Good quality food and very varied .. Thanks to all the staff ... Eros is magnificent.

I have been coming to this hotel for many years and now I know it very well. Benefits: excellent food hygiene, good food, good services, fair organization, good maintenance of common areas, attention to the customer. Defects: the main one is the growing obsession with safety which involves the closure of access to the reef when there is wind, when there are waves, when there is current, practically 6 days out of 7. To avoid problems raise the double flag red and goodbye outer coral reef. Another flaw is the wi_fi network which is very slow and only covered in certain areas.

It was our 5th stay and everything was right! Food was delicious, the staff very friendly, the evening program varied and the entertainment was great!
We will be back definitely!

A nice hotel with a very spacious, beautiful and well-kept area. Suitable for those looking for relaxation and beginners to snorkel. Mainly we were disappointed with the reef. The staff was friendly but not 100% attentive. Overall, we were rather disappointed
Location and surroundings
Investment:
Very quiet location, close to Marsa Alam airport (no noise pollution). The entire hotel complex, including the beach, is very spacious. As a result, the vacationers are distributed very well.
On the beach there is the possibility to shower off the salt water. Toilets are also available. However, there are only showers and toilets on the main beach. Not at the relax beach. The hotel complex is really very nicely laid out. There are also a couple of shops and a pharmacy in the hotel. Unfortunately, the salespeople were very, very pushy so that we had no chance to look in peace and quickly left. WLAN was enough for WhatsApp and sending pictures.
Unfortunately I was whistled very intrusively afterwards, so that it was very uncomfortable for me as a blonde woman to walk past certain hotel employees alone without my husband. In other hotel complexes it was never so extreme.

All around:
There are many offers for excursions. It should be clear to everyone in advance that there are no shopping opportunities outside the hotel complex. Only in nearby Port Ghalib.

room
We had a nice, bright, large room. The room equipment with air conditioning, refrigerator, safe and TV was completely sufficient. The air conditioning is very good and can be operated individually. The safe is easy to program with a number of your choice and even has space for an SLR camera. Very large beds and therefore also suitable for very tall people. Since we only stayed in the room to shower and sleep, we only switched on the TV briefly once. In the bathroom there was always toilet paper and liquid soap on the sink and bathtub. There was also a hair dryer and a magnifying mirror. There was also enough storage space for clothes.
Super friendly and hardworking room service! Thanks for that. our requests were immediately taken into account.

Unfortunately, we are used to different service from the Three Corners series and were unfortunately disappointed. Not really attentive despite tips. Still, everyone was always very friendly.

gastronomy
In contrast to other hotels in Egypt, we loved the food.
A very wide range of dishes where you can always find something for your taste. Lots of freshly prepared dishes. A lot of effort and attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes. What was empty was refilled very quickly. The selection of drinks was also very large. Unfortunately, very few places to sit outside. Perhaps too few staff for so many people.

Sports & entertainment
The inner reef from the relax beach is very suitable for snorkeling beginners or children (however, children are not allowed on the relax beach). Here I recommend bathing shoes because you walk a short distance (about 10 to 20 meters) over a dead reef until you have reached a certain depth in order to be able to snorkel. Hardly any current, always very clear water and far out at the deepest point maybe 3-4 meters deep. Lots of seaweed where you can often see turtles or with luck small reef sharks but less corals.
The inner reef from the Steeg is very shallow but completely broken and dead. Not worth seeing.
The outer reef, on the other hand, is very beautiful and diverse. Only accessible via the Steeg. Unfortunately very often closed because it is too dangerous due to wind and currents.
Clean sandy beach where there is no fight for loungers.
During the day there are many offers such as volleyball, water polo and water aerobics.
A fitness room is also available.
Also in the evening a lot of different entertainment.

Always a great experience to be in Egypt. A beautiful country with lots of lovely people.
The three corners Farouz is like a warm bath. Anyone who does not appreciate the hospitality should go inland for a week to see the conditions under which most employees live and to compare that with the conditions in Europe. It would be nice if we could also live up to this level of hospitality for them in Egypt at comparable costs. I'm afraid we can't make that happen.

Absolutely great. A beautiful house reef, also ideal for divers. The hotel was almost fully booked now in June. Italians, Germans, Dutch, Belgians, Czechs and Poles. The food is absolutely great. Different varieties of fish and meat. Fresh pizza, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat. But then in September. The sea is calmer there.

Nice staff, big territory, lots of sunbeds, that are almost always availiable. The beach is wonderful, lots of fishes, turtles, perfecr for snorkeling. Rooms are not new, we did not manage to get a twin bed. Food is good, but there were not many fruits. Overall impression is good.

It was another two wonderful weeks in the hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean beach and the food was very good. Large selection so there was something for every taste. Only some holidaymakers do not understand that when snorkeling you should leave the water dwellers their habitat and not go for a walk on the reef. Many people should think about what they can do with their selfish behavior.
We all want to keep snorkeling there and go on vacation.

All in all, good. Staff very friendly, rooms clean, but not up to date, can definitely get a modern update. Dive center in hotel is great, friendly and competent. Were very satisfied.

Fantastic experience at the fayrouz. Effective stay and incredible staff. A special greeting to Eros who was an unforgettable company.

Super. The hotel is located near a nature reserve. Many sea turtles. We saw Dugong. The reef is the best in the vastness of Egypt. The staff is polite and helpful. Food, as in any hotel, rested in four, no one was poisoned. The numbers are intact. Super massage, experienced masseurs. Complete freedom of movement along the reef in different directions.

Very beautiful and super organized village, great attention to the customer, very helpful reception, quick and effective in solving problems, elegant and comfortable rooms, punctual and accurate cleaning service, international and varied cuisine able to satisfy every palate. An additional attraction is the proximity to Port Ghalib, a jewel of the Red Sea, full of shops and clubs on the sea where you can spend pleasant evenings strolling and admiring the moored yachts. For those who want to be close to the heart of the village, the rooms near the reception are better, more distant but with an enchanting view those with a sea view. After many stays in Egypt, this will always be my favorite destination.

Disappointed by the restaurant that was his strong point instead

I want to say right away that I did not rest there. Walked along the beach and the surrounding area. There is no improvement in the beach area. For that there is a small shop, a diving center, a restaurant and ... camel parking. An incomprehensible relief was left on the territory. Of the advantages, a beautiful coastline and a natural relief beyond the territory in general, something that did not touch the hands ..

Overall, I think it deserves 5 stars for overall performance, even though there were some minor shortcomings.

Position
The hotel is less than 10 km from Marsa Alam Airport and takes approximately 15 minutes to get to the hotel. From the hotel you can walk to Marina (15 mins) or Port Ghalib (30 mins) or vice versa to Marsa Mubarak (10 mins). Besides, there is only a desert around.

Hotel
A very large area is where to walk. Very well-kept area, lots of vegetation, flowers and trees. 3 swimming pools and additionally a jacuzzi, sun loungers available by the pool. The hotel's own beach with deckchairs and screens, and a pier from which you can snorkel.

The rooms
Large, spacious and clean, each has its own balcony. Single or double beds, clean toilet, towels available. The only thing I could complain about is that there is not enough light in the room, there is no light source on the ceiling, only standing lamps, so e.g. reading after dark may be difficult.

Food and drinks
Breakfast is almost always the same, but that doesn't mean it's monotonous. There is a large selection, e.g. scrambled eggs, omelette, eggs in various forms, pancakes, cereals, rice pudding, cheese, cold cuts, salads, fruit, vegetables, bread and sweet rolls and donuts. There is even more variety for dinner, there is soup, pasta, meat, rice, potatoes, pizza, fries and much more, and various cakes for dessert. I think everyone will find something for themselves. Dinner is the best, always with a theme, be it Italian, French, Mexican, Arabic etc. Sometimes there is also a grill. Dress code applies. Great variety and wide selection. Everything I tried was delicious, can't complain about the quality and quantity of food. The only thing I missed was the snacks between meals, but it was very poor and there is a lot of room for improvement here. The hotel has 4 restaurants: Main, Italian, Arabic and Seafood. Once during your stay, you can use the Italian and Arabic all inclusive program, you need to make a reservation, but if you do not make an appointment on the first or second day of your stay, you will not be able to use this option anymore, it's a pity. There are also three bars: in the lobby, by the pool and on the beach, where beer, wine, vodka, whiskey, gin and various drinks, sodas, juices, coffee, tea and water are available.

Animations
There is a lot going on during the day, there are some exercises, aerobics, Boccia, volleyball, and in the evenings various performances, games and fun, karaoke and dances. There is something to do, the animation team takes care of providing a variety of attractions.

Summary
Overall a very enjoyable stay, I recommend the hotel, great value for money. There are small shortcomings that can be corrected and it will be perfect. On the downside, I would also have too many guests, which means that during a pandemic, especially during meals, everyone is crowded and no distances are kept.

I liked everything very much, friendly staff, responsive animators Lilya and Federico always came to help with any questions that arose.
I would like to tighten up the disco program a little, namely to create a base of dance songs and music in equal proportions, depending on the contingent. Many people, knowing that there will be only a certain direction of music on a certain evening, do not dare to relax to unfamiliar music.
At the moment, in the absence of tourists, and the impossibility of inviting local artists, you can direct it on your own ..

A hotel that is quite easy without a lot of schnick but where you feel very comfortable by the very friendly people / staff. Food was delicious and quite varied for everyone was something. Many different nations were here but very well suited. For snorkeling and diving it was wonderful. From the airport and the port of Port Ghalib it was only a good 10 - 15 minutes anyway it was very quiet.
Again and again we would go here.

Nice resort. Beautiful snorkeling points with a jetty of 300 meters and 3 points for snorkeling, also for beginners. Good food very varied and which is also very nice. You also have an Italian and an Egyptian restaurant where you can eat for free. Nice rooms and nowadays also good WiFi connection everywhere. So highly recommended !!!!!!!!

Very nice aninmationsteam. Especially Dido. It's a pity it's not all right. This to pay for drinks is not good. Cleanliness in the rooms good. The waiters mostly very tense. The reef perfect, even the bays, just nature, very nice.

Very nice and well-stocked village, nothing is missing. Staff always very kind and always present in case of need. Waiters, very kind and nice chefs in particular Tarek always available and very welcoming. The kitchen to be in Egypt anyway is really good, the meat in particular. Beach, room, reseption, restaurant, toilets, pools etc ... very clean and kept in perfect condition. Very nice barrier controlled 24 hours a day by experts and lifeguards. A great village for those wishing to spend a nice week at the beach.

Hello, we were in Egypt for the 13th time from the 1st to the 15th of October, and the first and last time at The Three Corners Fayrouz.
The decor certainly has positives. Who likes to be at the pool and wants to run a lot in the huge area, can definitely find that good. However, you only get to the sea via a 800m long jetty. First entry, only for bathing, at about half. You can also walk to the adjacent bays - always in the heat of the day. There are no fresh water showers there. The only exists at one point next to the diving school.
We were for a travel agent recommendation in the supposedly great Fayrouz. Our primary interest is snorkeling and diving. The room near the diving school (to the restaurants but far to walk) was good, my 4 dives with Gaid on the really nice outer reef as well. My wife has now completed 17 introductory dives in the whole of Egypt without any problems and documented. Here she succeeded only once in the so-called lagoon, the land side of the outer reef. There the visibility is bad and the corals are mostly dead.
An introductory dive on the outer reef, which can easily be snorkeled depending on the weather, was not allowed by the stubborn director of the diving school, Miriam.
That would only be possible if for 240 a diving certificate is made. This woman was not arguing (for example, "where you can easily snorkel, even a diving instructor can shove someone 2m down the water"). Two instructors were willing to do so, taking into account the process and skills of my wife during the dive in the lagoon.
An intervention with the general manager revealed "tomorrow at the diving school you will get a solution". That was - not unexpected - even just inflated, hot air.
Overall, this has spoiled the stay more than thoroughly.

There is no respect for the privacy of the people who go on holiday there. I was there with my girlfriend and they do not respect that. Someone from the entertainment team was trying with my girlfriend who was trying to touch her when I was in the sea for snorkeling ... she was really disappointed and she told me about the situation and the guy from the entertainment team told her that it does not matter to him if she has a boyfriend ... no respect at all ... we were in brazil for a vacation together and in Brazil they respected that we are together ...I don't know why in Egypt they didn't respect that ???

Far too few beach chairs at the pool and long waiting times for dinner. The service is very mixed from attentive to catastrophically poor. Rooms are very clean.

Like all hotels there lonely. For me a 3 star hotel, but also for many in Egypt. It has seen the best years. Food, rooms, beach, reef and staff everything OK, nothing more. Nearby airport does not bother.

Home sweet home
Another fantastic holiday in our second home. We have stayed at Fayrouz more than a dozen times and people ask us why we go back time and time again...well quite simply...it s the staff. They really are the Golden Team. From the moment you walk through the door you feel at home. Everybody is just so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble so you enjoy a most wonderful relaxing holiday.
As usual our room was fabulous and the gardens get more beautiful each year. The gardeners work so hard to keep everything weed free and blossoming.
Everyone from the reception staff through to the porters, bar staff, animation and beach boys are so pleasant and polite, it makes you feel very special. The choice of food was outstanding and we visited Chez Pascal, Marhaba and Dolce Vita restaurants, all which were fabulous with delicious food, but my personal favourite is still the buffet restaurant because the choice and quality of the food is amazing and mainly because My Lovely Boys under the management of Mr Saied Sayed are there . Mr Haggag your staff truly are The Golden Team and we enjoyed every moment of our holiday and can t wait to come back again to see all our friends in our second home xxx

Enjoyed the hotel for a whole week! What a nice place! Delicious eaten, wonderfully located at the pool and can sleep wonderfully and relax in the room! <br/> Life is enough at the swimming pool and the animation team provides plenty of entertainment! Titi and Mido regularly came for a chat which was always fun! They even got us to come and swing in the peanut bar <br/> The beach and the sea are truly stunning! On the long pier to the snorkeling and diving area you can already see many beautiful fish such as small moray eels and very colorful small and large fish Excursions can also be easily booked by the people of the organizations walking around the hotel. For example, we have done an underwater boat excursion which yielded very beautiful images! We have seen a lot of sea turtles, a lot of coral and the most special fish! <br/> The staff at the hotel is very friendly and always makes sure that the guest is having a good time! All the effort is taken away, making the guest feel like a king! <br/> In short, the hotel is really fantastic! I will definitely come back! Thank you Fayrouz! See you soon!

We were here for the third time. The hotel has many regulars, a beautiful beach and a nice house reef. The service always friendly and the food varied and of good quality.
Unfortunately, the hotel is now a bit old and in need of renovation.

I am at the hotel for the first time, it is a very good hotel, food is very good, you can go diving and snorkeling, the people here are very friendly, the animation team is very nice and cozy, peanuts bar is very evening cozy, the pool bar is very cozy with islam abd elraham. The show evening is fun and you always have a different show.

Everyone has to have their experiences, we have made them. Not the hotel again. The Zimmerpesonal gets 5 stars. The entertainers were for me too pushy speak cell phone. (No WLAN) then take my Wi-Fi and my cell phone and rate us good with the statements from the entertainers and that's probably not right.

I would already be in your hotel very often. I am very impressed with the animation. AQ the animations boss does a great job. He is really humorous and also has a lot of fun with the guests. You can tell that the profession is fun for him. The animation makes a great show in the evening and also involves the guests dancing. The waiters downstairs in the restaurant are very polite and you always have something to drink quickly. The food is very varied and it also tastes very good. In the afternoon I had a lot of activities and played table tennis with AQ was a lot of fun, because he really motivated me to participate and that was really funny and you always learn something. I look forward to the next time, I'll be back :)

It is the fifth time that we return to this village that has many advantages for us, very close to the airport without being in the least disturbed, very soft daytime entertainment, a long pier with easy access to the barrier, the possibility of direct access to the sea from the relaxation beach, very beautiful proximity to the marsa bay of Mubarak where there are often turtles and sometimes the dugong. Manicured gardens and very friendly staff. Try the fish dinner at the restaurant behind the lobby is great! The rooms are spacious and clean but now they need a thorough renovation. I would suggest management to strive to make these unique places more respected with a delicate ecosystem, limiting the transit and parking of so many motor boats in the area.

We were there on September 28th to October 5th. It was fantastic, the food was delicious, especially in the evening the Italian restaurant on the beach.

The rating would almost not have been possible because the Wi-Fi in the Three Corners is extremely bad, congested or unstable.
Apart from that, the rooms are clean, the area very well maintained and the staff very nice.
The kitchen is versatile and always delicious.
The German-led dive center is well organized, the guides well trained, the technology in top condition. The house reef offers u.a. for divers 2 dive sites (north / south), a very beautiful coral garden and various underwater fauna.

I spent 2 wonderful weeks, thanks to all the team that also cuddled us, proffessionalita and courtesy, well cleaned and cared rooms.
