve praise because the flowers were taken care of, the leaves were clean even if there was wind and everything was in order.
Now let's move on to the strong point: the beach. We have been to various places in the world renowned for the sea (such as the Caribbean) but this sea has left us speechless with the beauty of its coral reef. Congratulations for the care you have of your natural heritage, keep protecting it because it is truly splendid. Loungers always available, there was always a shelter from the wind that was only two days strong. Perhaps I would slightly improve the "bar" area of the beach. Instead we found the DIVING unattractive, which did not even try to understand what we were saying and has expensive prices in my opinion. Council to bring flippers and mask from home or contact the shop on the next beach because with little difference you buy the material.
On excursions do not worry because of anything you need will come to ask you on the beach if you want to do quads, camel rides, underwater boats, etc ... even their prices dear in my opinion for the value of the euro.
The really hot pools, in that kids you could practically do the sauna and it's a positive comment. The very nice animation, a special compliment to MARIA (the Greek girl) who treated our child with love and seriousness in the moments that she wanted to stop at the trixie.
As for the gym, on the other hand, there is the bare minimum, maybe a little small if you are more than 10 people, clean towels.

Room in need of renovation, unfortunately we had mold in the bathroom.

In winter I want warmth, that's why we often traveled to Israel. This year for the first time we came to Egiped at the beginning of January.
