It is a beautiful location with beautiful palm gardens and flowers. All employees are very kind. The animators are special. You can snorkel and see a lot of beautiful things.

We are now in Egypt for the 12th time, started in Hurghada via El Gouna (also highly recommended, by the way), we ended up in this paradise for the 5th time in a row. We are always very satisfied with the cleanliness, the service, be it the restaurant, reception, room or the management of the hotel. Again and again we receive a warm welcome and it feels like coming home every time. We love to be there. A special thank you also to the head of reception, who was committed to ensuring that our vacation was always a success, most recently also arriving sick in a wheelchair. Thanks for everything, we look forward to the next time.

Dido is the best animator in the world;) and there is very good food and a very good staff

We have been twice at The Three C. and we are planning the third.
For us it is a fantastic place, great food, the sea and the service offered.

For the 4th time here and every time it is coming home. Friendly and helpful staff, driven by a great management.

The hotel is very nice, and so is the beach, but the salespeople got on our nerves. As a family with two small children and a stay of only 1 week, it was not possible for us to go on excursions or anything like that. Sometimes I got very cheeky answers because a "No, not interested" was not accepted. Despite hanging up the red flags (to suggest that the guest is not interested in additional offers, e.g. camel riding, quad biking, diving, beauty treatments, etc.), this was gladly ignored and addressed anyway. This is a no-no when I go on vacation to have some peace and quiet and to relax.
Everything else was okay, but the selection was probably the wrong one for our children. There were almost no offers. The pool was a bit cold by the way (supposedly heated?) - it was definitely too cold for the kids, especially when the wind was strong.
The food was ok and plentiful. Lots of choice, something for everyone.
All in all very friendly, especially in the beach bar (restaurant manager and everyone else too), where we had our lunch.
The room boy was also very accommodating and everything was always spotlessly clean.
PS: The WiFi almost never worked properly. That can be done better.

The hotel is very nice. The animation is a great job. AQ is very polite and really nice. AQ is already getting to work with a beaming smile. Playing table tennis with AQ is really fun. In the disco AQ is a great dj. I look forward to the next time.

Large, well-kept complex with many (including freshly planted) flowers and trees. The rooms are simple. The food is very varied and good. The staff very attentive and friendly. There is a lot of space on the beach, there is a restaurant (in the evening it is the Italian a la carte restaurant), a bar, showers, a diving center, quad tours start from here, there is a volleyball and bocce court. The snorkeling lagoon is great. I will definitely be back ..

A dreamlike facility. Much green. Rather small complex with many one-story rooms. Beautiful house reef. Few smokers, at least they don't bother as much as in other hotel complexes. Open, light-flooded restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.

Minutes from the airport with a fantastic coral reef. Always kind staff and, despite being an international structure, there is no lack of Italian speakers.

A resort with many facilities, many staff and many possibilities. Everyone is both kind and always willing to put out the service they need. Whenever you're bored, there's always the animation team to cheer ya up. All things considered, a great experience.

Unfortunately a very rude, arrogant manager who absolutely doesn't care about the guests
On the way to the room you need a flashlight in the evening if the paths are not illuminated.
And because of the beautiful green spaces that are much too small and in the back only sand and potholes which is worth going to the theater is only recommended with a flashlight.
I've already been there 6 (six) times and also planted a tree.
But that as a man you can no longer go to breakfast in your armpit shirt and you are prevented from entering the room, I find the height of cheek.
This is my fourth time at Concorde morren beach
I regret that I only discovered this hotel now.

We were already for the second time in this hotel and it is always a pleasant stay. It is very clean and the staff is very helpful. The beach is wonderful and the house reefs are great. Pure relaxation any time again!

My fourth time in this hotel ... many things have changed .. Thanks to the guys in the bar and restaurant for the fast service and always available. The food was really good ... Wi-Fi could be better. The entertainment team was really boring this time, we did not like it at all.

A very popular hotel. Many visitors come back regularly. The facility is clean and well maintained. The food is good for Egypt. You can even "help" for a few hours in the kitchen. The beach is rocky and sandy as is typical for Marsa Alam. The animation is also typical Egypt and repeats itself after 14 days. There is a bay next to the hotel where you can see turtles regularly and from time to time a sea cow passes by. On the other side there is a tourist village from where you can make trips inland and out to sea. You should also be able to stroll and shop there. But that's not our reason for staying. It was a nice vacation, will be back.

A huge Hotel, a small town very well managed. The right place for relaxing holidays! The beautiful beach with lots of fish on the shore! All kind and totally at your disposal! To get away from the daily routine and stress this is the place for you!

It was our first time in Egypt and our first time in this wonderful hotel. Room was very spacious and large, the climate was also great. To the room there was a small balcony with three plastic chairs and a small table. This was enough for evening relaxation. The room service really tried hard to give the guest a nice stay. The only disadvantage of the room was the bed, which is probably not designed for over 100 kilos. It was already creaking heavily. The house reef is a dream and the relaxation beach is really recommended.
The food was really good and very varied. Whoever was not full or complained here is your own fault. The waiters did their best despite Ramadan, were very courteous and tried hard. That the guest feels comfortable.
In short we will be back and love the hotel.

Super nice staff beautiful house reef and ingenious food

We spent a week in this village and we had a great time.
ROOM: Spacious, always well cleaned as well as the bathroom. The only flaw is that the decor is a little dated.
RESTAURANT: Good quality and varied menu during the week. Excellent the idea of the salad corner where you can "build" the salad you want. Waiters available and unobtrusive
BEACH: Spacious and of fine sand. There is a nice beach area, one for soccer and two for bowls.
BARRIER: the strong point of the structure with a beautiful pier with three access points in the water. The last one that gives on the aperoe sea allows to see a beautiful barrier with a variety of remarkable fish. In addition to the pier about 1 km you can walk to the beautiful turtle bay where you can easily see giant tortoises.
STAFF: all the staff are courteous and never intrusive. They offer various services (diving, massages, camels ...) without continuing to insist and always greeting with a smile.
ENTERTAINMENT: present but not intrusive. Very soft and it was what we were looking for

Considering the realities of the pandemic - acceptable. Vast, slightly neglected area; good rooms, no complaints about cleaning. On arrival there was no hot water and ventilation in the bathroom did not work. The water was repaired (although the hot water was brown all week), the ventilation was not.
The main problem was with serving in the restaurant - queues for serving food; extremely slow-moving waiters; a relatively poor diet, as in the precoid "three" or four with a minus - but you have to put up with this - a pandemic (((.
Nice beach (sun loungers, fences from the wind, there were always enough places), a very good house reef, Mubarak Bay within walking distance - giant turtles are constantly, sea cow - as luck would have it ...

Beautiful resort, helpful and friendly staff. It has an internal lagoon accessible from the pier. Negative aspect is the kitchen (Egyptian standard) and I do not recommend the Italian restaurant. Soft animation for international guests. Unfortunately we found it strong all week.

Awsome Hotel Magnificent Interieor kind staff friendly Animation Team

I am very stunned. Yes, people are paid to be friendly but they will be in other hotels too. This incredible hospitality, the cleanliness, the food, the helpfulness, the well-kept facility AND the value for money make me five stars. The music of the animation is infinitely loud and the evening entertainment to scream bad but the people (yes, even the entertainers) obviously do their job really. Gladly again!

Excellent All inclusive hotel. The most is the friendliness of the staff. The least, these are classic rooms.
I take a star away because access to turtle bay becomes paying 2.5 per person to rent a vest that is useless. And because we are asked for our room number as soon as we go away. This was not the case before.
OK, I'll look elsewhere next time to see if these nasty things are also relevant.

Fantastic holiday here, great food, brilliant animation team, location fabulous and snorkelling out of this world even swam with the dugong. Definitely would recommend and return.

Very nice staff, very accommodating. The hotel was a bit getting old, but the environment was great. Nice house reef, town is very close to shopping, beautiful coves and places to visit nearby. Entertainers are all very nice, especially titi.
