I really enjoyed eating here and can't wait to go back. It's not cheap but for that you get wonderful food in a beautiful setting (we were in the conservatory). Everything was made fresh, including the pasta which isn't guaranteed everywhere, and tasted delicious. The staff were charming, spoke excellent English and were happy to help recommend food and wine.

Best veg lasagna I have ever tried. The views takes it even further. End your meal with the rich mille feuille.

Obviously, the place is magical if you get a table at the front of the restaurant with a view of the Duomo in the axis of the Victor Emmanuel Gallery.
Then the menu, although it is very touristy, is very correct.
The dishes are neat but the price makes you pay for the location.
A satisfecit for the bomba, delicious dessert.
And the access by the ramp crossing the museum del novecento is very nice.

Always intrigued by observing it from Piazza Duomo, I went up for a coffee and a slice of cake. They made me sit on the terrace, from where I could touch the Duomo with a finger, and I enjoyed an excellent pears and chocolate cake and drank a coffee, served and revered as a Princess ...
Ok, I paid a bit ', but the luxury and pampering are priced ... well happy to have done ... I will be back with friends!

Four stars almost due only to the location and partially to the quality of the dishes. Red tuna tartare topped with excessive passion fruit, good but very salty basil risotto. Excellent wine, splendid view. Service a bit rough and sometimes clumsy. It remains a nice restaurant in which to spend a pleasant evening

The food was good but not excellent, and for the price ( ) you would expect excellent. Also, the view (if you are at the plaza side) is amazing.

The entrance is tricky to find - head for the museum entrance south of the Milan Cathedral. You can either go up a spiral ramp or an elevator.

Fine dining place with a splendid view of Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Great service and memorable experience. A bit pricey, but totally worth it. Had a really nice time at this place! Special thanks to Oskar who was very kind and helpful! Defenitely will go back.

Lunch here after a visit to the Royal Palace: view of the cathedral and the charming square. Ate an excellent sea bass and I also enjoyed the side dishes. The waiter who followed us was very professional and kind.

What a special place. A must visit for to enjoy one or all of the following: a quiet minute from the craziness outside, enjoying the view, worship the craftsmanship and attention to detail put into this place and its Art Deko and Chinese pieces. The service is outstanding, being well dressed and mannered, speaking several languages, knowing the menu, place, surroundings and more. The coffee is the best I had on my latest Italy tour. Enjoy the way down via the lift or the BMW museum, Munich like stairway. Overall: you missed out on something if you don't go!

Simply delicious! The location is fantastic, it is worth enjoying the arrival, the stay in the restaurant and its departure, because besides being wonderful, the restaurant is in a privileged location in the Duomo square. Very kind staff, wonderful dishes!

Really perfect location to enjoy Duomo Milano regardless of the weather!
We carefully prepared pasta risotto salad, but the steak came out to RARE without asking how much it was cooked. The server and the chef checked often, took pictures, played pranks and were friendly with a natural atmosphere.
When you eat bread, you must ask for balsamic and olive oil separately. The Chianti wines were also cheap and good.
But it was hard to find the entrance, but it's on the 3rd floor with a hidden elevator.

Amazing restaurant in the center city, next to Duomo cathedral. Fantastic view, awful staff. We ordered 3 coffee, we was waiting for your coffee 15 min. It seems that coffee was coming from Brazil!! They should to change the staff!!!

Grandizzimo...great sight, good food, polite service...belonging to the other great giacomo seafood restaurant and bistro...

the food here is vile. Undercooked and watery...tasteless...risotto...seriously you cant do this in Milano. Oh and undercooked and no not al dente -ravioli. The bread was good...oh and the hostess was one of the most magnificently beautiful women i have ever laid eyes on.

Very poor aperitif, the waiters discuss among themselves, the drink arrives first and much after the almost invisible finger food .... Poor except in the bill. Only the view is worth it.

A nice restaurant with a great view. The food and service was good, everything you'd expect from a middle-high end restaurant. The prices seemed fair compared to overall standard of the venue. Prices varied from 20-30 Euro pr course.

We did have trouble finding the entrance. You have to go into the museum below and take the lift to the 3'rd floor. A different font on the menu and a wine-card which is easier for non Italians would be an improvement.

Bad experience ... beautiful view of the cathedral but all the rest we are not there ... untreated terrace and high prices then to conclude near our table on the terrace we found the needs of a dog, when we pointed this out to the waiter he said it was frozen but that it was frozen ...

There couldn't possibly be a better place for a midday meal in Milan. Delicious food, elegant service, spectacular views, and our server, Oscar, was especially helpful, with discreet but invaluable suggestions.

We sat on the terrace for an aperitif .. very beautiful and suggestive view but the prices for an aperitif are very high !!! 18 for an alcoholic aperitif accompanied by 4 cold and old appetizers !!! it pays me to pay so much because of the location but everything must be proportionate !!! but plenty of chips or things that fill people's stomachs right ??? they will all be happier ... and they will come back ... I certainly won't!

Great place to create memories in Milan. Very professional and kind staff, awesome location that could not be better and nice menu. Great choice for a special lunch or dinner with a stunning view. As a bonus, you will hardly find a better spot to get some stunning Duomo shots.

I recommend this restaurant. It is the ideal place for a candlelit dinner. Although there were various types of tables (groups / work). Not the ideal place if you look at the prices. Stained glass window with a view of the cathedral or rather with the cathedral in the face you practically have it at 1 cm

One of my favourite restaurants in Milan. Good service, nice Italian food and incredible views of Piazza Duomo. Great place for midday business lunches. Lunch is around 40-50 euro. Cloth napkins and tablecloth.

Had a delightful dinner here but the entrance was tricky to find. It s on the third floor of the museum and you can either walk up the spiral ramp or take the elevator. The wait staff was attentive and the food was decent. The steak and potatoes were slathered in a sauce resembling teriyaki or something with an Asian flare. While good, it became overwhelming as you ate through the steak. The potato was very well cooked and the topping of fried potatoes was a good touch.

and Giacomo bistro who are a frequent guest, there is a notable difference regarding the service and quality of food The waiters' staff especially one of the unkind gentlemen I was Thursday for lunch, with my friends the food that you expect long and the quality and less comparison their other restaurants Giacomo So I highly recommend Giacomo or Giacomo

As everyone says the view from the terrace is amazing. The spaghetti pomodoro was great but the eggplant parm and saffron risotto were only average.
