It was a great vacation great hotel very good food entertainment very good entertainers tried very hard were always friendly. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is complete with all the staff and food perfect for a vacation to unwind and relax. The summers, the pool and the beach are clean. No garbage. There are many activities and Aaron is a cool guy, funny and communicative.

Liliya, Pedro and Eros from the animation team are the best...all amazing. Fayrouz is a top hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel has its years but is well kept. Located 15 min. from the airport. Very good food, nice, non-intrusive service and animators. Nice reef nearby. I recommend massages at the hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful and the garden is well cared for. The rooms are always tidy. The animation is very social and super sweet! We do water polo, yoga, darts ... every day. After the shows (which are very good) there is peanuts bar where you can party, dance and do karaoke. All the people here are super friendly! The food is very tasty and there is a lot of choice, it is a different country every day eg: Tuesday = belgium food. Highly recommended ! You can snorkel, play volleyball and bocce at the beach.

Here for the sixth time and I like it more and more. Now they have updated and updated various areas. This is the second time here. Partly new staff in the restaurant which is not quite as on the ball as the "old" ones. Still satisfied again

Excellent 5 * resort 20 minutes walk from a pristine bay, full of colorful ciralki, where reside large sea turtles. Various points of access to the sea, relaxing beach. Shuttle for 3 euros to Port Ghalib, a small town with shops, bars and restaurants.

Love how Kimo entertain the people, he does evrything to them and make me laugh!!

It was very nice at the resort because the location is very well placed, the food was pretty good and the staff very nice. I played volleyball with animators and I felt very good. I did not like that the main pool was not heated but I swam in the sea and swam among the corals with hundreds of fish.

As soon as we arrived we received a welcome drink and check-in was quick. Quickly accommodated in the room, we were lucky to find ourselves in a secluded room, but still comfortable for rustic houses and beaches. Spacious room, small terrace and bathroom with a comfortable shower only flaw the bed that left a little mark on the back. Cleaning took place every day with towel change and two bottles of water. The buffet cuisine offers a wide selection of dishes, much use is made of spices but in the face of every dish there are indications of the ingredients. The village is in a perfect position for snorkelers, the reef in front of the beach is full of life and colors. A ten minute walk away is the beach of Marsa Mubarak where we could see a very large turtle and swim surrounded by fish. In general, the judgment is very positive.

Eros is really the best animator and dj I've ever seen

We came here 3 times October,January and May all the 3 times we came here we saw Aaron from the animation team the hotel was a amazing and pool was very confi the food was delicious the beach was nice the room was perfect for me definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for a fun vacation and a peace mind set.

It is a nice hotel to relax for older people but also for the younger there is annimation and much more I liked it that's why we have been 4 times in this hotel I recommend it

It was a great holiday, fun animation. Food is not very tasty, otherwise fine.

Good hotel with good food! Have spent a few weeks there and can only praise it fundamentally. The hotel is not far from the airport and is perfect for divers and snorkelers. For a beach holiday, the hotel is nothing, because there is no beach. Another shortcoming is the hotel's gym or gym, there is not even a decent set of dumbbells and most appliances are damaged or broken. Too bad if you can not train as an athlete after diving!

Belgian-managed resort with a clear majority of northern European guests, no Italians apart from us who stayed there from 7 to 14 November. The Resort is well-kept with large green spaces and overlooking the sea of a thousand shades, full of fish. the animation is soft and in English. We had a very spacious family room, overlooking the relaxation pool. The only negative note is the really poor food for the Italian palate but otherwise a paradise.

Great second stay in Egypt. All a plus. There is nothing to complain about. No poisoning, no worries, you can clean your teeth without any combination. The hotel itself, the service, the beach, the reef and the wonderful and huge turtles - all a plus !!! We have visited several countries, but we will definitely come back to this place and this hotel !!! If someone wants to rest quietly on the beach, the hotel offers the beach relax, nobody can come there and offer trips or massages. We cordially greet you and we miss you. Simply had a TOP holiday. Very friendly staff, nice spacious and clean rooms, especially the garden with all those flowers is beautiful! The food is extensive and very good. The staff really do their best to make it a great holiday for everyone.

Romantic dining on the beach is highly recommended!

Swimming pool, SPA and beach is a gem. We have come to rest wonderfully. The only downside is that the beach excursion vendors can sometimes be pushy.

We will definitely go back there.

Everything was perfect the animators are super nice, the staff nothing to say always the little care with everyone, frankly I recommend the hotel (and if the host titi see this opinion my Instagram is luca_brn_28, I am the one you said I had to play in 6 or 2)

We were absolutely satisfied with this hotel and the reception. Price performance is great. The food and choice and is delicious. Great reefs with lots of sea turtles and a manatee ... great for snorkeling.

Animation team ... I can hardly say anything ... I've really never seen anything like it ... The evening shows were more like amateur and bungling. Shame was the order of the day.

National park bay only 15 minutes away. Life jackets are apparently "compulsory" and cost 2.50 for 24 hours. But are not required and will not be punished.

This resort is large without it appearing large. The rooms are all low-rise on 2 floors and are placed in blocks by the beautiful garden. I went for diving, there is a beautiful house reef and the diving school at the resort also arranges trips by boat and bus to other beautiful sites.

This is my second visit to Marsa Alam and again in The Tree Corners chain. Hotel located in the desert relatively close to the port to which the bus takes $ 3, you need to book it with the security. The hotel itself consists of several buildings with several rooms. A very extensive hotel surrounded by a nice flowering garden. There is a children's pool, the main pool in the morning a little cool water, the second one is heated and a jacuzzi with water so hot that it is impossible to enter. The canteen in the lower part, under the reception desk, the food modest but sufficient for me, during the pandemic the cooks serve. Queues are forming, but issuing is going smoothly. Several places-coves for sunbathing behind the positions - umbrellas from a dozen to several. There is a pier, one in Marsa Alam usually blows wind and you have to hit the windless weather to string. The reef itself does not take hold, you can see a lot of damage. Diving center on the beach, Quads - not available during my stay. Nice service, they bustle quickly. rooms are cleaned on a regular basis. A hotel worth recommending, but due to frequent winds, I will personally choose Hurghade or Marsa Alam gels.

Very spacious facility! On the beach only a small restaurant and a kiosk right next to each other. Again, depending on where you are, long distances. The loungers on the beach near the restaurant are occupied in a very early German manner.
If you need a doctor, this is accessible and helps, but then you pay horrendous prices!
The most positive is the house reef stand out. That's really great!

Service of the entire hotel is a failure. Food goes, you can always find something to eat. I missed the fish. There was never fresh fish even though we are at the Red Sea. The room was always very clean and tidy! The house reef is really beautiful and has a lot to marvel at and see! The hotel is rather good 3 1/2 star but not 5 star value!

Nice hotel, attentive staff, beautiful beach setting + reef for snorkeling. Outdoor heated pool, beautiful garden. A small regret about the lack of diversity of dishes "too European" not many different fruits (apples, banana and mandarin was the choice proposed the week of late February)

A nice hotel. The beach is very good and well looked after, just like the hotel complex itself. Here are people of all ages, but mostly 55+ years. We will visit the same hotel in 2021.
