Getting a brand new car for the first time ever is a very exciting experience. What made it even better was dealing with Chris and Ben who were as knowledgeable, courteous and professional as they come! I've purchased 4 cars prior to this one and I can say without a doubt that this was the best experience of all of them by far. The staff are friendly and spend time explaining what they have done as well as what might be needed in the future. During our recent visit Brad Kahle was very helpful. Our 2007 Corolla had headlights that had "fogged" over and needed some attention. Brad not only met our needs regarding the oil change we came in for, but he also referred us to Johnny in detailing who went above and beyond to take care of our needs. I just bought a vehicle from Anderson Toyota today and I worked with Eloy Sosa. I was a little nervous going in because my experience with another dealer there 6 years ago was not great. Eloy was very helpful, kind, and didn't act arrogant like the salesman I had my first time that couldn't seem to follow through on a promise he made during the deal. Eloy followed through, and never made me feel uncomfortable, and didn't talk down to me. I highly recommend him. The man I worked with for financing was also helpful and easy to work with.

Don Smith was very helpful in showing me the differences between the available models of Tacomas. I was comfortable with the model I chose because I was able to test drive all the models I was interested in. Don listened to what I was looking for and showed me the vehicles that would be most interested in reviewing in order for me to make the best choice. I had the best car buying experience I've had in a long time. The salesman, Chris Beto took the time to make sure we were getting the right car for my mother. It was not just about buying a car but a car that fit her needs for comfort, safety and price. We decided on a Nissan Versa but when closing the deal it was discovered that only one key/fob was available. I bought my first vehicle at Anderson Toyota, it immediately breaks down. My mechanic tells me that a bunch of weird repairs where made and that the vehicle was not safe to drive. I call Anderson Toyota a man says they are willing to help since I just received the vehicle. I show up and they refuse to help at all and completely changed their story. I get a second opinion since my mechanic could not do the repair and the second mechanic said the vehicle could of lost control at any second I did not even tell him about what my mechanic said. My mechanic called the dealership cause of how bad it was and apparently they still refused to do anything.
Brought in a used Toyota from another seller for inspection. Tony DiNunzio (and his crew) exceeded my expectations. I received a written explanation of major and minor repairs, was offered to have the needed repairs physically pointed out while the truck was in the air, and had a comfortable spot with refreshments to wait while the inspection was completed. I felt well taken care of and that I got exceptional value for my buck. My visit got cut short due to a medical emergency. Tony clearly saw my predicament and offered comfort and support all the while speeding up the paperwork to get me on the road as quickly as possible. He made me feel like I was a valued repeat customer or friend.

Great experience. Steve Anderson is a veteran, no-nonsense guy that knows how to make a purchase a straight-up process. Steve was patient with the extended period of time that we waited to make the purchase (well over a year) and helped us make the best decision in the end. My first experience in looking to buy a new car was at this dealership, what a joke. After reading reviews it appears other people have dealt with the same person I did. Al Smith was the salesman and he was very unprofessional. He offered me alcoholic drinks, dinner and a gym membership if I purchased a car from him. During my interactions with him at times I felt like I was being sexually harassed. Al constantly was reminding me on the statistic that only 30 percent of people return to buy a car after test driving. I recommend that you tell him the statistic of how many people a dissatisfied consumer tell about their experience. I'm a very dissatisfied customer and have told all my friends and coworkers of my experience. Due to my negative experience I chose another dealership and will never buy from Toyota.

We purchased our Camry Hybrid from Anderson, and had a great experience working with Frank and getting some extra support from Randy. We were in a time crunch to pick out a new vehicle, and Frank made the test driving and buying process simple and fun, even coming in on his day off so we could do our final test drives. We really appreciated the way he laid out our different options, including used and new, and let us take our time making our decision. We love our new car!

We purchased our 2014 Toyota Prius C from Chris (a low pressure, no pun intended, dealer) here in March and have used their service station for tires, and oil changes and some light bulb installations. Most recently we brought the car in because a sensor light was indicating an issue with tire pressure. They checked the sensors and filled the tires to the correct pressures. Instead of charging us for their specialty tool use they charged me nothing, and didn't chide me for naivete. Thanks Anderson.
I have been a loyal customer since 2005, leasing 5 different vehicles. I would assume that after that many years of service, I would be treated as such. I would recommend to anyone, new or returning to go to other Toyota dealerships to price match and to get their trade in value of their vehicle. I found another dealership that was nearly $5,000 cheaper for the same vehicle I wanted and $1250 more for my trade. Anderson doesn t like to tell you how they come up with their values. All they would say is just bring in your trade and $3365 . Make sure they tell you up front and to show you where they come up with their numbers.
My wife and I just leased new Toyota s from another dealership and saved almost $10,000 between the 2. We will never use Anderson again.

A new auto repair place opened in my neighborhood and I thought I should give them a try with my business. Big mistake. They left my vehicle worse than when I brought it there.
So I did what I should have done in the first place. I took it to ANDERSON TOYOTA. They were extremely professional and friendly. And they repaired my vehicle quickly and perfectly. They reversed the damage that the other place had done. They recommended some other maintenance work appropriate to the mileage on the vehicle and I gladly agreed. It drives better now than when I first bought it four years ago.
I'm very pleased with Anderson Toyota, and I will continue to bring them my business.

I saw a car (Toyota Camry) online that was at Anderson Toyota. I called ahead to make sure the car was still there and spoke with Danny Miethke. He confirmed the car was still there, but in the 40 minutes it took me to get there, he found me a different car (Nissan Altima) and a deal. I took both for a test drive and fell in love with the Nissan Altima and purchased it. Danny went above and beyond what he had to do to make sure I was getting a decent car for my price range. I had an awesome experience and would definitely consider going back there in the future. I would recommend them to anyone who asked me about a good place to buy a car.

The process was simple and straightforward and I really appreciated that. I wasn't pressured into buying anything I didn't want. I generally get my oil changes done here. Waiting room is nice with coffee, cookies and fruits. Best set an appointment before you go. Ofc it's a dealership so pricer than your smaller shops.

I get all my service done on my highlander at Anderson. So when my car broke down on I-90 on my way to Chicago spewing smoke and oil I had it towed to Anderson. They found oil coolant pipe that came loose and fixed it NO CHARGE. THANKS ANDERSON. you re my kind of shop. By the way my model is 2011. Well past warranty.

Thought it was funny how on my way to the men bathroom i see all these 5 star rating comments printed out and taped up on the walls displaying all their good reviews as the worker walking infront of me towards the bathroom goes in to pee and as im washing my hands he walks right out after doing his business! Knowing this i will never shake another workers hands at this place i didnt see any type of signs suggesting their employees wash their hands.. disgusting i wish i had seen that mans name tag

I went to Anderson Toyota to get Service on my 2007 Prius. A basic Oil change. While waiting I was drinking a cup of coffee and walking around the showroom when Eloy came up and asked if I was looking for a car. I told him that I was having my Prius serviced and might be interested in purchasing something and trading in my 2011 Prius as the Mileage was at 229,000 and needed to get something with much less. We started talking about Prius... he owned one himself and we both agreed ... "once a Prius Owner... well you know... Always a Prius Owner"; He mentioned a Prius he had sitting on another lot just down the street, he drove me over, I took it out for a ride and then home to show the wife... She loved it and next thing you know its in our garage... Everyone involved, from Eloy to the Financial Manager made it so easy. Eloy made a couple of promises, which went beyond his role as a salesman. He followed through and delivered.. When I bought the car it only came with one key which I didn't like however, 3 weeks after I purchased it , Eloy called me and said, " Guess What"? The person that traded the car in just came in and dropped off the second key for your car.. I went and picked it up... THANK YOU!... Anderson has a great salesman .. #ELOY SOSA... thanks again for making the experience great... Look forward to doing business with him again in the future... I highly recommend Anderson Toyota..
I stopped to see the General Sales manger per the owners request. He was able to show me a way to get the wiper to a standing position without having to open the hood first. I now know how to do it but will have a devil of a time teaching the car wash peeps how to do it without breaking it. Oh well, it is what it is.
I will never buy another used car from you guys again. I bought my Mazda Tribute last year, and i am a woman, and I don t know everything to look for on a car so they took full advantage of that, and sold me the crappiest car there for $10,000, and kept pushing me to get this car. But now they have the same car on their website for $3,000, and it has more miles, and a year older than my car. I was convinced it was such an amazing deal, and there were 2 other families there looking at it so i better act fast. It s falling apart now, and I ve been trying my best to take such good care of it as I have 2 kids, and i work so i need a car for transportation. I don t even feel safe driving it anymore but i don t have a choice since i still owe so much on it. Smh. My fault for being stupid and buying it with all of these problems that started as soon as i drove it off of the lot even though they told me everything was perfect on this car, and i told them i didn t wanted to get screwed over they reassured me everything was fine with it, and your guys fault for selling a pos for that much to a woman knowing she has kids, and wants the safest car for them.& they told me i was getting $2,000 off of the car (LIE), and they knew i was transferring my plates but still charged me for a new TTL? I ve came back twice trying to trade it in, and they keep trying to get me to buy brand new after me telling them i can t afford much more than what i pay right now on my current car, but they said that s the only way i can trade it in since i still owe so much on it. So i won t be coming back. Michael is who sold me the car. He was nice, but i wish he didn t convince me to buy this crappy car when there were a few nicer cars i was interested in, and informed him i was more into one of the other cars then this one.

I came into Anderson Toyota looking to just test drive a few cars and was helped by Luke Nelson. He let me drive anything that I was interested in and even suggested a few more. Bought a used vehicle with Don Smith. He drove it to my location without extra charge and all the paperwork with the DMV was taken care of and brought to me with the vehicle when delivered. Although the vehicle ended up needing repairs the dealership has been honest & caring and has taken care of the issues. Very professional dealership. Very happy with their service. The mechanics here are unethical people. They charged me $70 for a diagnostics check when all they had to do was tell me my tire pressure light was on... I confused it with a check engine. They even told me to remove my insurance chip to avoid having the check engine error repeat itself.
Our Toyota sales team was wonderful. Jim Kelly answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was willing to take all the time we needed. Jim even took the time to make sure my phone was set up with the car. Ben Bleed was able to walk us through all the financing and find us a great deal. Sadly, our experience with Toyota hasn t been too good. We bought a 2020 RAV4 out of word of mouth about Toyota s reliability. In the 7 months we ve owned it it s refused to start 3 times now. Thankfully roadside assistance has come every time to jump it. We have taken it to Toyota for servicing and we ve been trying to find the problem, and every time we have been told nothings wrong with it. Thankfully all 3 times the car has refused to start, it was at home. Future problems are a worry if we re not at home or in a place that roadside assistance can t reach. It s a shame we ve had this experience, but the reliability of a brand new Toyota SUV has been frustrating to say the least.
